Dropped water sample on 09/24 for testing cyanuric acid, they asked for my phone # and name, and said they would contact me with results. Hadn’t heard anything by 2:00 PM 09/25, so I called store. Then was told they don’t “call or text” customers, and asked if I had an app on my phone 🤷🏻‍♂️ which they didn’t ask the two times I went to store. Would’ve been easy to nust give me the cyanuric acid level right then but that apparently didn’t cross his mind. So, I’ll have to go there for a third time in two days in “hope” they don’t give me a run-around…hence the 1-star for service because, frankly, didn’t receive any service.

We have purchased products from this store for over 19 months and everything has been great. Max has been great to deal with at the Clermont location. Recently we had the opportunity to use Leslies Service Department. The tech was Josue L. Josue was on time, professional and awesome to deal with for our repairs. Thank you Leslies!

After dealing with other pool companies in the area. Leslies was able to solve our issue with ONE service call. Versus other local companies which took multiple service calls and still couldnt resolve the issue. Service at the store is great as well.

Helped diagnose an issue with my pool pump. Happy to say it is working again😀

Brought up concerns within warranty period of installation of my Variable speed pump the staff didnt enter a work order under warranty. I called the store then they told me the part was only covered 90 days and at this point I would be charged labor. It is incredibly hard to remove and reinstall chlorination cell. Store said they would address with installation their installers will update after warranty people come out since the display is also giving issues.

Called ahead part i needed was at the counter waiting for me :)
