I found this company on line. I called them and got an immediate appointment for 2 days later. They actually called me to see if it would be convenient to come earlier. The repairs were made quickly and efficiently. He even took before and after pictures. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to this company.

Hygenic Air came out and cleaned my air ducts in a timely manner. They were extremely professional and upfront about their cleaning process. Also much cheaper than AC companies that want to charge $1000+ for similar services... dont fall for those scams.

Initially used Hygienic Air Plus for my dryer vent cleaning and was impressed with their punctuality and professionalism. Pricing was reasonable and they got the job done quickly. I decided to hire them again to clean my a/c vents. I had the same technician arrive to do the job which reassured me. While the job was done well, once the technician was gone I noticed all my hardwood floors were scratched up from the large equipment that was brought into my home. My recently painted walls were damaged on some corners as well. Left me disappointed from the nice experience with them.

Originally my appointment to have my vents cleaned turned into them telling me they would be back on Saturday at 1pm, not asking me.Today, I called to confirm in the morning, they said they would be at my house at 1pm, its now 335pm, Ive called and left messages, and no response.They didnt call to cancel or reschedule my appointment and blew me off.Next time I have available wont be until January and I cancelled going to Daytona beach today so I could have this done.Recommendation is find another company...

The BBB sent out an SOS for a dryer vent cleaning on my behalf when two requested quotes were not responded to.I received a call from Jeff. I had several questions, so the interrogation/vetting took place. Jeff answered all my questions and totally explained the process.On the day of my appointment, Chris, my tech, called to let me know he was on his way. He arrived on time and cleaned out my dryer vent. I was shocked at the amount of lint that was extracted. Chris was very professional and courteous. The next day, I received a receipt for my job and a 12 page report with pictures. I was very impressed and happy. I highly recommend Hygienic Air Plus.

Due to no fault of the technicians, they were several hours late which threw my schedule off a bit, but not a big issue. Jeff was great about finding a solution and communicating time-lines. When they got there, they were quick and efficient to their work and make everything worry-free for me. The cost was a higher than I hoped, but I feel better knowing that our air is moving correctly and our ducts were clean. We had 23 vents to clean, and they knocked it out in less than 90 minutes. Very professional and pleasant to work with and would highly recommend if you need this service done.

They were extremely professional and did a great job. The even contacted me on the weekend to respond to my service request, and showed up promptly on Monday.

Appointment was scheduled at 3-4 pm. They called @ 8am asking if they could do the appointment right then. I was just getting into the shower& before I could even try to call them back, they were ringing my doorbell. My daughter was at home with me in her home office. She answered the door & asked them if they could wait in their vehicle for about 10 minutes & that I would be right out. I did let them do the appointment , but would of liked a little advance notice. They did a very good job.

Everything was the best. Fast service appointment, early arrival, multiple confirmations and reminders, knowledgeable and helpful people, thorough job. Up front job price estimate. Could not have been better. I highly recommend.

Minor Issues :At first the 2 servicemen were not aware that the registers were to be removed for cleaning. 2nd lapse: lead guy did not know dryer vent was to be cleaned until I reminded him, he looked up order to confirm. Some registers were not re-seated flush against ceiling. Before/after pictures of interior cleaning were assuring. However our overall postservice feeling was a so-so. The enclosed photo shows an example of ceiling gap left.But these were Minor issues. The servicemen were friendly, industrious and cooperative,

The techs were on time and communicated throughout what they were doing and review everything done. Very professional and courteous. We will return for other and future services.

Vent for my dryer. Jeff was awesome honest! Had him look at vents in house. We made a appointment for that cleaning service before he left. Will only use them. This company is what you need. I just had them do my dryer vent cleaning, and the amount of lint they cleared could have furnished 20 bird nests. Was so happy with this procedure that have hired them to do entire home AC vents to clean out. I know that when they do AC unit, not only will my home be cleaner, the AC will work more efficiently and my electric bill will be cheaper. Thank you Hygienic Air Plus!!!

I haven’t used the fireplace in my home for about 15 years. I wasn’t comfortable that it was safe to use because we never had it cleaned or inspected. I called Hygienic Air Plus after googling chimney cleaning. They promptly came out, vacuumed, cleaned and inspected my fireplace and chimney. Called this company for a dryer vent cleaning. They were very unprofessional and had no knowledge of all the technical questions I asked. When I asked if they did dryer vent cleanings they had no idea what a dryer was. I got the impression that this was a scam company
