We called earlier this week and had an appointment today to fix our sliding glass doors that were noisy and difficult to open/close. This TEAM was on time and did our three sliding doors in under an hour - very efficient. Couldnt be more happy with our final product - in fact, you can slide open the door with one finger!

Mike is amazing. I own a small lawn care business and I had an accident where I had a rock break the window on a front door. I called several different glass companies with no luck Mike answered the phone walk me through what needed to be taken place to get it fixed. He worked with the property owner and me and got the door repaired extremely fast. It was a pleasure working with him and I highly recommend them.

I wish I could give them ten stars! They were amazing. One of my patio sliders had spontaneous shattering. The door is an odd custom size but they got it ordered for a price that was more than fair. During installation there were several issues, none their fault, and Mike the owner and Steve powered through them all, with smiles under their Covid masks! It took longer than they thought and provided some real challenges, all met, and they did not attempt to charge me any extra. They put a better set of rollers on and installed a door handle at no charge. These people are phenomenal!!!

The owner no less came to my house and repaired my sliding glass door. Something I should of done a long time ago. He made the door like brand new. Great job! Keep up the great work. Highly recommended!

This company worked with me even though install had to be put off by several weeks due to my own fault. They were professional and spent time learning EXACTLY what I wanted. They delivered! My shower enclosure is beautiful!

I called several glass companies on a Saturday because my daughters bedroom window shattered and I didnt want to procrastinate to fix it. These guys answered most promptly, offered to come out on a weekend with NO EMERGENCY FEE, and got the glass replaced quickly and for a fair price. Mike from Protocol glass is AMAZING!! We live on a golf course and our window got hit by a golf ball. Mile came out the next day and replaced our glass! While Mike was at our home he noticed our sliding glass doors were not sliding very well. He suggested we change the rollers!! Wow what a difference!! I will be calling for any and all glass needs!! After researching several other companies to complete the job I choose Protocol Glass and I am happy I did. Their services was prompt, professional and cost effective. I would have had to wait several days if I had selected another company. Would like to commend Mike and Brenda regarding fixing my sliding glass doors and back screen door. They were on time and did what they said they would do. The owner Mike Nanga does not offer free quotes. In fact, his employees will walk right into your house and begin working on your window. Which normally is a good thing. However, then Mike wants to charge a 59 dollar service fee for working on the window and states that once his employees put hands on the window he must charge 59 dollar service fee. Mike is not up front on his fees. Even his employees do not know the prices. Mike even attempted to tell me he is being generous by not charging me an emergency fee because he handled this call as an emergency because I am a female and most females are afraid when their windows do no close. Please note- I did not ask him to treat this as an emergency, never told him I was afraid, and never asked for same day service. I had two windows that would not close. The employee sprayed some WD 40 and replaced a plastic piece (which he broke mind you) and it cost my 60 dollars. At one point he wanted almost 100 (after telling me he would eat the loss).UPDATE on 5/16/17- The wife provided me a full refund and apologized, stating that the employee should have given a quote prior to completing work.

Fast and good service

My son broke a window with his toy truck, and I called Protocol Glass to help. They came within the requested time, and they worked fast!They had the window out, cut, replaced, and they even lubricated my window tracks, and cleaned up the broken glass, all within the span of 20 minutes. The window they replaced mine with is a bit thicker than the old glass (in the hope of keeping the incident from repeating itself with my children).On-time, professional service. If I ever have another incident like this, I will be calling them again!

Tells me one price over two calls, then shows up with a totally different price. Its a mom and pop reseller, if you have to choose them make sure you get a quote on paper.

Left me stranded! Got a quote asked for half deposit than changed their mind and asked for the whole price of the door ($300) They were ready to take my check information and never called me back. When I finally got a hold of them she told me to call an other glass company. Who does that?
