Repaired my iPad Mini 2 screen and looked as good as new!

I had a water issue and locked screen. Matthew did a great job with both issues. We had a problem getting a new screen do to my phone being an older Samsung. Repair $60 compared to Verizon quoting $149 replacement phone that was back ordered 3 weeks. Oh they had a $399 phone available.So glad I chose this place instead. This place is AWESOME. Had to visit them a couple times over the past month due to my phones screen breaking and then dropping it a 2nd time and messing up the LED screen. I took my 17 HP laptop to DD last Tuesday. I closed it on a pen and broke the screen. Because of the oversized screen, it had to be ordered. Delivery was promised for the following Tuesday. I needed it to rent some apartments. It was completed early on Monday and works fine. Once again DD came through. They are rapidly earning a great reputation as a local expert. Very friendly and at a fair price.

Other than being located in the most wonderful location in Florida, these guys are very reasonable and fast techs. Clean atmosphere with in and out service. The best feature is the non crowed waiting area and complimentary water and television while you wait and if you are getting more than one service they may offer discounts which is SUPERB. I have never had a problem with any device repaired in over 8 yrs and I am thankful for these guys who work really hard to serve their customers.

2 of our Phone screens cracked a week apart. Device Doctorz guys were fantastic. Very kind and were able to get parts to our phones quickly. Once everything was in, fixing them took a couple hours and we had our phones back good as newish!

My insurance company told me to go to a local computer shop to get my motherboard replacement. Initially they said they didn’t feel comfortable to fix until I mentioned my insurance will cover the expense. The only problem is they didn’t have the part. So I ask them if they give me a letter head so I can provide my insurance company a letter showing that it can’t be repaired. And guess what Device Doctor wanted to charge me 25 dollars for them to write me a letter that says we can fix it. We such con artist. To take advantage of the situation. I can only image what they charge someone who has a problem with computer. You guys are a bunch of fraud and if the owner has an issue my name public I’m not hard to find. Don’t go here with out doing your research on how much to charge.

This place is the best phone repair shop around hands down! When I say around I mean in Central Florida. Being in the construction industry Im pretty rough on phones so Ive seen my fair share of phone repair stores. However, this shop is by far the most fair, upfront and honest folk you will deal with. The customer service is unparalleled and Matt is superb at making sure you leave there happy with the service provided. I have an older model ipad which completely froze. Apple told me that the devise was no good and would need to be replaced. I took it to device doctors today and they got it back up and working the same day. Couldnt thank them enough, as I thought I had lost so much data which hadnt been backed up. Our daughter somehow managed to relocate the power button of her iPad into the housing and after a Google search, my fine found Device Doctorz who were local and well rated. We dropped off the tablet and they had it repaired the same day.Admittedly there was a bit of confusion and a misunderstanding on my behalf about a part of the screen that was damaged upon removal, which we were told ahead of time could happen.Thankfully Mathew was very professional and understanding about the matter and worked with me until I understood what happened and why.We highly recommend the Device Doctorz and are thankful for their service!

Called ahead just incase to make an appointment due to Covid (all tech places require appointment nowadays) .. Tony was able to take me in right away to help me with my Windows PC laptop. After facing a dead end with my laptop, he helped me wipe it clean and started fresh and New! He also helped fix my screen, since it was coming apart from the cover. He had it all fixed and ready for pick up by end of business day. All at a reasonable price. Very cool and nice dude who definitely sounded like he knew his stuff😎

These guys are true professionals. I consider myself to be relatively tech savvy. I replaced an iPhone charging port myself for the first time, but for some reason it wouldn’t charge. I took it to these guys to have the pros do it. They called and said I had done it 95% right but had not stretched the cable far enough. Did the charge me? NOPE! Class acts. From now on I’m bringing my broken devices to these guys and will recommend them to anyone who asks. Their prices are already better than anybody in the area.

These guys never disappoint! I brought in my sweet very elderly friend’s ancient laptop. All she wanted to do was play her exercise videos. I couldn’t find an updated driver for the DVD player but they worked at it and made it workable for her so she didn’t have to buy a new computer. I love it when companies take care of our seniors! The service was phenomenal. I initially contacted thier office via email. Matthew emailed me back promptly addressing my concerns about my television and the repair. When I took my television in to drop it off he was very warm and professional and he understood how much I wanted the television to be repaired and so I kept my fingers crossed that it could be. After the diagnostic report was finished, he was very informative and patient and explained that as it stood for my t.v. repair. It was an older model and the parts would be too hard/unable to find and costly to repair it so after weighing everything I opted to not have it repaired. He went a step further before even calling me with the diagnostic report. He was kind enough to take the time and went online to look for televisions that was comparable in size to my current tv and for a good value and gave me his honest opinion on which brands to get because I didnt want to end up in a similar situation. Did he read my mind? Yes he did....😊. When I picked up my television another friendly male was there to greet me. Matthew printed it the info for comparable tvs out for me so that I wouldnt forget and he and his male coworker brought the tv out to my car. I even called him back later that day to ask him his opinion on another brand of television and he patiently answered my questions. Talk about great service. Im so happy that I chose them. My review is pretty honest; the first time I there, the staff are friendly and professional people. The one thing that may have bothered me a little was the price; I was a little bit unaware of how much the cost would be to fix my computer. Until I received my laptop and saw the price, I dont know what went wrong with my computer. All I know is that kept freezing up, and it giving me trouble for me to get into my desktop was the reason why I gave them to fix. The problem was uncertain, so they ended up resetting it, which is fine. Now, after a day, I received my computer, I notice a couple of things that I am having problems now that I did not have before. I am having difficulty trying to set my desktop; it keeps defaulting back to the sign-in page; the browser I am trying to use is google chrome, so I decided to remove the ask.com for research purposes. The search bar still maintains on the ask.com, so I gave up on that. Last was the audio; the majority of my courses are online and require a lot of videos to be watched. I cannot hear any sound from my computer, so I assume it was probably the video I was watching from my course. So I tried going on YouTube to play a video to receive some audio, and I did not get any. So I went into my settings to check why I cannot hear anything from my computer, and it was set on headphones; I tried to remove it, but its there by default. I do not think I will be coming back because I do not want to go through another problem with the laptop to developed another problem to where I would be unsure of what the cost would be.

Fantastic customer service, great prices and I am so happy with the repair. I was even able to pick up my laptop a day earlier than expected (awesome!). The reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that after bringing my device home I noticed it would not turn on unless it was connected to the charger. I was able to open it up to inspect the battery and it was left unconnected. Luckily, I was able to plug the battery back in with no problem and everything is now in full working condition. Other than that minor oversight, I am very happy with Device Doctorz and will be coming back!!

After having my screen replaced multiple times within a few days (using another vendor) due to some strange things happening on my iPhone - my husband suggested I try Device Doctorz. Im so happy I did - the things happening on my phone were not in my imagination. They knew exactly what was wrong with the phone. Apparently, there has been a few recalls on this older model phone. Ill make it simple. I had a weird phone no one in the city could fix but this store and another and the other was charging double and had double the wait time. I have an odd phone that practically needs to be dismantled to replace anything which was the battery in this case. The job was done in 2 days and i was extremely impressed 5 out of 5

Last week I noticed cracks on my tablet screen. Big cracks! Better to pay for a new screen than pay for a new tablet, right? Called Device Doctorz and they ordered the screen. Took it in today for replacement. He looked at it and said, Ive got good news and bad news. Bad news is I dont get to make any money on this job. Good news is you were smart enough to put a good, glass screen protector on your tablet. He pulled it off and my screen was not only intact, but in perfect condition. His honesty speaks volumes about his professional integrity. He is our permanent go-to guy for any needed repairs for PC, tablets and phones.

I found out about this company from a family friend. I previously had taken my phone to Ubreak I fix before finding out about them... Device doctors replaced my front glass they had the parts in stock and the repair took 30 minutes ! when they went in they discovered missing screws and damage to my battery along with other missing parts from my back glass repair at UbreakIfix. They replaced those missing parts for me free of charge. I am so appreciative of the honesty and how quickly they were able to repair my device and have it back to me. The customer service was amazing.

The price is reasonable he did very good work. I give them my phone with a cracked screen before they closed one day 3 p.m. the next day they they called and said my phone is ready. And my phone Works a little better then before. and my phone is no longer sold its old. The staff member was very nice and answered any questions that I asked. If you have any advice that needs to be fixed give him a try instead of going to buy a new device. Ive got my phone fixed the reason why I bought it new it came with two free gigabytes of data. I called about replacing a battery on a 5-year old MacBook. When I brought the laptop in, they had preemptively ordered the battery... saving me the extended downtime for the parts to come ing. Their online ticketing system kept me informed throughout the process, as did the tech working on it.

I had device doctors upgrade my computer that was 8 years old and it works great. Cost me a fraction of a new one and they were able to transfer all of my files. Fast service and the people there were so nice.

Wow this is the best place to go for anything! They were so sweet and helpful! The knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it was right on the spot. They show you where the issues are and how to fix it if it happened again.

Had a bad TV power board that needed capacitors replaced. Device Doctorz was able to order and replace the parts in a very timely manner and for a reasonable cost. Needed a tv looked at and, after a lot of research trying to find a place that could do the job, I found Device Doctorz. They had great reviews and after going, I understand why. They were very friendly and informative when I first called and let me know then what the cost would be to assess the tv and that I didnt need an appointment. They were able to assess the issue while we were there and very promptly wrote the invoice we needed for the warranty. I would definitely use them again!

Took our drone camera board in to replace the mini usb receptacle. They were so professional, not charging anything until they were sure they could make the repair satisfactorily. My Iphone 6s was completely shattered and pieces were already fallen out of it. They were able to repair it and for a very decently priced fix. They were all super nice. Drop my LG G6 complete cracked screen. Call another location for a price to replace it and they told me $230. Called DD and was half the price of the other place. Would recommend DD to be your first option for ALL your electronic problems.

Great service, fair and honest people

Turned in my phone for what would be a simple fix. Got it back having to pay extra for problems that I did not have on the device beforehand. Also discovered some new problems a couple minutes later such as new scratches on my screen and a messed up audio. Didn’t even bother paying to fix that, for all I know they will just mess it up even more just to empty my pocket. 1 Star! Not trustable, I suggest going elsewhere.
