The whole process from buying the car wash to going through it was very easy. The wash I selected was the ultimate foam wash and it got the car sparkling clean. There is also free vaccum available afterwards with really strong suction that no dirt can hide from.

Love these guys! They are leo friendly and do a great job scrubbing bugs off the front of my car. I have a monthly membership scanner so its a quick entry. They are getting super popular so on busy days be prepared to circle the parking to get a spot. If you get your car washed more than 3 times a month, get the monthly membership. It pretty much works out to 1 free wash per month.

Well maintained, good hours, always have extra towels and window cleaners available. I would love to see a carpet cleaners there... I think its the only missing piece to be perfect!

They do not really make an effort to get splattered bugs off prior to wash and the car wash doesn’t do it. And our car wasn’t even bad with bugs. AND we went with the high end wash.

Always a good experience. Soapy washes and plenty of towels and spray bottles to polish the windows.. I love the dual vacuum systems hanging high above my truck and the high pressure Air gun. Most of all the early bird special you every day before 10am. Enjoy

Its just ok. I guess Ive been spoiled by the car wash in Winter Garden that has someone towel dry your car after every wash, along with as good if not better process than Blue Water. I guess if youre in the area and need a car wash its a good option. Vacuums were good.

In and out really fast. Very accommodating. The wash was good, the vaccums were strong, and they provided cleaning supplies for other uses that other car washes dont. Very good experience.

First time hereIt washes top well. The undercarriage considering. The line was fast. It was hard to see the payment screen because of the sun.The set up is nice they offer towels and glass cleaner. Ill go back coonsidering.

I paid for their most expensive car wash and the front of my car was still very dirty, the tire rims as well. You do have to vacuum and clean the inside of your car, some of your windows as well. Luckily their station was free. You dont need coins. We went on a very busy Sunday and the wait was fast. Worth it if you pay for the cheapest option.

On Google says they close at 7pm. Arrived at 6:30pm, everything closed already, no one answering the phone. At the entrance is written open until 8pm.

I really like taking my car to this place for a car wash. You can pay for each time or you can buy monthly for car washes. Their vacuum system is really nice although some of their hoses are beginning to need to be repaired they disconnect at the nozzle. Plenty of bays available. They have window cleaner and cloths to complete the job. Fairly priced. What more could you ask for!

Not doing complete detailing.

I purchased a 25 dollar detail service for my SUV. The first time I went through the car wash my vehicle was not clean at all. I went in a second time and All four of my tires got damaged from the carwash! I spoke to one of the associates that were working that day and NOTHING was done!!!

The bristles scrub my vehicle and the soap helps get the dirt off

I like it better than mister and they have an air hose at the vacuum station for blowing out your floor mats, shifter boots, seat creases, etc etc. Which makes all the difference on cleaning your car. (I use to be an auto detailer)

A little pricey but the free vacuums (which actually work really well) and the free window cleaner makes it worth it!

The abrasive brushes that were used before the drive thru wash completely scratched and ruined the grill on the front of my vehicle. It’s beyond unprofessional to think that such a hard brush is necessary, especially in non-lovebug times of year. I will probably have to replace or refinish the front fascia of the vehicle now. Hopefully I can get some sort of feedback or compensation from the company, cannot recommend a car wash any less than this place.

Great place for a wash!

This place is great for $20 I got the full wash, this included scrubbing my wheels before entering the car wash front bumper and back bumper. The wash was quick and on the way out their air blowers dried the car almost 100%. What I really loved is their free vacuums and air hoses along with the free rugs and Windex to finish the wash yourself. I used the rug to clean up the missed spots on my rims, added my tire shine, aired out my dash, seats, etc. And then using their side vac cleaned up all of the grass and dirt remnants from the carpet. In 15mins my car looked spotless

Out of the several car washes in the area I prefer this one. Vacuuming area is large with several tool options to get in the small areas of you vehicle. If you purchase above the basic wash, they are quick with the scrub brush to get the bugs off. Staff has always treated me politely. Easy access off of Hwy. 50

Not good with customer service; I got to the car wash before 7 pm. I was not permitted to vacuum my car at 7:01pm. I asked an employee if he would let me vacuum for a minute. He had a bad attitude. This was my first time here and did not see any sings saying they close at 7pm. He told me if I did not like it, Dont come back. I asked him why was he so rude and asked for a manager. After waiting for 3 minutes the same employee came back to tell me that the manager was busy. Good car wash but bad customer service. Hope they can fix that.

Love that they actually scrub the front and back of your vehicle. Vacuums have great suction and and the air gun is great for getting the excess water out of the crevices

Amazing strength vacuum. If you have a cross roof rack Id remove it for better cleaning. Very light streaks left behind. Not bad if youre not too picky, other than that, Im very satisfied!

I absolutely love this car wash. The employees are always so pleasant here. Ive seen so many people come to use the vacuums then leave without paying. It clearly states free vacuum with purchase of car wash. And its only $6.00 for the basic one. I will definitely keep coming back. They have windex and clothes that you can use for free. The vacuum stations have plenty of space to move around. As well they have air pressure to get inside all of the hard to reach areas. The monthly club price is totally worth it, starts at 20.

They’ve taken the car wash experience to another level. Not only do you get a great wash but they provide towels and glass cleaner to detail your car. But the best part are the air hose blowers adjacent to the vacuum nozzles. Now I can blow the dust out of those hard-to-reach areas instead of trying to clean ‘em with a towel.

Love this place car wash is the best

I frequent this place in my work van and in my personal vehicles. They usually have two employees standing by the entrance to the wash to spray and pre-scrub the vehicle before entering which really seems to help get rid of bugs and other things (which is a huge problem in Florida).The brushes in the wash seem evenly spaced and access most areas of the vehicle rather easily. Multiple vacuum head options and even compressed air gun for cleaning the interior afterwards.

It does a good job of cleaning, but still any tough spots have to be worked on separately. Staff was attentive and scrubbed any areas I pointed out. The vacuums are very powerful and were able to clear debris from even the tightest of corners. Window spray and rags are available for drying and inside work.

Its not as good as it used to be. I paid for the highest premium car wash and they barely scrubbed my vehicle. I still had lots of bug residue on my windshield, front grill and back of side view mirrors. I may not go back there again unless they gave me a voucher to redeem themselves. I may start going back down the street to Mister Carwash

The manager at this location has always gone over and above to quickly fix any problems. The wash is affordable and convenient for us so we have the monthly plan.A couple of things. If you can get there before 10:30am the “Early Bird” wash will be a better deal than the monthly plan. Also, we scaled down to the plan without tire shine because they have it adjusted so high that it slings the oily shine all over my white truck after I pull out. I told the manager about this and they apparently won’t adjust it down because most cars like their tires to be super shiny... no problem for me. I just got the lower plan without it.

They ran out of cleaning towels. But the wash looked good.

Snotty little brat that works there and they lost 2 of my center hubs to my wheels and when I approached them they found one and said it wasnt there problem. Snotty brat said my car was clean enough even though I was thinking dirt off on my finger tips. I live across the street and travel 5 miles down the street to my unlimited car wash. So sad.

I took both my wife’s and my car for a wash here today I was impressed after washing my car so I brought my truck after purchasing the wash I wanted I drive in and Theres a truck infront of me which the employees looks in the bed and lets the truck go in so as the truck enters the wash and I am behind it stuff starts flying out of the back of the truck and on to my truck to a point that a HIGE box got stuck under my truck and the employees after I cursed them out came out with saw saws and had to cut the box out from under my truck, thankfully no major damage but the damage could’ve been worse, the driver in the other truck noticed and sped off right away, they definitely need to do a better job checking truck beds that are uncovered!

When Im in from out of town visiting my parents, I often get my car washed as well as get my parents cars washed. This year I started going to Blue Water. This place is all about service. They do a helpful prescrub, the vacuums are really powerful, the hand held air sprayer is a nice touch, they offer complimentary towels, & complimentary window glass cleaner. Weekday mornings before 10 am the basic car wash is $3; which is well worth getting out of bed for. And, the staff is top notch! Last time I was there, I left my radio on and doors opened way too long w/o turning on the car and my battery died. The manager grabbed a jump box from the office, got my car running again, and had me on my way in seconds. I will definitely be returning to this location to wash my car next time Im in Clermont.

Best carwash in clermont...i was a mister carwash customer....they close way too early...blue water is way better priced...the staff is great...the vacuums actually work!!! plus they have the compressed air...which is great for blowing out dust out of the car...

Quick and gets job done

Broke the windshield on my suv watched the top roller hit the bottom corner (something stuck in flaps) and watch it crack. Told manager right away and he apologized and took pics to send to owner. Called several days later to say owners said that a car wash could never break a windshield and they aren’t responsible. Be warned.
