We wanted to upgrade our phones & plan, walked in and were instantly greeted and helped by Addam & Brad. Amazing service, went way beyond what we were expecting! We had seen the positive reviews of the store and that’s why we chose the location. Every customer that walked in when we were there was treated with great respect and service. I am updating my review that I placed earlier today. I was upset after the customer service we had buying new phones cost us more then what was known for the charges. Then Mark called me to talk things over and provided us with good service and corrected the issue. I would work with them in the future for our cellphone needs.

Rain was absolutely AMAZING! Most kind, professional and hilarious agents! She was honest, up front, sincere and it was the most pleasant and quickest I have been in and out getting a new phone. My screen on my Google Pixel was going out and I got a new Nokia. After we left my Fiancee accidentally ran over his so we went straight back to Rain the next day, she asked if all was okay and if I had any issues and explained that he had ran over his and she stated that she didnt have any more Nokias in store but she got right in the phone calling other stores. She found one at another store on Winston only 15 minutes away and we left and met with Josh! He was more than accomodating, he got my Fiancee the best deals and rebates and did all he could you make sure our experience was pleasant and not clawing at our wallet. He did an awesome job and these two employees are top of the line for you! I am a manager myself and I tell you, I wanted to recruit them right then and there but they are so good at what they do and I appreciate the kindness and respect they give to the community! I dropped my phone in what appears to be the perfect drop in that it cracked the screen in the “swipe up position” of the phone. I could no longer access my screen to get to nor initiate a call not to mention I also could not answer a call. I went to the Reynolda Rd location where a very helpful young lady suggested I head over to the Clemmons location so they could assist with a temp screen to allow access to my phone. It was there that Matthew Lambert assisted me in upgrading to my 12 Pro Max from my now disabled and dysfunctional 11 Pro Max. Pleasant experience per usual with VZ.

Very disappointed with a sale conducted by Nick B. at the Clemmons Verizon. During the sale Nick bragged about how much he could lower my current Verizon bill; at least $70. At the time I was paying $352 per month. Nick explained that the bill would be higher the next month but would then see a difference. The first month after purchase I paid $429 on my account. The second month my total was $485. I phoned Nick and he did not understand why my bill would be so high. At this point my bill is $404 a month. Nick referred me to the financial services department. Again, very disappointed. My math concludes that $404 per month is NOT a savings of $70. It is my understanding that Nick is no longer with the Clemmons office- thank goodness for the Clemmons population and surrounding areas.

Where do I start? Carlos Escobar is an outstanding gentleman who is knowledgeable, patient and provides incredible customer service! My husband and I came in to upgrade my phone and he listened to our expectations of what we were looking for and diligently worked to find us the deal that was perfect for us and made it happen! We actually loved the deal so much, we decided to upgrade my husbands phone too! While we were there, 2 other customers of his came in and graciously waited for him to finish with us so they could work with him again! We have been Verizon customers for 10 years or so now and have never had a greater experience!! If you are looking for a genuine sales rep that isnt pushy or looking to make a quick commission like many others, this is your guy! I highly recommend working with him! Thanks again, Carlos!!!!

I preordered a new iPhone with Cellular Sales when they went live on Nov 6th with Jason. Everything was smooth sailing until the day of release. Went in to pick up phone and was told they were still sifting through. Even though I was on a time crunch, I still waited around for the phone. Finally got with Jason who preordered the phone for me. An hour later and we still havent gotten the phone activated. Wrong phone was ordered. Another 30 minutes later, he got the manager involved. I had to leave and was told to give them another 30 minutes to resolve. I couldnt stay. I left and got a call from Jason a few minutes later saying I needed to pay them a balance owed for cancelling a phone. He still cancelled my line after I left. A few days ago, Jason text me from his personal cell with some threatening text messages. Very unprofessional and unexceptional service.

Outside of Verizon messing some stuff up, the associates who work here are quite professional and are willing to work with you to get the job done in the best way possible. They even handle aggressive customers like with professional courtesy and thats hard to find nowadays. If you want no bull, and if you want a company that works hard for its customers, these are the go to guys.

Im reviewing the repair area, not the sales area. The three gentlemen that helped me wth my cracked screen were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They are Jarel, John, and Charaud. The even repaired my charger port problem on my phone that I didnt even know I had, at no extra charge. I recommend this repair shop. The only complaint I have is that it was a tad more expensive than I thought it should be.

Id like to give a special shout-out to Will! My tablet died today and I use it as my mobile hotspot. I teach online (as a result of shelter in place directive). I called Verizon, spoke to Will and in less than 25 minutes, he had a new tablet ready to go for me. The best part? He brought it out to me (sanitized) as I was sitting in my car - social distancing at its best. He also patiently answered my text questions. I am soooo grateful to him and to Verizon. Thank you! This was honestly one of the worst experiences of my life. The representative we had was a complete cars salesman. Completely lied to us , saying we have to trade in all our phones because AT&T has a lock on their phones. Turns out this is all false. He wanted us to pay like 60 more dollar than what we should truly be paying AND had some incredibly high Activation Fee that wasnt the real one. Dont trust these people. Do your own research before CALLING Verizon. It may be painful but worth it. Not hate against the whole company just this store

Just upgraded a 3rd phone for my family and Will was my go to person. He was recommended to me from someone else and Ill only work with him going forward. He knows his customers and their needs and doesnt try to push anything on them that they dont want. He knows each type of phone out there and can navigate through them to get the information transferred quickly when buying a new phone. I highly recommend Will if youre needing to speak with an expert. Keep up the great work Will!

Well, I went there to get my locked phone unlocked, no luck. But this nice Lady (Misty Heels) ended up selling me a New Phone, and a few days later also sold my Son a new phone. Nicholas went above and beyond! He was patient and acted in our best interest. He took the time to look over our current bill and explain the charges we had to make sure we were only paying for services we needed. He also took the time to transfer the data on our old phone to the new phone whereas in the past we were given instructions on what to do. Nicholas was extremely genuine and has even answered questions I had after we had already bought the new phone. I will always make the trip to see Nicholas personally instead of going to the nearest Verizon store.

I am 75 and struggle with deafness and they made it so plain and simple and made me feel valued and made me feel like I can have the self-confidence to do this.
