I called on Monday to set up my appointment for today (Wednesday) - easy and everyone is very polite every time I go in. I’m a frequent customer going in every few weeks to get another dip powder set put on. I get my usual shape (squoval) and mix up the colors. Today was my first time getting tips, as my nails were very short. I got tips, purple dip powder, and an ombré with sparkles as friday is my formal dance. The tips were put on correctly, but my squoval is definitely not right, even after I asked my nail technician to make it more round twice! My left thumb is not straight, and each nail seems to have a different thickness and slant. Some are so thick they look like bubbles. They look nice from afar, but my cuticles were not touched, and they seemed to reuse a disposable nail file-which is a big no no for federal heath regulations. I’m pretty unhappy with my visit-especially since I asked twice for squoval and still got super square nails. I don’t think I will be returning.

Its rather expensive for the quick job they do! Towels were not clean! People not very professional! Nothing great! Wont be going back!

My friend got a perfect nail appointment, no problems. But my manicurist didnt ask for a shape that I wanted, kept messing up when polishing my nails, left a large chip in my nail that I didnt notice until I left. He also shaved down my thumb nail so far into the side that it now hurts. Im just glad its on my left hand

I’m in the Clemson area on vacation and needed a pedicure bad! I chose Tammy’s Nail & Spa and was absolutely delighted with the service. Ken was such a joy! The shop is very clean, smells pleasant and has a relaxing atmosphere. I’m a fan.

The people who did my nails and my friend’s nails were really rude. The quality of my nails were not exceptional either and when I went to tell the people that all my nails were not the same length, the lady that was doing my friend’s nails proceeded to tell me that since they took off my acrylics my real nails were different lengths but did not cut them to be the same length. The only reason I’m giving this two stars is because the TV show was good.Update: after further inspection, my right pinky nail was broken across the middle from being sanded down too thin

Cute little shop conveniently located right next to campus. went here today for the first time and had the technician Kin. loved my whole experience. had an 11 am appointment and only waited 5 minutes for them to take me. got a cute acrylic full set for $23! (PSA students: they have a discount Sun-Tues!) will be returning in the future!

Came in to get a no chip manicure and opted for the dip powder.Normally my no chip lasts 3 weeks. This manicure, however uses no uv light to cure which is great. Also it is much harder without being acrylic or fake looking. Im giving 3 stars to start and will edit my review in two weeks to see if it lasts.Overall, the people are very friendly and were accommodating to my needs.Update, its still on and looks perfect! No chipping at all and its been over 3 weeks!Wish I could go back, but its really far from my home. Definitely recommend!

HORRIBLE PLACE. Do not get gel nails here... they rush and do not care about what you think or bother fixing anything. I paid $35 for this.... no cubicles removed, no filing.. NOTHING. Looks terrible and I should’ve gotten a refund. Only went because it was the only one open on a Sunday.... never again.

Used to love this place so much! But recently the customer service has been horrible and so has the work. I get the dip polish done and it has been cracking and coming off within days of me having my nails done. Tried to go back and have some of them fixed but they told me they were all booked up with appointments, which is funny because anytime I have an appointment I sit there waiting because of walk ins.

Quality of nail service is good but the workers here are RUDE. I made an appointment for a simple manicure at 9:30am, and Im sitting here at 10:06 just having had my nails filed and nobody helping. I was asked to wash my hands after the nail technician finished filing my nails; I did so, in front of the technician, and when I returned to my seat she SMELLED one of my nails, asked me if i washed my hands (after just watching me do so), and when I said yes, she responds with soap? When I responded to her curtly saying that I did and asking her if she wanted me to wash again, she told me she would no longer be doing my nails and switched with someone else. I feel incredibly disrespected by the rudeness and lack of professionalism.

Very unprofessional technicians who spoke about their customers in Vietnamese. My cousin and I came in and they didnt know we understood Vietnamese. They started talking about the clients feet and condition. Never again will we come back or recommend this salon to anyone.

WORST NAIL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! only place open on Sunday that’s why I tried it. Me and my friend went in, I had an okay experience. However my friend didn’t. we made appointments and my friend was rushed as more customers arrived and her nails were RUINED! Paid $35 each, also literally within 5 days my GEL nails are peeling!! And now they’re almost all lose and gonna be ruined. Waste of $35 and very bad customer service.

Price was good but depends on shape & length...my only issue with this is if its your real nails length should not matter & shape should be included. The job however was done correctly & to my standards for sns!!!

I have been having my nails and toes done for years, not all shops are created equal. We just moved to SC and I was happy to not have to search too far for a great, friendship, customer oriented place.

My daughter is there visiting for summer from Ohio. Her auntie brought her here to get a balance. She ended up with what they said was allergic reation to Their acrylic and ended up with itchy cuticles that turned into blister looking infection on several nails.When she was brought back. After a phone call from me in Ohio...workers treated my 14 yr old poorly....like it was her fault.She has been getting her nails done off & on for the last year...And has never had problems. And to be treated so poorly by workers is Sad.

THE WORST NAIL SALON IVE EVER BEEN TO. I don’t think I’ve ever written a review on anything but my experience was so bad I had to. My nails are in so much pain. He kept burning my nails and I said ow and he goes “it doesn’t hurt it just burns”. They are all uneven and some are longer than others and it’s all just horrible. Avoid this place at all costs. I am going to have to take Advil cause my nails hurt so bad.

This salon is clean and their customer service is great. They take their time and do quality work.

Not bad for nails, but whatever you do, DO NOT let her wax your legs. When i called for the price i was quoted $30 for full leg wax, once she started my leg wax she informed me that the price was $45 this is so wrong on so many levels, plus she did a very very poor job on my legs. Wpuld not have a leg wax here again if it was free. Lying to customers is totally unacceptable and i will not be going back.
