I had decent experiences with Dr. Wilson and his office pre Covid. Since Covid it seems I can’t get an appointment without booking 3 or 4 weeks out. So now I lay on my floor with sciatic pain because they can’t squeeze me in until the 3rd week of feb. Maybe take on less patients so I can see my primary care doctor in a reasonable amount of time?

Excellent practice. Dr. Negron was GREAT. Dr. Rich is very friendly, responsive and VERY thorough. Front desk and nurses are friendly. And they are accommodating to squeeze you in when possible. Overall its a great practice, except the occasional LONG wait.

I love the staff they are always friendly. I haven’t yet seen Dr. Timmel but I do see his PA Tanya and I love her. Tanya takes time with me to listen, never rushes . I’d recommend this office to anyone!

Dr Moss and her entire staff are amazing! They always answer the phone (unlike their neighbors) get you in right away. Ive never waited longer than 15 mins, which is unheard of for a Drs office. Highly recommend.

Pediatrics is wonderful. Doctor Negron has known the kids for years, always sees us when were worried, and is always compassionate, thoughtful, and responsive. Dont mix up negative ratings for the general practice with the pediatric office - theyre two different offices.

This place has gone downhill since Dr. Negron left !!! Ive given this office several chances and today was the final straw when I got put in a room to wait an hour with my one-year-old toddler and listen to Dr. Rich in the room next-door talk about Mucinex for literally 30 minutes I understand quality time with each patient is important but there are also other patients with sick children waiting!!! Done its time to find a new doctor

Dr. Moss is great. Shes very kind, friendly, and listens. A great addition to the Physician Associates in Clermont!

He was very serious and distracted, he wasnt focus when I told him my health problems. Very disappointed 2 visits, I give him a chance. At the end I pay for nothing.
