A childhood friend wedding to place here. It was a great place to host the wedding. The staff was very helpful. The space was seemingly easily transformed from a hall to a dining area and dance floor. The restrooms were conveniently located near the meeting space. The pool on the property looked extremely inviting and fun. The food was also pretty good. The guest room that I visited was very spacious. I really enjoyed my time there.

Well we found this place after we got screwed on our last place to stay. We called and they had openings so we came on over. Very warm and inviting. The upfront check in clerk was so nice. 10/10 attitude. Really nice over the phone too. Let us know all of the amenities. The room was nice for the price, very clean. Would definitely stay at a Village Inn again if there are all this nice.

My cousin got married at Village Inn Hotel & Event Center. .the food was good. I believe it was prepared by the staff.The decor was pretty. The employees were pleasant & helpful. This is a big venue because there were 2 weddings going on Saturday.Nice atmosphere.

This place is extremely BAD!!!! The personal is nice. But rooms and conditions are really bad! Every single room smells, Wi-Fi was terrible. DO NOT buy internet it’s not gonna work. Same as free WI-FI.

Karen at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The room we was originally assigned was actually being renovated but then she accommated us to the room we wanted in the first place so it worked out great! The pool was very nice!

Nice place for an event if needed. Was very clean and did not have any horrible smells like most. Staff was also very friendly and quiet. Stayed out of your way, but did their job during the event nicely.

There is no way this is a 3-star hotel. The mattress was absolutely terrible. It actually had a noticeable dip on the left side. I felt like I was sleeping in a bowl. The mattress was mounted so far from the headboard that I lost all but one pillow to the gaping maw during the night. No towel bars at all in the bathroom, just a single hook. Not that important to me as I was only staying one night, but someone staying for a conference might need to keep it in mind. The hot breakfast buffet was a paper bag containing a small raisin bun, a small pack of Kellogg breakfast pastry bars, a nature valley almond granola bar, and some kind of almond butter breakfast bar. Thank God Im not allergic to nuts. If youre not actually going to serve even a continental breakfast, take it off your list of amenities. The Free Fiber optic cable internet connection is an absolute joke. The free WiFi is limited to 3 mbps, though the best I got was 760 kbps on a speed test. I really think I would have been better off staying at the Super 8 next door for half the price.

A group from my home town just recently booked 4 rounds of golf and a 3 night stay at the Village Inn. We booked the trip with the golf coordinator Brandy. With help from Brandy, everything went as planned. On our last night at the Inn, we asked Brandy if we could change our golf reservations for the next morning to a earlier time. Brandy said she would check and ten minutes later she called and said the changes were made. Hope to see you next year!

I loved the stay but I stayed because of the weather. I payed the first night with my debit card second night I payed cash because work was paying ne back . but even thought I payed cash they still charge me a sir change and charged my card for this room. When I talk to the audit person she said she saw it was charged to my account but it should go back on it. A month later it wasnt. I talk to same person now she says it was on my card wouldnt listen to me at all . never again will I stay here. I tried to be nice but this is not right

Front desk kept telling me my room not ready but so many others were being given rooms then when I do get a room the key does not work front desk has not been very friendly

Overall it was nice until I had to leave early for personal reasons. So when I tried to get my bill adjusted I was told that I have to eat two days never coming back here again!!

This has always been one of the Most elegant venues that I have been to. They are so polite and very clean and knowledgeable about the wedding circle. My wedding was a total shock and a great surprise to me. They made my day so special and wonderful. The customer service is nominal to me and my guest. Lana has always being professional and kind and always willing to do whatever it takes to help out. Most venues have parking issues but not them. Parking was great for my guest.She goes that extra mile to make you feel welcome and special. This is the places to make your dreams and stress levels come true and to come down. This place would be great for a conference, wedding, erc. The banquet room, lobby, restaurant are very nice. A lot of rooms to rent. They do not have an elevator to the second floor. My room was okay. I stayed on the second floor. It is a older hotel. But nice.

Everything was great I just wish the breakfast was help-yourself way rather than having a waitress to serve you because theres really no need for a waitress. Also, there was no elevator so thats another thing that I didnt like. But other than that, everything was awesome I like the variety of the breakfast and the location of the hotel. The staff also were too nice and friendly and let us check in before the check in time so we really appreciated that.

We the fall Clergy Conference for the Episcopal Diocese of North Carolina at the Village Inn Hotel. My room was very comfortable. The staff was excellent. The food was good. The meeting space was just what we needed.

Friendly, helpful staff. First floor room smelled stuffy and musty. It had a mobile dehumidifier in it in addition to the PTAC. Upon calling the front desk We were very quickly moved to the second floor. Second floor Room was very clean and had no musty smell. Beds were comfortable and the bath and bed linens were pristine. Ice machine at the second floor E exit stairwell did not work. The in-room fridge with freezer worked great. The freezer quickly froze our bottled water so we really didnt need the ice machine. An old property but we can highly recommend the second floor queen room.

Beautiful party room with ample size dance floor and balcony for 6 to 8 tables more above. Also had handicapped ramp to get down to main floor. Additional separate bar area with intimate seating at 6 + tables! Good location - its on the first road South of I40 at exit 184, Ramada Dr.

I visited this Hotel for an event they had outside. Cameros meeting. So anyway I had to go in to visit the ladies room... very, very clean. They have a restaurant and a bar area. Seemed like a nice place to stay. Also have a pool. Only picture I have is of a cool car. Sorry. 😊

The room was very nice and spacious. Room and bathroom were very clean. I would have preferred a softer mattress but we did sleep pretty soundly. Check-in and check-out were painless. I would stay here again.

The location is right off the highway When we checked in we were greeted with a very nice man who answered all of our questions. Our room was very big and clean. Overall a great hotel. The only think that I didnt like is that the pool is not handicap accessible. There are not even steps only ladders. So someone with any kind of mobility issues would have a hard time using this pool.

Good location just off of the hwy. Conference rooms and banquet rooms were spacious and had comfortable formal seating. They each had working AV equipment with audience polling devices. THE STAFF WAS WONDERFUL. They even worked with the hotel next door to accommodate our overflow of people.

The Village Inn is one of the best places to stay when visiting the Triad area as well as planning wedding and events. I travel to many city and states and promise you that you wont find a better place with so much class and the staff treats you like family. The food is like none other, and The Crosby Pub provides a laid back atmosphere. I personally recommend that you try this hotel and event center. Location to many areas, with several in walking distance. Anytime I travel from New York I make The Village Inn my second home away from home.

It is the host of all of my company’s vendor shows for many years and the staff has always been so accommodating. The food is fantastic and the hotel has plenty of space to take care of our needs. I always enjoy coming back to Village Inn.

The staff is very friendly, especially Audrey. I was sick and wanted to go to my cousins Birthday party. I called to ask how late I could cancel my reservations without being charged. Audrey was the kindest, most caring, most thoughtful person Ive met in a long time. She made sure I took care of my cold and myself and helped me feel obtimistic about getting better. When I got there I had to thank her for her support. The other front desk staff were very nice as well. The rooms are very nice! Much nicer when you get in the actual room itself. This is our second time here and wed definitely stay again!

I was in this hotel a week ago for 2 nights. When I arrived I was amazed at the doors opening at my will immediately knowing I was in a place of higher establishment.As I walked into the beautiful entry room, there was a beautiful curved staircase hugging the desk that reminded me of the castle from Beauty and the Beast, a tear rolled down my face.Then to my astonishment a man came from around the corner behind the desk so devilishly handsome that my belt buckle came undone, and I am a man. I quickly wiped the sweat from my brow and re-buckled my shorts before being given the best prices and the best room Ive ever stayed in, in the area.I definitely recommend this establishment to anyone looking for outrageously handsome desk clerks and great prices.

The place was a little dated but meet most of our needs. The cleaning staff was off and the restaurant, and room service were closed for the holiday so no one else had access to cribs or pack n plays. The first night was rough without a crib and finding two bugs in a very cold room but we managed to get a pack n play from a relative and really enjoyed the past two nights.

Winston-Salem homecoming was this weekend and we certainly heard it. Past hotels have been very responsive to rude and obnoxious guests. Wish they would have controlled the crowd better than they did, especially in the middle of the night. Good service and well kept rooms otherwise.

It was a decent hotel. The staff was pleasant and friendly and very helpful. You can tell some parts of the hotel hasnt been updated in awhile but it looks very retro. I liked the decorations they had up for the holidays, it showed they care.

Rooms are clean and price was really good. Pillows are amazing. I usually have a difficult time sleeping when I am away from home due to my spinal issues. Beds are comfy. I did not wake up with horrible back or neck pain like I normally would from most hotels. We were in town for a wedding and all room were placed close to each other. Breakfast was ok in hotel. Plenty of restaurants to grab food or sit down with family along the highway. If you need to stop and sleep for night, I say go to this hotel for a good nights sleep.

My husband and I had a 20th anniversary event here and it went exactly as planned.. The room was absolutely beautiful and the food was delicious!!! I would recommend this place to any that would like to have a beautiful wedding or anniversary party. This place had a stinkbug in my room in the middle of winter I never saw this bug before in my whole life it not a native bug to the USA it from Asia, After I google it found alot of information on the stinkbug, I hope didnt bring any home. They gave me 15 % discount, they offer to change my room but I had my two children with me sleeping it was cold and late at night. It would of been very hard for me to move alone all the bags and changed rooms with small children when we needed to be up early in morning. The night lamps near the bed wasnt working as well. Other then that breakfast was good. The bed wear comfortable. Would I come back maybe.

Attended a birthday party in one of the conference rooms. The space was adequate and the bar well stocked. The room was clean and well lit. The service was fine.

I had to attend a conference here in March. I reserved a room in December as soon as the conference registration was confirmed. The day before the conference I get an email from the Inn telling me my reservation had been moved to a Super 8 across the street.I booked a room at the Inn because thats where the conference was being held and as a vendor we had a booth setup there - and didnt want to have to carry booth items very far. (Believe me - this hotel is nothing special. I stayed there last year for the same conference and its old, dilapidated, smells, the staff have no concept of customer service and the facilities are on par with an inner city boys club. However, we stay because of the convenience with the conference.)When i called to ask why my reservation was being cancelled and moved to a different hotel - the very friendly & knowledgeable front desk clerk provided a lame excuse about just receiving a PO for a block of rooms for government attendees...? My room was reserved on a credit card 3 months prior.Do yourself a favor, if you have the option - keep driving right on past the Village Inn to Greensboro and stay at the Grandover. It is infinitely cleaner, nicer, with better facilities, golf, and a professional and courteous staff. Oh yeah - and the understand the concept of a RESERVATION!

Was here for a conference a few weeks ago. Upon entering the breakfast area around 8:30 on Sunday, several children from staff members were running around, grabbing stuff off of the buffet, and one of them were even accepting money from older patrons. My room was fine and the check-in process was a breeze, but you need to seriously consider how breakfast is run.

Needs attention to decor, and the fixtures in the bathroom, like the shower control handle about fell off in my hand, and there was barely any water pressure. Hallways smell musty, like pot and cheap beer. Beds were clean, pillows are uncomfortable. Overall I would stay again , but it would not be my first choice. The staff is polite and its a convenient location.

Im here for a training session and the facilities are top notch the staff is freindly and courteous. The food was very good as we were but few we were treated like like Giants

Only drawback is the music was so loud it hurt our ears and our hearing is still not back to normal. Music would have been more than loud enough at half the level. Thanks.

Dehumidifier in corner, mold below AC/Heater unit, phone not working, maint. Fixed phone-bare wires out of wall came loose. ,No phone jack or plug on cabe, code violation. Storm knocked ot power all nite. Could not use, c-pap to sleep, could not breath in room. Computers down, could not change rooms curled up in a chair in lobby was able to breathe dozed for 3 hours quit and went home Awful experience

Rooms were clean and spacious, comfortable temperature and dehumidifier in room. Beds were pretty comfy, huge king bed with soft sheets. Would stay here again if I were in the area again

The facilities are beautiful! It is a beautiful setting for any social or professional event. The staff was attentive. The food was plentiful and delicious.

Hotel was old and in need of renovation but was still kept clean and tidy. Didnt feel very old aside from the fact that there were still chains on the doors. Close to shopping and restaurants. Right in Clemmons and about 20 minutes outside of Winston-Salem and 90 minutes outside if Charlotte.

This is one of the best places to host an event in the entire Winston Salem area. It is the best in Clemmons! The staff is very courteous and the area is safe.

Nothing to write home about. The rooms were clean and comfortable. One of the hall bathrooms near a conference room had a horrible oder. Probably a plumbing issue. The older man at check-in desk seemed like hed been there so many years that customer service was his last concern. He was smacking on some kind of food as he spoke to our program director. Not a good look when youre supposed to be hosting a conference.

We attend an annual Tech conference at this establishment. The people are always nice. They even provide us with meals, and the food is great. As far as the rooms are concerned it is not high end however it is nice.

We found the hotel very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was great. It wasnt fancy, but it was perfect for our needs and relatively inexpensive. We would absolutely stay there again!

Very friendly staff, price for what you get is just alright, free breakfast is buffet style with just a few options. You kind of have a waitress and on your breakfast ticket it says gratuity not included so it kind of feels like you should tip for a free breakfast. Rooms and beds are alright.
