Jose today brought a 4th truck into our local Emerald Lakes residents specifically to pick up my Moms iron railings and three other items in this establishment. Jose was very kind and I could see He is Proud Working Man! Thank You Jose

Clermonts Sanitation Engineers go out of their way to collect what others would deem junk. Moving from Winter Garden, where they wouldnt take anything outside the bin, the Clermont Garbage Crew has been a blessing on holidays where trash builds up. Im always impressed that they go out of their way to pick up the small scraps that start to blow away.One time I was late with my bin, and I was able to schedule a one-off pick-up. I really appreciate their stellar service.

Ive had broken bottles a few times with no attempt at all to clean it up and also have had litter left behind and strewn about , very unprofessional

I have had a really great experience with the service of Clermont Garbage Colection. I moved from orange county for two Lake County and had very strict trash guidelines. These guys work super hard to please all of the residents of Clermont. I trim probably two or three dump truck loads worth of trees and they picked it all up. Every time I kids are outside they give them a trash truck shape stress ball. These guys are awesome!

We just moved to Clermont and I’ve been calling for a week now with no luck of reaching someone to talk to. We need to get a trash and recycling bin. It’s not on their website as to where to get them and they don’t answer. Terrible customer service.

A lot of cars are often parked on the street and make it real hard for these guys to do the job . But even on a holiday they came out and picke up everything that was not accessible on the normal pick up day ! Thank you
