My Therapist name is Fern and he is amazing! I love he gave me advices with my aches and pain. Very knowledgeable. Also Drewenna the front desk lady is very nice and polite! I would totally recommend and will come back!

I visited the Clermont location on September 6, 2021 for a massage and a facial. Both services were WONDERFUL. My total for the visit was $86, and I tipped in cash.On Wednesday, September 8, I did my daily bank account check and noticed that I was charged $86 three times and $171 twice. Each charge was pending, so I waited for them to either fall off or post to my account before I contacted the spa.When I checked my account again on September 9, all five charges had posted to my account.I contacted the spa right away to make them aware. The receptionist I spoke to was very nice and let me know that she was only seeing two charges of $86 on my account, and although she personally couldn’t do anything, she would get the manager involved and call me back. I sent a screenshot via text of my bank statement showing that all five charges had posted.About a half hour later, I received a text message from the spa saying that they had refunded me $86. I was then told that the back office was looking further into the other transactions and that they would follow up with me ASAP. This was back on September 8. It is literally a month later and I have heard absolutely nothing from them.I contacted my bank, and they were able to issue the refunds. I understand that things happen, and it seems as though it was a system issue – I get it – but to have absolutely no communication from them when my total was $86, and they took $600 is beyond unprofessional. My masseuse was wonder, as well as my esthetician, but the lack of communication from management for a mistake this large is just absolutely absurd.

I bought my husband a gift cert for deep tissue massage with Brittaney. He absolutely loved it and Brittaney was fantastic! Associate Drew was very polite. Very clean and nice facility. Prices were great! He will absolutely come back.

Went for my Laser hair Removal appointment with Fior! She was very professional, She was so sweet and understood that this was my first time ever trying the laser hair removal. She had us checked in within 5 minutes. Tisha was my therapist and she worked on my problem areas. She did a great job and her pressure was just right. The facility was clean and sanitary. We will visit again when we return!

I received a European facial with a microdermabrasion service with Sian, what a wonderful time! Sian made me feel so comfortable and gave me great insight on how to take care of my skin. She went above and beyond to give me the best product recommendation for my skin and the best experience. I highly recommend Sian as your esthetician. Can’t wait to book with her again!

Masseuses are great. The owner however is absolutely terrible. We had a gift certificate for a couple’s massage from before covid hit. We went in shortly after to receive our massages and the masseuse never showed up. We were waiting there over an hour. So, the receptionist said they would comp us a massage for a few days later and we could save our gift certificate for a later date. So, that’s what we did.We came in today to use our gift certificate, and after the massage the receptionist could not find the gift certificate on file, saying it had already been redeemed. She called the owner who proceeded to scream at us into the phone calling my husband a liar and claiming that they don’t comp massages. He just kept yelling and would not even let us speak. What should have been a relaxing day ended horribly and we lost our money. No one but the owner is at fault here. Stay away from his bad business practices.

They are so professional and they try to accommodate you as best as they can. Meaghan was the first massage therapist I was assigned to and I have no intentions of switching. She is kind and does a phenomenal job!! Highly recommended

We purchased this as a Groupon. Brenna was informative and helpful in scheduling us for a couples massage and foot scrub as a treat to each other.The massage therapists Flo and Jeanine were quite skilled and open to conversation. They each listened to areas of tenderness and addressed adjusting their techniques to accommodate as such - a refreshing change to the language barrier we have experienced at other spas.We went with the lemon-grass essential oil. (The other options were mint, lavender or eucalyptus.) The follow up of the hot towel compresses was nice & felt refreshing on the skin.Definitely recommend as a treat for your SO.

So my husband went in to get a Himalayan deep tissue massage which was a gift card. The massage therapist asked him if he wanted stones all over his body or just in some areas . My husband said all over not knowing he would be charged for the stones at the end. My husband should have been told this service was extra. After he finished the massage the cashier charged him $20 extra , it’s not the $20, it’s the principal . She was not a good therapist at all. My husband felt it was his 4 year old grandson giving him a massage. SMH 🤦‍♀️ when I proceeded to call and complain ; all the receptionist could say was “sorry “ really we won’t be coming back here.

I went for the first time a few weeks ago thanks to a dear friend giving me a gift certificate for Christmas. Talk about first impressions! As soon as I walked in I felt relaxed and was welcomed by one of their receptionists. She explained everything I could add on to the massage as well as who I’d be seeing. Super clean and friendly environment. I received a combination massage which I highly recommend for anyone wanting a deep tissue for certain areas but not all! Absolutely perfect. Can’t wait to go back this month!

This Place had good energy, it was clean, smelled so good, relaxing wait area. The hot stones were great. My partner and I had the couples massage with devia and siara. It was so relaxing I didn’t want to leave. I will be going back soon.

Nice people but definitely not as relaxing as I am accustomed to. It seemed very sterile and more clinical than a day spa. I have been all over the U.S. for massage or spa days and this place is professional and clean but not a spa day place in my opinion. The price was right for a couples massage and that is what drew me to it. Im sure most would be pleased, but I wont be back. Im just a very picky person.

My 2nd massage appointment with Chris was on Tues. 7/13/21.I suffer from fibromyalgia, chronic back pain and chronic migraine. I could barely stand up straight and had been in excruciating pain prior to my appointment. Afterwards, I was able to stand up on my own and even had a pretty good night’s sleep (which is not the norm for me, due to insomnia and peripheral neuropathy).Chris is truly skilled in his profession! It’s like he knew all the places I was hurting & found every muscle knot and worked it out. I am beyond grateful to have finally found a therapist who can provide some pain relief through massage & stretching (it’s been years of trial and error)!The front desk is a great location for Drew! My first time there and would definitely return. I had a 90 minute deep tissue with Diana and she did an amazing job. She worked on my neck which was giving me issues and it feels 100% better.

Booked 90 min. deep tissue massage. Had to remind therapist, Youssef, three times during the massage that I came for a deep tissue massage (more co$tly). In 30 years of having massages, I never experienced a frenetic technique like this therapists, whose short, fast motions were so jerky and uncontrolled that he often slipped off the muscle and jabbed me. Consequently, instead of loosening & relaxing the muscles with deeply, smooth motion, he made them contract, instead, which defeated the purpose of the massage. He seemed to be in a very, great hurry and ended the massage 10 minutes early.

Had my first ever deep tissue massage here .Chris was the therapist . He was awesome . Feel a lot better now .I would highly recommend Chris for your deep massage needs at this location

My husband and I had our 2nd couples massage in 4 months with this company. Our therapists were Yousseff and Flo. They were awesome! I recommend them to anyone just needing relaxation as well as someone with an old injury. My husband had the stones massage and on and said hes never had a massage help him with his shoulder pain as this massage has. Although hes a big guy, a relaxation massage was all he needed as opposed to a deep tissue. That is just how comprehensive their relaxation massages are.

I just wanted to give a shout out to this new business in Clermont and hope for their continued success! I hadnt been back for a new months. Now they offer online booking of appointments and tonight was great! Warm/heated tables and excellent customer service. Ill be back soon.

First time getting a massage and I gotta say, that was a great experience! My wonderful fiancee got us a couples massage. I was worried at first given the increase in covid cases in the county, but the company takes so many professional precautions that I was honestly impressed and felt safe and comfortable the entire time. Chris and Diana were fantastic therapists. My fiancee is always complaining that Im so stressed that my shoulders bulge in knots; after the massage, I looked in the mirror and my shoulders sat flat. Drew did a great job setting this up! Well definitely come back in the future.

Went here this morning and saw Flo. She did an excellent job and my back and shoulders feel much better. I like that they dont try to sell you a membership. Just a quality service for a fair price.

We had Jeanine and Joe for our massage. They were incredible! Joe really worked on areas that I told him were hurting me, and even noticed some muscles that needed to be worked on that I didn’t even realize. He gave me a bunch of recommendations and stretches to help my constant neck and shoulder pain, and even told me how he could help me if I decide to come back! (And I absolutely will be coming back) My husband is not a man of many words, but he said that he loved Jeanine’s massage and is feeling a lot better! No one ever tried to talk us into coming back or signing up for anything, it was just a super relaxing and comfortable experience. I can’t wait to come back!

I had a massage and a microdermabrasion facial here. Chris did my massage and it was fantastic! He really helped with alleviating pain from a pinched nerve. I will definitely book with him again! The facial with Maria was not great. I can tell she was not that experienced as the suction level of the microdermabrasion machine was super high and made for a painful and very uneven exfoliation! She talked me into playing extra for extraction and spent all of one minute on that! Spent so much time rubbing my head it was annoying.....I just had a massage, I needed a facial, not a someone barley rubbing my head. I left with the little beads from the machine all over my face and a few red marks still there after 24 hours where she basically have me a hickey with the suction!

My wife and I did a valentine day couples massage/facial and had a great experience. Very clean building and great staff. Rosana,chris and lissette were great! Also brenna was great at making us feel welcome.

I was at J Sterling for the first time today. I had a massage today with Deziree and a facial with Lisette! Wonderful experience and super affordable. I’m picky, and everyone was great. Niari at the desk was super helpful when I wanted to add on services at the last minute.

Laura was wonderful! I wanted a deep tissue massage as I workout 5x a week and have extremely tight muscles. She took her time in focusing on each muscle group. You can tell she has a lot of experience as it is one of the best deep tissue massages I’ve received. Savanna at the front desk was very welcoming as well. One of my favorite aspects is same day massage services...although I will probably only request Laura it’s good for people to know. 5 star experience..

I work at a desk for 9 hours a day, 6 days a week and my back has been in pain for the last few years. My girlfriend would give me the occasional massage but it only helped so much. We decided to book a couples massage and were very satisfied with J Sterling. First off, their pricing was significantly cheaper than anywhere else in the area. The place was nice, and peaceful. The massage itself was amazing and they took their time to make sure it was a personalized experience, doing what was best for each of us individually. The massage room was dark and quiet and all around peaceful. We are both highly satisfied and will be returning soon.

Desiree was the best. I was in a lot of pain and concerned about a deep tissue trigger point massage. She put me at ease and I left feeling so much better than when I arrived. I’ll definitely be going back!

Guys, it’s literally so good that I am sitting down writing the review inside the establishment. I got the biofreeze deep tissue massage for 90 minutes (worth every dollar) and he worked out ALL of the knots in my back and neck. I feel brand spanking new!
