I walked in and was greeted immediately… everyone there was really professional and nice. One person I’d like to point out in particular is Mrs. Shelby Campbell. I was looking around for the best choice of auto insurance at the time and she explained everything to me thoroughly. I appreciate her professionalism and patience answering my questions about my new policy with StateFarm. She assured me that customer service was the main thing StateFarm strives on and I definitely believe I’m in a good place with this company coming from Allstate. So I want to say thank you Shelby I appreciate everything. Glad she’s my representative and definitely glad I walked in her office.

I recently moved to the Low-country and tried to move my policy to an agent there, out of connivence, nothing more. However, that agent failed to process my policy transfer twice.
