Leading Edge completed our custom home about six months ago. This company is staffed with good, caring people, who want their customers dream homes to come to be a reality. That has certainly been the case with our experience. While there were certainly some bumps in the road, as with any construction project, they did what needed to be done to get the job done right. We would recommend Leading Edge to anyone and thank them for making our dream come true.

Leading edge builders and all their employees Have been really difficult to deal with this has been the worst and stressful year because of their lack of communication with The building process. Total disrespect from start to finish. I have dealt with almost everybody in the company and they do not care about their customers. Every subcontractor that worked on our house messed something up and had to come back multiple time . It took them 3 Times to get our marble backsplash right. (Per superintendent) . There wasn’t one trade that was smooth. Worst builder in Florida

There is so much I wish I could say about Leading Edge, but it is hard to put into words how amazing the entire process was. Building this house was something we have always dreamed about both of us never thought we would be homeowners let alone have a house built for us with everything we have always wanted. My fiance proposed to me April 2019 and also showed me this piece of land that would be the future of our home. This started the entire process. We started researching other builders and our cousins who were also building recommended Leading Edge. While we got our credit in order we remained in contact with Leading Edge. They supported us with a mortgage lender who I can not say enough good things about, she talked on the phone with me for probably about an hour before we even had her run our credit. The mortgage process went as smooth as it could go. While we were getting pre-approved we had also started exchanging emails with Dana, 98 of them exactly. She answered any question I had before we had even decided to go with them. Once we were pre-approved we started on our layout. The first design was exactly what we wanted, they listened to everything, all our needs and created something spectacular. Once we had our layout the whole rest of the process began around end of August. After permitting and sand layout we poured the slab Oct. 1st. I cant tell you the excitement we had when we finally saw the layout of our home. The rest of the process with Steven, Adam, Michele, and Ryan went as smooth as could be, they kept us informed through their app every step of the way with daily notifications and photos. If we ever had a question the whole team was willing to respond in record time. They made our dream of owning a home the most enjoyable experience we could ever imagine. The best part of the process was how much they put their heart into it, they took our project in as if it were their own home. I cannot say enough good things about Leading Edge, just if your looking for a builder you need to give them a call and you wont regret it. Thank you Leading Edge we cant wait to move in our home tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!

Without going into a very long story and an even longer list of reasons, I’ll just leave it at this... I would definitely NOT recommend Leading Edge Builders to build a custom home.

Leading Edge completed our home just over a year ago. We love it! They made the whole process so easy, from helping us select a floor plan and modifying it to meet our needs to picking out all of the many pieces that made our house a home. The staff was amazing and was quick to respond when we had questions throughout the building process. Quality work by great people!

I love my home so much, I never want to leave! Leading Edge was very helpful in customizing my house exactly the way that I wanted it and even got us in before the holidays!

Leading Edge did a great job on building our home. Everyone was professional and they ensured our home was built right and delivered on time.

Never, and I do mean NEVER release your final draw until you the owner are satisfied with the build. If you have a project manager who says It wont be perfect. and your spending $100s of thousands, the company does not have your best interest.

I recommend them to anyone looking for a builder, the nice part is even when they are done and signed off for they guarantee their work!
