We had some work done on my 2014 Toyota. I dealt with Sherman, and he was straightforward and honest. He estimated our damage, and told me beforehand where he was unsure of the exact amount. The price for services were competitive, and I got the car back when promised. I will come back here if I have any such needs again.

Tom and his staff are GREAT the place is clean and hes (Tom) isnot trying to take advantage of you by telling you that more is needed than what really is needed. The prices are reasonable. Tom has took care of my 91 Camry for over 25 years. Great service!!!

The owner of an SUV swung its door into my new (to me) car. Didnt dent my door, but scuffed the clear coat pretty bad into the paint. Frank had one of his guys take care of this in 20 minutes, I couldnt believe it. They completely got rid of the marks in the clear coat/paint. This place is absolutely great! The finish of the car is amazing, it feels like my first car accident ( :( ) never happened! A big Thank you to Sherman! I had to go on vacation- and it was not a problem for them to hold the car for me a little longer! Even when picking up my car he told me I could bring it back if I was not comfortable with anything. During running my errands, I noticed my car would not beep when I locked it- called Sherman, and he had it fixed in no time! I really was impressed. Absolutely horrible went to get an estimate on some damage to my car. I was told to sit in an office that was freezing with no lights on for over 20 minutes. They never came back. So I left I would not recommend going there at all.

The most amazing repair center!! Motor cars collision center is honest. For a repair another jeep dealership said required an $800. Written estimate given. Guess what! It needed a screw that was never installed to begin with. Free repair. They could have totally ripped me off and didnt. Im a loyal customer of the dealership and body shop whenever I need one.

I accidentally backed into the ramp on my house, breaking the driver side mirror on my beautiful Camry. Within 24 hours of the mishap, Sherman Thomas had the mirror replaced. Amazing experience. I recommend them to anyone whose had the unfortunate experience of a car wreck. They saved Tucker (my CRV who was totaled by insurance) and helped me make a decision without being pushy. I felt educated about deciding to keep my older car (it’s been almost a year and it still runs great!!) Everyone was nice and helpful along the way from navigating insurance to getting all set in a rental from them. Made one of the worst days/weeks so much better.

I cannot imagine having a better experience at any collision/repair center than the one I had yesterday at Motorcars Collision Center. Best service ever. We had an accident a week before vacation which we booked flight to be out of country. The staffs were all nice. We mentioned about our plan and day to leave. We asked our friend in case it could not be done on time. they accommodated for us. We got our car back 1.5 days earlier than expected. The guy was very nice and fixed my dents to perfection! Never knew they existed. Only complaint is that I wish he had told me he didnt accept credit cars ahead of time versus the day of, because who just has all that money lying around? I had a fist-sized dent on my trunk of my Accord(no, I didnt try to punch it), which I wanted fixed. Bill Hickey made a quick assessment of the damage, and gave me an estimate of 3 days. But I got a call mid-way through the 2nd day, and Bill told me my car was ready, and sure enough, dent is gone, and the trunk looks like new!Bill was friendly, understanding, and even had time to crack a couple of jokes while taking care of the paperwork. Including dropping off and picking up the car, I wasnt in the shop for more than 10 minutes. Efficient!

Unbelievable service, 5 stars!!! Sherman and his team provided fast and affordable work and the finishes were excellent. Got in a small accident on a Tuesday night, stopped in on Weds morning on way to work (never been here before), got same day estimate and was told that I could drop off my car on Friday. Dropped off Friday morning and it was ready Friday afternoon and the car looked brand new!! Can’t say enough good things about this place and how well I was treated and how knowledgeable they are. Our car was damaged in a collision and we were worried about the process getting it fixed, what we would drive in the interim and would the car be as good as it was before the accident. Everyone we dealt with was fantastic. They arranged for our rental car, took care of all of the insurance paperwork and most of all did an unbelievable job with the repairs. It required body work and mechanical and everything came out perfect. They had the car less than a week, unbelievable. Last but certainly not least, we were treated respectfully and fairly. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

I took my car to the collision center to have some work done to my bumper. Sherman and the staff were very helpful and professional. I dropped off my car at 2:00 in the afternoon and had it back by 4:00 the next day! I also asked to have my oil changed so I didnt have to make a 2nd trip back and they of course took care of that as well. Great service!!

Im writing this because I want people to know what a great job Sherman does. He manages a terrific staff that does an excellent job. He is knowledgeable, personable and reasonable and makes the experience as pleasant as possible even though my car was damaged and its costing me money. He thoroughly explains what can be done to fix the car and what it will cost. You end up knowing the options you have and a clear picture of whats best for you and your car. He keeps you informed during the repair process and when he says it will be done, you get there to pick it up and its ready and waiting. My car always looks as though nothing has happened and is clean inside and out. All in all, Sherman and MotorCars Collision delivers an extremely positive experience. I wouldnt consider going anyplace else for body work-- even if I didnt have a Honda (they repair any car and deal with most any insurance companies).

This is my second time for service. Sherman helped me a lot both times. My first visit was for my RAV4 being T boned several months ago. The back door, the bottom bumper and some other parts were replaced. The work was done beautifully and very efficiently. The car looks as new. Now my leased RAV4 was gonna due soon. It got some deep scratches in front bumper. Considering their excellent job, I went back to the body shop. Sherman again got the bumper repaired as new. He even helped me to get some discount from Toyota dealer. I really appreciate his kindness. Highly recommend the body shop and Sherman.

I stopped into this facility the day after Thanksgiving and could have not been treated better. The grill on my car was repeatedly falling down and part of my wheel well had come loose. The manager working the front of the collision center came out personally and reaffixed the grill personally. He then sent the car back immediately to have the wheel well issue addressed. I was treated so well and I was back on the road in less than 15 minutes! This staff is great here and the service is tremendous!

We have used Motorcars Collision for many years, and have always been pleased with the results. In our experience they have always recommended the most appropriate solution. For example, after a small fender-bender damaged the hood release, they insisted that this is a safety issue, replace it. They seem to repair the damaged parts where feasible, and replace the unrepairable. They are prompt, courteous and the quality of the repairs is excellent, both fit and finish. Options and alternative solutions are explained and imo reasonable expectations are set. For example, We can fix the surface rust, but this is a poorly designed part and will rust again in a couple of years or so. Such statements inspire trust.
