I had a difficult Amazon return due to a mix up on their return labels. Justin F. was Amazing! He was extremely patient and helpful as we worked through the details on how best to return 26 boxes. The whole process took awhile, Courtney was very polite and helpful assisting other customers while Justin worked on my order. I am very pleased and will definitely use this location again.

I was refused service & treated poorly at this location by the way I was lied to about the services prior to my visit I have multiple mailboxes across South Carolina at different UPS store locations in I never got asked to show or verify my business registration just to get a mailbox. I’ve called corporate in they even said that’s none of the store’s business! If my business is registered or not maybe this Location needs new management & also to properly train their employees! Giving out false or in-accurate information is bad for business & unacceptable.

This store is scrupulous about getting everything right including carefully matching codes to merchandise. This morning, I watched Justin patiently help two customers who had trouble finding QR codes on their phones. Justin is professional, polite and gracious about providing the extras that people sometimes need. I highly recommend doing business with this store.

The UPS Store # 3429, Located at 501-Old Greenville Hwy. Clemson, S.C. 29631.I would like to say that I have been a steady customer at this UPS Store for over five years and have never experienced anything like this before. For the record, I find the incident to be unreasonable, humiliating and disgusting. Moreover, it was in direct violation of contractual agreement between myself and the UPS Store owner Mr. Ryan M. Seigler.On May 5, I went to the UPS Store to pick up my mail. Upon entering the store I went to my rented mail box to retrieve my tickets and mail. However, I found no mail or tickets in the box. I got in line with the other customers and when I got up to where the clerk was, I asked her to please get my mail. She told me that there was no mail for me. When I asked her to please check, she refused. I explained to her that there are many times that the mail comes, but that they dont always put the tickets in the box. Moreover, there are many times that the mail is misplaced, lost or forgotten. This has happened to me on multiple occasions. I carefully explained to her that the merchants that I received mail from had each sent me tracking numbers along with a notification that the mail was delivered to a person at the store. I informed her that I would bring the tracking numbers to show her as proof that my mail had been delivered to the address. Despite the fact that I provided the tracking numbers as proof the mail had been delivered, she still refused to help. I told her that I had been a regular customer for over five years and that I found her behavior to be rude, unacceptable and demonstrated poor customer service. Moreover, it was in violation of my contract agreement with the UPS Store owner, Ryan Seigler. I told her I would discuss the matter with Mr. Seigler and left the store, without my mail.About two minutes later as I was approaching my car, a police car drove up to where I was blocking my car. Two police officers got out of their cars and told me that the the clerk at the UPS Store had called them. Shortly after, a third police officer came and gave me a paper (NOTICE) stating that I will no longer be allowed back inside the UPS Store. The (NOTICE) indicated that a ( No Trespassing Order) will be in effect indefinitely. In addition, the officer stated that if I returned, I would be considered trespassing and in violation of the ticket. if this happened I would be subject to arrest.This entire incident left me feeling traumatized, humiliated and demeaned. I thought the clerk calling the police on me because she didnt want to do her job was completely unjust and unreasonable. In addition, it was in direct violation of the One Year contract agreement between myself and the owner Mr. Ryan Seigler. Because the clerk called the police and had them issue me a No Trespassing Order, I am no longer able to gain access to my mail and therefor unable to use the services that I paid for due to their actions.Again, I found this entire incident to be very unreasonable and degrading. Treating a customer like this after five years of business is completely unreasonable, disrespectful and unprofessional. Based on this incident and the fact that I was a customer for over five years, I do not recommend using this UPS Store service for any reason.

Justin was great in assisting me with a document that was too light for my home printer. He knew exactly what to do to make it darker to print in the store then he emailed to me for my records. I wished other UPS stores had the same customer service!

Had a WONDERFUL experience at Pak Mail in Seneca after the UPS Store in Clemson messed up my print job! The guy at Pak Mail was very helpful and calming after my terrible experience at the UPS Store. He made my 35 copies and I was on my way. No over-night wait, no on-line craziness, no misinformation from unknowledgeable staff, no ruined order (which I had to pay for); just great service at a great price! Isnt that all were looking for? I’ll use Pak Mail in Seneca from now on.

Every visit to this store is the SAME CONSISTENT and EXCELLENT customer service. I am amazed and grateful for kindness, professionalism and efficiency. I have been coming here since this store opened. Justin Gibson is the store manager now, and he manages to hear all my concerns and answer all my questions for the best shipment plan. He even manages to listen to my stories.! After all, mailing anything has a serious or funny story. He and his associates are never just all about that order! Today Kaitlyn helped me, and remembered about my grandsons accident. I appreciate this kind of consideration in these unusual times. They make you feel very much appreciated for doing business with them. I am so grateful they are in this area.

This store has every mailing service you could ever need and more. I could not ask for better service, or nicer service. Whether its toys for the grandkids, or treasured antiques, they have packed and shipped items that have arrived quickly and in great condition from Connecticut to Europe. I wouldnt trust my shipping needs to anyone else.

Tracking number (as provided on receipt) was not valid (UPS could not locate the shipment details). Learned that tracking number changed when calling store a month later to follow up (was not automatically notified of change). Inconvenienced in finding the package as being delivered.

While I understand that we have to change something due to covid 19, however 1 person in the store at a time , makes me wonder why they even stayed open , there was 9 people waiting out side and the staff or owner didnt care about customer service , will never again use this location and I also understand why it have such a low rating

Wish I could give this place zero stars. Dropped off three packages to be mailed USPS and all were returned to me for insufficient postage, requiring me to repackage and re-mail at double the cost. Also, the manager was extremely rude for no apparent reason and incompetent, as well, refusing to accept a US Global Entry card and drivers license as valid ID to open a mailbox. Im glad he did though, as I will certainly not do business here again. And if youre looking for a mailbox with a Clemson address, the USPS offers the same services with a street address at a better rate and the accept US Government identification.

Never, never believe what they tell you. Twice I ask if they could print and bind training material for me. They said no problem, did not happen. After waiting all day and they kept acknowledging these items would be ready (after over 6 hours both times). From now on I will drive to Office Depot in Anderson.

I have always had a great experience in this store. I see a review complaining about a delivery driver, pretty sure this would be the wrong place for that review. And the people complaining about two dollars to print out a label obviously does not own their own business, or realize ink is one of the most expensive products manufactured pound for pound. Dont let the ignorant reviews sway you.....

They are usually very helpful! But the store manager is very rude for no reason! I asked him how are you today? and he just said put your box on the scale. Then I was trying to explain that I needed a barcode inside the box and he said yeah I know, Im the store manager Cool bud! Just be a little nicer, I get you had a long day but smile.

Went to get something notarized at this location and was charged $20 for 2 pages notarized. Come to find out this is illegal in South Carolina as the law states a notary can only charge $5 per notarized page. The way that the notary did it was Notary x2 ($10) and affirmation x2 ($10)! Totally illegal an unethical. Hope nobody else has been taken advantage of!

Didnt have to print out labels in the past, this time returning a package for a friend, I didn’t know what was going on. Told to download the app and email label. And after an eternity getting the information from my friend, all the efforts was to print out a label. And it costs 2$. Wish I had known earlier. Would have come back with a free label.

Was charged $6.50 to print an email. When asked why it cost that much to print 3 single blanch and white pages was told because we can. Told em to keep their pages. Wont ever use this location again.

I printed a regular shipping label on a normal paper and they charged me 2 bucks for it JUST BECAUSE IT’S A LABEL! But it’s just the same print as any other stuff!!!!! Ridiculous!!

Poor customer service. Botched printing my documents. Didnt even have a proper paper cutter. Would not have used, but its the only open copy shop on Saturdays.
