Tammy came highly recommended and truly disappointed me. Initially I was very happy the service and results of my eyebrows. But when it was time for my retouch, I left work early to make it to my 4pm appt. and arrived at 3:30 but was turned away. She said she didn’t have time to do my retouch. Not only did I miss time from work but I live almost an hour away AND I had an appt. Completely unprofessional and extremely frustrating! I’ll NEVER go back! If this is how they treat their customers I want no part and they will not have my business.

I have a few different services done there and I must say everything was excellent! I have been going there for a while now! And the only thing different is you must make an appointment. Great costumers services.

Excellent service! They have a “fairy hands” professional which can take off your acrylics nails without ANY PAIN!! I don’t live here, went there with my cousin who lives here, and it’s her to go nails salon! They have an amazing pedicure service also!

I went to this spa one week ago before going to New York for my grandmother’s funeral. Just 3 days after getting my nails, one nail fell off and two nails were lifting! I called them and explained and they try to say it’s because my nails grew.... in 3 days?!? Really?!? I spent $40 there and all they have to say is they will take a look at my nail that fell off but they will NOT replace the lifting ones... very disappointed in this place and I absolutely do not recommend it! :(

Needed to do my nails while on vaca, looked up nail places around me & found this one because it had good reviews. Honestly best nail place I’ve been too. I’m so satisfied with my nails, they look so good & the guy did my coffin shape perfect!!

I recently moved to the area and hoped to find a new salon to frequent. I did not find that here. I got a Gel manicure. My nails look like they’ve grown out after a week when in reality I JUST got them done a few minutes ago. It’s pretty discouraging when I tell the nail tech you aren’t satisfied with your nails but they ignore you. I asked her several times to fix them but she acted like she didn’t know what I meant. I live 5 minutes but I won’t be returning. Celebration Nails is a bit further but at least I know I’ll leave satisfied.

Horrible customer service against people of color

Today was my first time coming to this salon. I had read reviews off of google and seen cute pictures and really wanted to see what this place was all about. I got a pink ombré full set and they are the absolute BEST nails I’ve ever had done. I didn’t catch her name, but the owners wife is who did them and she was super sweet and funny! HIGHLY recommend!!

I went there for a full set and a pedicure. They took care of me with utmost customer service, and the job they did was impeccable!The price was fair as well.Highly recommend! :)

I moved up here about six months ago and had yet to get my nails and toes done. Found this place online and saw good reviews. I went in on a Saturday and had the whole place to myself! The girl who did my pedicure was amazing! Very friendly and kind and did a great job. Took her time and wasnt rushed. I also got a full set and love them! Very great price too! I will be back for sure!

I’ve been coming to this nail salon since I moved to Florida from New York 4 years ago this is hands down the best nail salon around. Even when I moved several times I will always make the trip to do my nails here. Staff is wonderful and friendly as well. I wouldn’t trust anyone else doing my nails!

They do awesome nails and have many colors I keep going back its fast and quiet there

A husband and wife team own this excellent nail salon. I have been going there for many years! The 3rd young lady there, gives the absolute best pedicure and greatest massage. I have had pink and whites done by the husband and no one does that better than him. His wife is the expert on SNS, which I have changed to, since it breathes better, and allows my nails to grow healthy again underneath, and last at least a month instead of 2 weeks. I highly recommend this nail salon

A few weeks back I felt my nails very weak almost as they were going to fall, a day before going to get my fill, my nail almost ripped off easly..I took it off immediately to find my nail basically completely rottened. I then decided to rip off the rest to find more of my nails rottened. l should have known better since they have nasty attitude every time I go there and I see their behavior the same way with other women. They dont clean their salon and they dont clean the brushes they use. This made me upset and emotional to know they careless what happens to the health of your nails. I came here a few times because the rating were ok and it was near my home but definitely learned my lesson 😔 This place should be closed down.

I am in town for my sisters wedding and am in love with this nail salon! I wish I could take their professionalism, kindness and technique back with me. I got a deluxe pedicure, hot stone foot and leg massage and gel polish manicure. Thank you very much everyone I will be back.

I went in on a Sunday to Top beauty nails & spa, when I entered I said I needed a gel removal and a new full set, the woman looked at my hands with a face of disgust, and clipped my nails all the way down to my SKIN, never soaked the polish off. Then another guy came over and took over the process, he then started pulling the gel coat off with a RUSTY tool. I said I wasnt comfortable with them using rusty tools on my hands and asked for them to soak them and they refused and continued, at that point I let them finish, they shaved my nails down so deep there was unbelievable pain, by that point I stopped, paid the $10 removal fee and got out of there!I strongly suggest going to other local salons, theyre cheaper, nicer, and listen to the client.

Ive been coming here for 3 years now. I never wait more than 10 minutes to be taken care of. I love thats its a family business with employees being related to each other. I have referred multiple friends and family to this nail salon. I typically get basic nails, but they do it all.

Love this place so much, the staff is so nice and helpful, they make me want to come back here every time to get my nails done.

They charged me for everything because I didn’t get the gel again, to file my nails a little bit lower, to take off the gel polish for my fill (that they originally did 2 weeks prior), to fix my daughter nail that the tech broke during the fill. Horrible service delivery.

The lady that did my nails was nice, but I am not happy with the manicure. Very upset. I left my nails to dry for 20 minutes and 2 nails got nicked up. I asked her to touch them up which she did and then waited another 20 minutes for my nails to dry and the same nails got nicked up again within seconds of walking out of the place. I will never go here again.

They have the best nail techs here and the environment is very friendly and quiet and comfortable.

I love getting my nails done here. They do the best eyebrow wax and tint.

I was very pleased with the pedicure, however the girl that did my nails I had to tell her what to do, I had filed my nails down because a couple of them had cracked on the edges, I had to ask her to add more acrylic to widen them at the bottom, she could clearly see they were skinny at bottom, however I feel they are worth me giving them another shot, then Ill make my decision.

New to the area so I called for pricing before going. When I arrived, I was given a different price from the earlier phone call, either way I still decided to do a manicure dip powder. The woman never prepped my nails. She did absolutely nothing to my cuticles. To top it off, when it was time to pay, the price changed again. This manicure was not worth the money! Extremely disappointed and will not be returning.

OMG! This nail salon was absolutely amazing! My boyfriend and I got the pedicure while vacationing in orlando and the experience was very relaxing! We went on a sunday and there were little to no people there! Great service! The cooling gel and leg massage almost put me to sleep!

Horrible! She was removing the gel polish with her own nails until I asked for the right tool, she doesn’t know how to remove it without the electric machine, so unprofessional, never come back again

I recently went and to just get my eyebrows waxed The man told me only a 15 minute wait. Then five minutes later they told me can I come back later I asked for a particular time they close at 5 o’clock And the lady began to laugh. The worst service I’ve ever received any where I’ve been!!
