I purchased a journal, 3 ring binder, and 2020-2021 calendar/planner. They did not have a large selection of calendars/planners. Maybe due to end of year they are getting more selections soon. 🤔 I payed:Calendar/planner: $15.993 ring binder: $8.49Business Journal: $10.39Total after taxes: $37.32The store and parking lot were not crowded, all staff were using mask, and safety dividers are in place at check out. The store was also very clean and the staff were friendly. 🙂

Only place to go when you need it now. I find their prices often comparable to online merchants. I think they will match any price as well. We still need to support the brick and mortar. Sometimes you gotta look and feel it before you buy it! 🧐🤓

It is increasingly like shopping in Venezuela. Shortages of everything along with customer service that makes you wonder if anyone knows anything. Skip this place if you need supplies for your business.

This is the BEST office supply store around!!!!Edwin and Alyx, have gone above and beyond for me in the past week, I have been there 4 times in the past 7 days and these two employees have helped me more then I could ever imagine. They are both excellent at that their jobs and very knowledgeable and on point! It doesn’t seem like good customer service exsists anymore, but these 2 have exceeded my expectations, they need a raise:))

Today Again I received Excellent Customer Service at Office Depot from Matt and Alyx in their printing/copier area.I not only saw the way they were Professional, Kind, and caring of my needs, but also how well they treated everyone they came in contact with.I was in the store for almost an hour taking care of numerous documents and their Excellent Customer Service never wavered. Kudos to you both

A family member had died recently and we only had photos that were small and had other people in the frame. One of the workers in printing (Mark) went above and beyond. He was able to create the perfect picture, and my family will be forever grateful. Its people like Mark that bring customer service to a whole new level, and I sincerely hope he gets the recognition he deserves.

Today, I felt like I was a firefighter as I spent the entire day putting out fires for a big wedding we have tomorrow. I was pressed, tried and tested all day, like for real – for real. But my day got a lot better when I walked into the printing department at Office Depot at 9:23 PM. I met a saint named Jayson. He seemed very passionate about his job as he assisted me. Jayson has a spirit of a saint, as he is humble, professional, an amazing listener and patience. He listened to my questions shared a few tips and ideas.Jayson went out of his way to calculate the items I was deliberating to purchase as this allowed me to make a well educated purchasing decision. He shared a few different printing options with me, with a smile and he also made suggestions. He never gave me a side-eye {you know, a side way eye roll} as I had a semi-complicated order.Jayson deserves standing ovation as he made my overall experience a great one. Jayson crushed my order like a BOSS!!

This place is 5 star! I wish to recommend a Girl named Alyx. She is very personable, quick and efficient. She must have some superpower to make things happen so quickly. I’m a regular customer at Office Depot in Clermont off FL-50, and I am pleased with her work every time! Also, a fellow named Edwin came to my rescue when I was having a problems with my Avery card download. Whole team here are highly skilled and customer-centered friendly. The manager at this facility is also very resourceful and personable too! I HIGHLY recommend this place!

A very knowledgeable staff who was very helpful answering all my questions concerning laptops. I saved a lot of money buying a laptop while it was on sale. And many other items were on sale too.

I have been a customer at this store since it opened, but the service here, especially the Asst. Manager, who TOLD me that he was THE manager, have lost my business for good! I was treated with the attitude of casual boredom by assistant manager Troy Barnes when I was at the store with a defective device. I had the receipt and was informed multiple times that they only did exchanges within 2 weeks. I was willing to purchase a different more expensive unit if they could accommodate even a minor discount and was again told, as if reading off an instruction sheet We only accept returns within two weeks. I have been treated with more concern and helpfulness at Walmart! I will no longer use this store for ANY of my ink, paper or technology purchases for myself or the customers of my computer business.

Got a great deal on a new laptop. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I had an 8 page legal document that had to be scanned to email. It was done in seconds. The only thing is they send it to your email only which is great because you have it to send.By the way the cost was only $2.00. Thank you Office Depot.

Last year the print personnel happily helped make a Christmas card with photos of my pets. I called this store and told Lisa in the print Dept. and she said they were not busy at the time, but didn’t know if they would be able to do it while I waited. I said that was fine even if it took a couple of days. Said I’d be there in 15 minutes. When I got there, an older gentleman told me I had to enter my own job on their website myself and it would charge me at the time or I had to bring the job on a Zip drive. I said I would go somewhere else. Two different stories from two people and terrible customer service. When I got there, I had to enter my name and cell # on a laptop to get service, so if there was any mixup, one of them could have called me to come back. Won’t go there EVER again and will spread the word.

The fax machine never works. This has been an issue for years. The remodeling looks nice but why advertise a service that you can never provide?

I always use Office Depot because they are efficient and affordable. I was in there tonight picking up some things for work. I was home for about 20 minutes after a 12+ hour dat when I realized that I misread a text my husband sent me and needed something for a project for my son...that is due tomorrow. We have a printer at home but its out of toner and the delivery was delayed until tomorrow as well. So back out I went to Office Depot to see if they could save the day. Tony was super helpful and recognized me from my previous visit. He got my things printed and didnt charge me for them. I will continue to use Office Depot.

I would not recommend this store to anyone. I went there today to shop. I already had over 300 dollars in my cart, but needed to add a file cabinet. I asked the sales employee if he could sell me the cabinet that was on display (as I have bought many times before from the SAME store) and he said NO. He said that he was not going to sell it to me. I really think that he was just being lazy and did not want to load the cabinet for me and/or in my truck. Everytime I come to this store they hide to watch your every move as if I was stealing something. Nevermind that I used to be a prosecutor and always dress professionally. No, my latina look is just good enough to alert them to follow me all over the store. I just left all merchandise in the cart and left. Way to lose $500.00 store manager. Next time, please train your staff better at sales and customer service. I will be switching to Staples.
