Would not honor their teacher promotion. Manager did nothing. I left $107 worth of copies there. Their loss.

Sharon, that works in the print center is the reason I’ll never shop at this location again. On many occasions she was been rude, unprofessional & doesn’t know her job description. I can think of 3 separate times I’ve gone here to print and she has did my order completely wrong or gave me misinformation. Instead of correcting my order she’ll give me attitude & excuses. Upon speaking to management nothing was resolved and I’m sure the worker feels even more entitled to disrespect customers. I started shopping here because they were a little cheaper than their competitors but I refuse to be disrespected just to save a couple dollars. Do not shop here in the print center especially

All what ever think of for office and office work in one place...all the equipment from A to ZI visited for printing service from my USB they got 15 cent for each paper. They service and the staff were very nice

We went here to secure something we needed to finalize a government contract. The state of Ohio gave the staff at this store a hard time about the contract. However, they argued on our behalf for hours until the situation was resolved in our favor. I will always be grateful to the staff here for their commitment to helping customers like me succeed.

I needed to personally look up document from my work then scan the document to parent. They accommodated me and walked me through with one-on-one service. Excellent.

Dennis the store manager is the greatest employee you could possibly have the opportunity to interact with.Came in with fiancé to print things, but their main printer couldn’t handle our card stock, and Dennis ran our printing job thorough their heavy duty printer (typically costing twice as much) and charged us the price we would have paid on the regular printers.Everyone there is super nice and helpful. Store has everything you could need and is never crowded.

The young lady up front I think her name was Michelle she is a manager was very helpful and uplifting. I came in from a long day at school and needed supplies for my project and she made my day. She knew her product, very knowledgeable and I love how she made me get excited about buying cardboard and tape lol. Sounds crazy but its true. My local supply store!

Very, very disappointed in this store, Michelle Buford and Cindy along with the two gentleman that left me on hold 2 times for 4 minutes! I trusted this online same day print to a very important event and not only did they ignore my request to CALL me but as I am calling to try to figure out if the situation is resolved i kept being put on hold! Everyone was casual as if businesses dont call a business supply store with business!!! Use another store!

I have always found the staff at Severance Office Max to be very helpful and communicative. Their tech department is also very competent and reliable.

I have come to this location several times for print jobs. On one large job (3,000+ pages), this location was not able to do the job immediately, but referred me to another OfficeMax location in town that was able to get it done that night. On other occasions, this location has gone above and beyond to do the work quickly and correctly.

The best place for your business supply needs. Very friendly and helpful customer service staff.

Went there and im guessing one of the associates massively misquoted the price for a printing job. It was far more expensive than I was led to believe. The manager sold it to me at the price I was expecting due to my earlier conversation with the associate. I appreciate her.

Its very hard to find someone to take care of you in the store, but if you eventually DO find someone who works there, theyre very nice and helpful.

This is my second home lol... I love this store and the perks they offer as a maz perks member. Somethings in the store or very high compared to other retailers, so the things that I can find cheaper at a dollar store like peel and seal envelopes I just grab from the dollar store.

Staff is VERY IMPATIENT!!!I got business cards and lawn posters that were BOTH done unprofessional and sloppy. When I ask for my $$ back they ONLY offered me half back on the UNUSED GOODS..EVEN WITH MY RECEIPT!!!It wasnt my first and only BAD experience... It happened when i tried to return a printer (less thn 30 days )I say take your business ELSEWHERE!!!! 😞😞😞

Horrible put on hold then hung up on 2 times kept on calling back no one would give me a chance to get any corporate information to let them no what a sloppy way they respond to customers trying to get information about a service that they may or may not provide wont ever deal with this business AGAIN EVER. ☹☹☹Shame On This Company Bad Customer Service

My experience was horrible. I went to the office Max in severance town center and the workers act like they dont want to help you at all. The so called manager was non active and rude. This happen on October 4th around 5pmThe young man in the store was the only one trying to help, even though he had a long line. It was really bad the way the lady manager acts.
