The dispatcher was patient and gave a spot on time estimate, I believe the driver was actually a bit early but all to the good. Billy I think was his name, very courteous with a sense of humor and delivered the car through some tough traffic in perfect order. Id definitely recommend them. They had to navigate some annoying issues with my broken down car but handled it in stride and with no error.

Well, this company was contracted by AAA to get me a tow today. The request was put in at 7am, they got dispatched at 8:30am and I was supposed to have a wait till around 11am which is fine since I understand these companies usually have multiple calls to go to. Fast forward to 11am, I’m waiting for a call or anything, phone is about to die so I decide to call AAA to see if they can find out some details for me, I’m then told that I have another 2 hours to wait, which like I said before, I’m fine with that, got a busy day this morning. Fast forward to 1:30pm after I take a cat nap in the back of my car, still no truck, have to locate a phone to use because my phone has been dead since just after the last call to AAA. Call AAA again, get told yet again another 2 hours, slightly frustrated, but nonetheless fine with waiting although I’m extremely bored with nothing to do except sweat and avoid heat exhaustion by walking to a nearby CVS, which is still a nice 10 minute walk, to get some water and return to my car so in case they get there early. Let’s fast forward one last time to 3:30pm, no truck in sight, wonder what’s going on. Locate a phone again to give a call to AAA, on hold for 5+ minutes while they talk to the company. Lo and behold, these people call a dead phone a few times and decide it’s not worth coming and getting me, even though AAA has given them ample amount of information to find me. They leave me stranded. Practically left for dead by this company because they can’t understand that I have literally been waiting since 7am to get a tow and that maybe the phone died and I have no ability to charge it with a car that is also dead that not enough electrical is going to the car.So what I have to say is this, if you had a great service with this company, you were lucky or you got paid for the review because this company didn’t give enough of a damn to pick up someone from their partnership with AAA.

Just got back from our little adventure but were so glad we called Stans. Nice people and very professional. The gentleman that came to pick up our vehicle was there right when they said he would be and got us hooked up and out quickly. Got us home just as quick. Price was fair and we would call them again in a minute. We are new to the area so its nice to know there are honest people here! Thank you!

Good things come to those who wait. While the tow truck came a few minutes past the estimated time (that’s why it’s an estimate). I couldn’t been more satisfied with the professionalism, kindness and the great care my family and I received. Not a great day if you need a tow truck but if you do these guys will help you out!

Very professional, honest and reliable! Had to get a tow from Groveland to Lakeland, got a very reasonable quote over the phone. Although a tow truck was not available the evening that I called, they got me booked for the next day. Chris and his team were a pleasure to deal with, made everything convenient and showed up on time. Delivered the vehicle at its destination as arranged, the whole process was easy and they were honest from the beginning. Would recommend and consider them in the future.

The gentleman who came to tow my car was so fast and efficient. I was quoted 40 minutes and he arrived in 15-20! I missed his name, but he had big muscles and tattoos and his arms. He worked quickly and even cracked a few jokes to help lighten my not so great day. I would reccomend this company to anyone in the area who needs a tow!!

Stans Pro Tows saved the day. They said it would be about a 45 minute wait, but the tow truck was there in only 20 minutes. The gentleman was very helpful and friendly. Satans Pro Tows definitely understands customer service and that combined with the speedy response will make them my only towing company. Thanks guys! You saved me the other day, you are Awesome.

I did not have the pleasure of using this company but I spoke with Mike several times while stuck in sand on Sullivan Road. He was very nice and helpful. He even offered to use his personal 4x4 to get me out. Turns out he was too busy at the time, so he referred me to Revis. Mike even called me back later on to see if I was helped out yet. Would definitely call Stans in the future after talking to Mike. Great guy!

5 stars because one, he showed up in 15minutes. Two, the truck was very clean and shined up in all the details! If he takes time and money to make sure his equipment looks great, then he’ll make sure my car is safe. And for three, he was awesome and made sure you were ok. Greatly recommended!!!

I had locked my keys in my vehicle and called my insurance companys emergency road service. They called Stans Pro Tows and told me it would be about 20 minutes. Doug was on the scene in 10 minutes and got my door open.Fast and friendly service. I would highly recommend and will use them if I ever need assistance in the future!

We were stuck in a parking garage and Doug helped us move away from a pole and replace a tire within 10 minutes. This is after another towing company made us wait over 2 hours for a proper tow. Id recommend this towing company and Doug over anyone else in the area any day.

I had an accident, tapping off a horrible day, so I called Stan’s. Having had to have my car towed by other companies before, I was expecting quite a wait. But no, their dispatcher (Scott) got a driver(Michael) to my location quickly. Stan’s Tow Pro is now the official tow company of Frank Parascondola, kudos to the both of you!

AAA was called at 7:15, Stans wasnt in route until 9:15 when they were supposed to already be at the destination. Then they updated the arrival time to 10:19, then updated it again to 11:36. Absolutely ridiculous!
