The most Unprofessional office I have ever been in contact with. They are only interested in the bottom line not the individual as a patient. I have reported to the insurance company, insurance commissioner and better business bureau. We were warned not to see them by several people in our community and now I am telling you Do Not Use Aspen Dental..I will also put a bold notification in our club house!!!

I was surprisingly impressed with Aspen Dental. I was a bit apprehensive about going to such a large corporate style dentist believing that they would not be very personable, but my apprehension was quickly diminished. It was my very first visit and I believe that it was the absolute best dental visit I have ever had in my life. The entire staff took such great care of you and the level of service and care can not be matched. The professionalism, level of detail, and superior service was absolutely impressive. I was amazed and sent off as an incredibly satisfied “first visit” customer with an awesome initial examination with an amazing and thorough cleaning. My experience was absolutely fantastic.

Started going to this dental office in May2021, they said I needed partials on each side of my mouth in the back. They started the process in June2021, after numerous adjustments, reshaping, another impression, filling a broken tooth, the partial would not fit my mouth. In August they tried one more time, finally gave up on it, said there was nothing else they can do for me. Really, partials should have been one of the first things they learn in dental school, another is you don’t give up on your patients procedure. Now I have a little blue box with teeth in it that cost me $1000 after my insurance. My advice, shop around for a dentist before choosing this one.

I have never had a dental office from all techs and doctors in the back be so knowledgeable, kind, and really know what they are doing as far as what to look out for until I came to this office. They were very thorough during the check up compared to other dental offices I’ve been to in the past. I definitely recommend this office/company!

STAY AWAY these people are only interested in your MONEY. My husband went there for a few concerns and walked out with a $1,500 estimate. The office manager and every one else is out for your money. One of the things they told my husband is that he needed a deep cleaning and they told him his gums were in bad shape when in reality he flosses religiously. They gave him a long of list items on the estimate. We felt like we were getting ripped off and got a second opinion. The new place we went to did a regular cleaning and said my gums are fine. My estimate was only $400 for my treatment plus something extra for seeing the specialist. The only nice thing about this place is the way they treat their customers.. with a nice big smile and very friendly .4/20/21.

I have always had anxiety going to the dentist, more so now due to the pandemic. The office has safety measures in place they had me call before entering the office everyone had mask on and the dental assistants and doctors had masks and face shields!! I had two teeth extracted this week and the care I received was excellent the entire staff was friendly and pleasant. I want to thank Ava who made me feel at ease and comfortable during the procedure in every way possible,she was right by my side the entire time, she even held my hand during the extraction she showed compassion and kindness when I needed it . The doctor who pulled my teeth was also extremely nice and gentle I felt no pain and she also made me feel comfortable they both were extremely caring and I appreciate the care provided to me thank you so much.

I have a phobia with dentist. They were very patient and understanding.They put me at ease and explained what the coarse of action would be.I highly recommend them.

The Clermont office called me on Friday to confirm my appointment for Monday and since I didn’t answer because I was at work, they canceled my appointment and didn’t bother to call me to let me know. So I show up on Monday for my appointment and they have me wait 10 minutes to then call me up to the front desk and let me know my appointment had been canceled. I don’t appreciate my time being wasted.

They told me to schedule an appointment because I have a cavity. Few weeks later I show up to the appointment they scheduled for the cavity and they had no idea where the cavity was and couldn’t proceed due to the appointment being scheduled wrong. Was there for about 30 minutes just to have to reschedule because they scheduled the original appointment wrong.

I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED AT THE PROFESSIONALISM THAT THE STAFF SHOWED. I WAS COMPLETELY HAPPY WITH THE MAJOR WORKTHEY DID ON MY TEETH.THE WORK THEY DID COULD NOT HAVE COME OUT ANY BETTER

So everyone here was extremely nice and explained the issues with my teeth. My main problem is when it came to the price. Now I have Cigna health insurance which covers 80% of my procedures. I was quoted 1087 for all 4 of my impacted wisdom teeth. Each tooth was 701 which should come out to about 141 per tooth, but they were charging me about 350. I called my insurance to go get a second opinion elsewhere. Turns out they never even sent a pre authorization which is the price of everything to my insurance. Which they would have adjusted what aspen dental was trying to charge me. Anyways i ended up getting a second opinion else where for 500 dollars. So I’d definitely be wary of this place. Like i said the staff is nice, but they are definitely over charging or at least well it happened it to me. So please call your insurance and always double check pricing. It’s hard times right now with covid so just disappointed that it seems this place just wants your money.

I was nervous about having a tooth extraction and getting a temporary bridge, but Dr. Sharow did a great job and I didnt even have any pain afterward. Great job!

I couldnt have been happier with our decision to go to Aspen Dental in Clermont. My son broke his two front teeth in a bicycle accident and we needed to be seen on an emergent basis. They got us in right away, examined him, explained to us the treatment options, and educated us on the pros and cons of each. Ultimately, their advice was to go with the least invasive and most cost effective. They never tried to over-treat, never threw any hidden costs in the overall price, didnt try to convince us we needed treatment that wasnt necessary just to pad the bill, and overall treated my son based on his best interests, not their own bottom lines. I have decided to make appointments for my entire family to use their office as our permanent dentist. After going to many other offices in town, and being overcharged for things like oral care instructions and billed for services that were intentionally coded to be uncovered services to bill me in excess of my insurance coverages...Ive finally found an honest and decent dental practice. Thank you to ALL of the staff at Aspen Dental. Including the front desk, billing, and receiving ladies. Everyone was incredibly nice, caring, and respectful to our needs.

Ive been going for a few years now and theyve always taken care of my dental needs. My hygienist is wonderful and tries to keep up with any issues I have.i had to have a root canal and a new crown and the price quoted was $300 less than where they were referring me to. Im happy with the staff and services received

The dentist and dental staff were amazing. Friendly and professional. The front office staff were friendly too. Their web site doesn’t work great. I couldn’t make a new patient appt on it even though their phone message directs you to it. The new patient forms require an account number to access but you don’t get the account number before your appt. the front office staff is overworked and it could take a half hour on hold before you get to talk to someone.

I have 2 dental insurances and they dont come close to hitting the prices at Aspen. They advertise that they will get you in fast for emergency. Not even close. I dropped a crown, took a week to get an appointment. Now the temp plate they made has formed a sore in my mouth and still I have to wait a week. May have go elsewhere.

Horrible place!! The majority of the staff are friendly but they are over worked and taken advantage of. The manager and dr only care about making money and not the health of there patients or their staff! Do not go here!

Took my daughter there with an infection pocket and asked to please take care of that tooth. Instead they did a full work up that was over $16,000. No antibiotics to relieve the pressure for pain. She was in a lot of pain(crying pain) and nothing got done. Explained what tooth was hurting but no attention to that tooth. 2 days later went to another dentist and for a little over $75.00 she is pain free. Will never go here again or recommend them to anyone I know. I did not ask for a full work up I just asked to look at that tooth and decide what we need to do. No care what so ever from this group of money grubbers. It is all about the money.

Their service and attention is a breath of fresh air especially after feeling swindled by another dental facility. I appreciate their detailed explanations and care especially how they continue to keep me informed throughout the procedure. On occasion Ive had to wait longer for an appointment especially in the afternoon so morning appointments are usually more timely.

They overcharged me for a dental extraction and refused to honor the $132 price which is being advertised. The doctor told the secretary to refund me the overpriced money difference; however, the secretary told me that they might give me some sort of credit a month from now. Not a very honest business.

I made this appointment 6 months ago and yet when I get there 15 minutes before my appointment I am still not seen until almost 30 minutes after my appointment time. My time is valuable and I do not want it wasted waiting when I have an appointment time. I would appreciate it if the office was just honest and explain they were running behind and or even offer to reschedule. The practice of doing this (keeping people waiting with no notice) makes your office appear very unprofessional no matter how nice the staff is. And the staff is super nice while robbing you for service you didnt ask for or discuss prior to the Dental hygienist starting work. $30 for fluoride I never asked for or was ever offered or told the cost ahead of time. Needless to say, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I’m always amazed on how great a dentist office SHOULD BE after visiting Aspen. I’ve been at my share of dentist offices throughout the years. I’m sure I’m not the only person who dreads going to a visit or have a negative experience. The office staff is a great example of excellent customer service before going in and coming out. I always leave feeling great about my smile based on the work of the dental hygienist and others. The attention to detail to help improve my smile makes me feel like I’m a priority to them in making sure my needs and wants are met. Calling them mercenaries, would be an insult to mercenaries.Called in for an emergency, a filing in a tooth fell and I was in pain.The first alert should have been that they avoided to tell me the cost of the visit (I understand testamento should be extra)They evade the issueI got to the appointment and I they took x-rays, etc.Then they hygienist came in and remove the temporary filing leaving me in complete pain.Then the doctor came in, and said I needed a root canal.UnderstandableThen they move me in pain, since they removed the temporary filing to a waiting room.That it when the salesperson got it.She started to speak about treatmenents, etc.I told that I was fine to talk about that, but I needed the price for the pain now, and would talk about the rest later.That was when they throw the bomb that nothing could be done today.3 times i asked her to tell me how much I owed, that was not interested in anything else if they could do nothing for the emergency I came for.3 times she went back to “their plan”Only when I stated I was leaving, she finally said she would talk to the doctor about it.They put you basically in the most vulnerable position INTENTIONALLY and WITH MALICE to get you to sign a lengthy treatment.Their pitch sales and tactic are disgusting, in the best case scenario.This will be followed with a complaint to the state board.I rather deal with used car than with this people.Putting you in medium pain to get their contrace signed is DISGUSTING

This was my first visit to Aspen in Clermont and I was so pleased with how nice everyone was. The office is extremely clean and they are taking all the precautions needed during this pandemic to keep everyone safe. So happy I found this practice to be my new dentist office!

I’m a new patient here but so far I’ve had a great experience. I hate dentists and recently had a very bad experience at another place. Their office has really helped put me at ease though and been just pure heaven. The staff, from the front office to the dentists themselves, have all been amazingly nice and understanding. My first consultation was free with xrays. They did a full work up and gave me a honest analysis. Very little waiting time, if any. Clean office with staff taking necessary precautions that made me feel more comfortable having work done. The prices have been very competitively priced. Definitely ask about their Invisalign program. I couldn’t recommend them more. Thanks guys for doing such a wonderful job. :)

I do not like to go to the dentist but I am so impressed by everyone who works at Aspen Dental in Clermont! From the time you enter to the time you leave, you are treated with respect and kindness! They really do care about you and your dental issues! The radiologist/dental assistant was friendly and professional and really made me feel at ease. Dr. Sharow, my dentist, talked to me about my issue in terms that I could understand. He was very personable and his extent of knowledge of my issue and treatment options were discussed and he answered all of my questions and concerns. Aspens financial advisor gave me options so that payments are affordable for me since I have no insurance. David, the dental hygienist, was so gentle and thorough with my teeth cleaning. He also gave my simple instructions on flossing, which I have been doing incorrectly for a long time! My overall experience at Aspen Dental was very pleasant! I highly recommend them!Back for my second visit with Dr. Sharow for tooth removal on December 19, 2020. Dr. was wonderful! He told me about the procedure and answered all of my concerns! Edie, was Dr.s assistant during the procedure. When she was not helping Dr. Sharow, she placed her hand on my shoulder which was very comforting to me. Both Dr. and Edie asked me during the procedure if I was ok! Edie had also fitted me for the temporary tooth at that time and showed me how to use it properly. Unfortunately, the temp. tooth broke and the office had me come back in the next day! I was greeted by Monica (who was the tooth design tech?) and Edie!, from my procedure day before. Edie was so friendly and kind to me since I felt like an idiot to have broken the temp. tooth! She reassured me that this does happen sometimes and they will always be there for me when I have any issues! She took an impression of my teeth and within 2 hours, I had a brand new temp. tooth! Edie showed me again how to put the tooth in correctly! I feel so blessed to have had Edie help me through my tooth removal procedure and temporary tooth replacement! I am so impressed with all of the Aspen Dental staff that I have met! I would highly recommend Aspen Dental, especially if you are uncomfortable, nervous, and even fearful of dental appointments and procedures!

AMAZING. I have the biggest phobia of dentists, but never felt uncomfortable in anyway. From the first to last appointment I felt cared for and like I wasn’t just a patient. The entire team made sure to work with my fears and make everything as smooth as possible. I cannot speak highly enough about this place, I urge you to use them for all your dental needs (especially Dr. Lounsberry and the wonderful front desk staff (Holly is amazing) )!

My boyfriend went to get an exam for some tooth pain he was having, they offered us a free exam since he doesn’t have insurance. That’s a scam to try to reel you in because then they tried to tell him it would be $8000 to fix everything, including $3000 for a root canal and $1500 for a filling. WHAT A JOKE. I’m giving 2 stars only because they gave us a small bit of helpful information to take to another dentist for treatment, but no way will we ever pay those prices. Nobody should. We will he taking our business elsewhere.

I was hoping my 91 year old Mom would have a nice experience at a consultation with Aspen Dental regarding her issues with her dentures- and it was all that and more!! They were very kind and attentive and gave our Mom some great options moving forward... all that we hoped for and highly recommend Aspen Dental as I go there myself as well!!!

Great staff! Pleasant, welcoming and very helpful. The facilities are immaculate with very high hygienic standards.

The staff is pleasant enough and have no complaints there. But, if you are a member of any Discount programs, rest assured, you will be over charged. I have a list with the cost of certain procedures that I should have paid, but, charged more. They will come up with every excuse as to why the charges were higher than they should have been. IF the procedure was gong to cost more, they should have explained those charges up front.

Overall the experience was great. I would give 4.5 stars if I could but that was not an option and only because of the wait time. I am hoping that because it was the initial patient screening etc. that is why the wait time was longer. But other than that the staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The Dr. Was very informative and took the time to answer all of my questions and address any concerns I had. The were not trying to push additional unnecessary work or products on me. The Dr. and staff only addressed work that really needed to be done and only discussed the products I asked about and was interested in. It was a nice change from other dentists I have been too. I am schedule to go back for fillings and a cleaning. Oh, I also like the online portal that they have for patients to use for paper work and scheduling appointments.

I had Mike make my dentures and he is highly experienced. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. I would recommend going to Aspen Dental if you need dentures. The denture fit is excellent.

1. The receptionist wasn’t welcoming. Lacks manners but she charge the visit timely.2. They made me wait 35 min after my arrival to be treated, 4 patients who arrived after me passed first.3. They brought me to the harshest dental hygienist. He never greeted me, hardly talked to me and he worked on my mouth as working in a pig. It was painful it is the first time it hurts in a cleaning process. It was a bad experience.4. I complained with the manager, an educated and fine lady. She carefully listened to me.5. I am writing a complain to the owner!

From the front desk assistant, to the x-ray tech, to the hygienist, to the DDS, and lastly, the office manager. All were extremely professional and caring by explaining every procedure. Outrageous pricing! Got the exact same bridge at another dentist for $4,000 less. No one should ever go to Aspen dental.

Aspen Dental is doing an excellent job of maintaining a sterile environment for their patients during COVID-19. I called to let them know I had arrived, and waited comfortably in my own car until they called me back to say they were ready for me. I came in wearing a mask as requested. All staff wore masks, changed gloves after every task, and wiped down surfaces/equipment immediately after use. The dentist and dental hygienist wore protective eyewear and face shields, and gave me sunglasses to wear that doubled as protective eyewear during my exam.From a service standpoint, Aspen Dental is top-notch. Everyone was courteous, kind, and accommodating. Both the dental hygienist and dentist were quick to listen to my concerns, answer any questions I had, and explain procedures in a way I could understand easily. They made sure I was comfortable, and handled my teeth with care, operating as gently as possible. I have a follow-up procedure with them soon, and am confident I am in good hands. If you’re looking for a dentist, I recommend Aspen Dental.

Everyone here is amazing from the front desk to the nurses, doctors and Chris! He helped me understand all the numbers and finance behind a root canal. Everyone made me feel comfortable and answered every question l had, even if they seemed silly. I ABSOLUTELY recommend this office 100%

I was very pleasantly surprised with my experience. Staff was great, The gentleman at the front desk was very pleasant and Valerie was a total joy. I was put at ease within minutes by the dental tech and Dr. Sharow (I believe) is absolutely great. No lectures, admonitions; just helpful smiles and a true desire to please.The wait was longer than I like, but the office was busy which is always a very good sign.

I came in to have a tooth extracted and to speak to someone about dentures they seem very knowledgeable when it came to dentures but when it came to payment plans nothing could be found that was suitable very expensive and they never pulled the tooth most likely would never go back

My experience at this Aspen Dental facility was very good. Everyone was very professional and friendly. The whole office was very clean and well maintained. I am currently in between jobs and do not have insurance and I had to make an appointment to have a very painful tooth infection looked at. I got a free dental examination which included a full mouth X-ray. and Dr. Nguyen was great in explaining what needs to be done and got me a prescription for the infection. Once I get my dental insurance I will definitely use their services for my dental needs.

I Hate the dentist but I left this visit with a huge smile on my face. Everyone from the front desk to the doctor was amazing. I had the pleasure of meeting Jessica, Jai, Dr. Sharow, and Holly. A complete waste of time and waste of my money. Made an appointment to get a tooth extracted, 2 weeks in advance, nice and early in the morning. Showed up to my appointment, only to be told that it was an eval. Presented two false choices, a full dental exam (already had one done 2 weeks ago) or just a sectional, which they concentrate on that one area. Wasted my money only to get to the point to find out that theyre not available that day to get the tooth extracted, which was the whole purpose of the appointment. Called the original dentist (a competitor), told sure, come on over. Was sitting in their dentists chair 1/2 hour later. Spoke to an Aspen manager named Josh. A complete waste of time. Not worth the aggravation they will cause, or you time & money. Run.

Great place . I didnt have insurance or money they did a free complete exam with xrays and gave me an estimate and recommendation of what needs to be done first. I will return to and get my work done . They were all polite place was clean and I only waited 1 day for appointment. Would recommend them to all my family and friends. Honest people.

Waiting in the lobby when I was called in was too long appx 40 to 45 minutes after I arrived 10 minutes before my emergency appointment and stayed there for almost 3 hours and I was late for other plans. Needs to work on timely for new clients rather than being waiting too long.Otherwise, the staffs are so awesome to meet my expectations and did wonderful to make me feel better with my teeth. Id recommend anyone to go there for your teeth to make you happy.

Great experience. Definitely will be going back. Everyone made me feel comfortable and made me lose my fear of dentists. I am always making sure my family is taken care of with doctor and dentist appointments and I finally got to go myself and instead of getting on my case, everyone was very kind. Is been a pleasure the visit to Aspen for a year or so, yesterday was my dental cleaning, I didn’t wait long for my appointment time. They treat me with kindness, the atmosphere was pleasant, he even had a relaxing music to make the visit better than before.Thank you Aspen Dental for such a good visit I appreciate it.

I highly recommend Aspen Dental! From the moment I walked in and until I left I had a great experience. The wait was only a few minutes after my scheduled appointment. The staff was great as well as the hygentist and dentist. Everything was explained thoroughly. I felt very comfortable and at ease. Everything was clean and organized as well.

Honest company . I am very skeptical when it comes to dentist. I believe many dentist offices offer services that just are not needed.. Aspen has proven to me that I can trust a dentist once again. They have only offered me what I needed and have made my visits quick, painless, and stress free . The hygienist at the clermont office are tops. Hoping to stay with this office for many years to come.

I was surprised by how fast I was able to get an appointment to replace a filling, I was happy to not get robbed on the price for the procedure. I would definitely recommend Aspen for anyone asking about where to go for dental work. I do get the question a lot.

Aspen Dental always makes you feel welcome and relaxed. After 7 appointments, I can honestly say that the staff is patient, understandsthat each patient is different, and does excellent work. Such a scam! More of a sales office than a dental office. I have never been to a dentist for an emergency filling that didnt do the filling in the same appt. If I had known that I wouldve never wasted my time. I did ask over the phone prior to the appt. but was told that I spoke with a call center and they dont know.

I highly recommend this Dental team. The team here at this Aspen Dental location is great! I got a boatload of different treatments done, and it was all done carefully and pain- free!

Very kind and thoughtful staff. Xray technician was extremely nice and comforting to my brother who has Down Syndrome. Cant thank them enough for there care and professional service.

Had an emergency 24 hours before I was leaving for 7 days. I call them at 8pm and was in the offer ce by 830 the next morning. The BEST experience I ever had at a dentist 😂 I will definitely be recommending them to family and friends

What can I say that hasnt already been said? Beautiful, clean office, professional staff, so welcoming and nice. And the hygienist Jessica was amazing, she was so friendly and knowledgeable and she didnt even judge me too hard for waiting a year to get my teeth cleaned! So happy I have dental coverage now so I can keep coming back!

Never going back. I went for a regular check up. Last time i was checked was 6 months prior and everything was fine. When i went to Aspen, they told me that I had advanced stage gum disease and that i would need to immediately get antibiotics for each tooth, deep cleaning, and all my wisdom teeth taken out. The entire procedures would cost me about $5000. I was freaking out thinking that all my teeth were going to fall out! I am 26 and have never had any pain in my teeth. I went for a second opinion and my teeth and got bones are healthy and i didn’t need to take out any of my wisdom teeth. Never again going there. I felt like they wanted to just take my money and did not care about me as a patient. Never again!

I loved this dentist and her staff! From the time I walked through the door very professional and very warm greeting! I was not afraid because Im a chicken. The dentist was did an exam nothing like my other dentist did! They really care for you here! From ex rays to exam to financial office nothing like I experienced anywhere else! I will be recommending this dentist to everyone!!!!! Thank you!
