Initially the rental was going well. However they lost our payments, and we had to call to find out why they had not been processed. They regularly forgot to come clean. We often had to call to have them come clean it. I expected much more consistency for such a basic service that we were paying for monthly. When they did provide the service contract and four, it was great. The inconsistency simply wasn’t worth the price. I think the lack of communication on the company’s end was the root of the issue, and I hope they fix these things for customers going forward.

We have used them on at least 20 job sites. They are number 1 in number 2.

They do a great job with septic tank issues

They dropped off the rent a jon and did not service it. We called and 3 months later it was still not serviced. There were maggots. The contractors on the job had to go to a fast food restaurant down the street.The owner would not provide service records. Was rude and wanted us to pay for the months that the rent a jon could not be used. Though, even after speaking to him 3 months earlier, he said he would follow-up and never did. He said it probably wasnt service because we never paid him.I told him that was a health violation and he said to call the health department then and he would give me the number.Poor service, poor follow through, horrid customer service.We, and at least 4 contracting companies and subcontractors do not recommend.
