Salon is clean. Service has been fast thev3 times Ive been so far. Staff has been friendly overall. I plan to go again

Love love love LT Nails, it’s small, quiet, friendly staff & they give the best pedicures out there! My daughter got SNS ombré nails & they look fantastic!

Got a regular manicure and she didnt get the endges done well. Didnt clean the dirt from nails didnt do anything to my cuticles just painted them and I couldve done that myself at home . I understand they were a little busy at the time but still. Im personally not happy with my experience and wont be coming back .

I had a very good experience here. Van did my pedicure and gel set for my nails and she was great! The place was clean and calming...definitely will be a returning customer!!!

I don’t write reviews but this place was TERRIBLE. It took the lady 1 hour to do a basic pedicure. It wasn’t even done well because she couldn’t see what she was doing probably. When I first walked in they laughed and snickered about something...I was dressed normally and plain but still felt they were laughing at me. No music, no drink, no small talk. And terrible prices on top of that. WILL NO GO BACK AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DON’T GO.

I went to four other places, it is a Saturday during summer, and everyone was slammed. Everyone at LT Nails were so nice and welcoming. Very clean and relaxing. My guy took his time and I never once felt rushed or like I was an inconvenience, like I sometimes feel at other nail salons. Great staff, great environment, great prices. Will definitely be back!

They are back open after the lockdown and still awesome! Ive been coming here since they opened and Ive never been unsatisfied. Im a loyal customer and Id recommend them to anyone.

I think that one out of five stars is still too much. Set up an appointment, did not get seen for an hour later. Had to have my feet in ice cold water without being checked on. Manicure was sub par. Missed part of my nail on several nails doing a speedy quick job. Not friendly throughout until it was time to pay.

They are amazing!! I felt Pampered & they served me wine & after I had my nails done Lila massaged lotion on my hands and arms, it was a relaxing experience!! Whats not to like about that? Definitely recommend!

First time here and very impressed. Everyone is SO nice and it is incredibly clean, the chairs seem brand new, and they put coverings on the pedicure bowls for each pedicure. First place I’ve been to in a while I don’t feel like my pedicure is being rushed through. Will definitely return!!

Love going here. Everyone does a great job. The hot stone pedicure is my favorite little luxury.

The only nail salon I’ll keep coming too. I don’t have a favorite person the entire staff are sweet and friendly. Good quality nail work that’s hard to find! Kevin and his wife are super!

Horrible....Rude owner...never again

This is the best nail place Ive ever been to. Everyone is so nice and the customer service is through the roof. Ive been here many times and Ive never been disappointed.

I had appointment with a lady who did my nails one time before. I get to my appointment they said she had left. But they some one else could do my nails. I was pushed between 3 different people. (NOT HAPPY) i had been going to a very nice salon just thought I would give this place a try cause a friend said they do great. This was one of the worse my nails finger and toes look awful.Then they charged me 70$. To beat it all the same lady that I had appointment with had schedule appointment with a lady for 5.Just that very same day,Why schedule appointment when you know you are leaving.So that was 2 of us that got screw. i should have been given a discount. But i was charged more. my nails have bumps ,(I hate the way my nails look) I like my nails to be thin they are very thick to the point I can not pick up anything . each finger looks different from the others wow i could just go on and on about how unhappy with my nails. IIn all the year of getting my nail fixed this this is the worse. I will go back to Village salon they are great. People please dont waste your money here. 3 hours I was in there if I could give this place no stars I would. i know they dont read these reviews but they sure and make this right. But you find someone good stick with them. So needless to say I will never go back to this awful place again. I will call them. If they are a good salon they will make it right.

Friendly staff loved it

Nice staff, however, I was assigned to a lady who barely spoke English. My nails have dips and flat spots . One nail bed looks like I have 3 layers of acrylic on it, my thumb looks like I pushed my nail sideways. I asked for long rounded nails, after filing 8 of 10 nails, I was informed that special shapes would cost $5.00 more. The owner understood my frustration and didnt charge the $5 , but I didnt ask for stiletto, ballerina, almond. Just round . I am not happy and probably wont go back. It also took an hour and a half.

After being turned away for a 2nd time at a salon up the street, I stopped in at LT Nails & Spa. They immediately seated me (without rolling their eyes) and began my pedicure. Very friendly staff, excellent customer service, easy to get in and out and conveniently located!! LT Nails & Spa has a new customer!!

Not only did I get a rush job, my paint looks AWFUL. Sides of my nails arent painted at all, the paint was uncomfortable because she did it for her convenience instead of putting me at a table after my pedicure. Then after all is said and done it was $53 for a basic peidcure and manicure, my daughters toes painted and an eye brow wax. Im checking my bank statements today and I was charged $63!!! THIS WOMAN STOLE TEN DOLLARS FROM ME AFTER FIVING MW THE CRAPPIEST PEDICURE, MANICURE IVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE! I am BEYOND IRATE right now.

MY NAILS WERE NOT ONLY NOT SHAPED RIGHT BUT THE TWO TONED SNS COLOR WAS TERRIBLE SO BAD THAT THEY HAD TO GIVE ME A GIFT CERTIFICATE BECAUSE THEY WOULD NOT REFUND MY MONEY.

Always a good experience. LTs is always clean and the staff is very nice. I never feel rushed and they let you stay in the massage chair while your toes dry. The salon up the street rushed you through and kicked you out of the chair the second they were done with your pedicure even if you were the only one sitting there and not very nice either.
