I made an appointment for an alignment and to have an exhaust pipe welded. Upon entering the business I was greeted and turned over my keys. Got right in and the conversation with Joe was pleasant while waiting for the work to be completed. (Super guy) . As for the work , I was a bit disappointed. Let me explain. The welding was great, they did a professional job with that. I was however disappointed with the way the alignment was handled. My truck came back in a timely manner and I approached the counter to pay. While paying I was told my ball joints needed replaced and handed the bill. I was not told anything about whether the alignment was completed, so I asked . At that time I was told No. I need to replace the ball joints. Now I just replaced both upper and lower ball joints a few years back 80k aprx. I said well it doesn’t surprise me as these trucks are notorious for this. I brought the truck in because I hit a pot hole and the steering then started to pull to the right. ( I made them aware of this) Before this,the truck steered straight and the ball joints would not affect that as much as camber or toe. I was disappointed that I was not shown the play and /or asked if I’d still like them to try to straighten out the pull. That to me is money lost as I know the road caused the pull. Not the ball joints. I have been an ASE certified auto tech for 30 years at this point. Ball joints can cause drift but not an all out hard pull in one direction. Anyway , it got the best of me and I checked my ball joints! There was a very small amount of movement yes, but nothing that I deem as unacceptable. I also was looking at my upper A arms and noticed the camber adjustments were moved as you could see where they sat previously. I then decided to put them back in place. When doing so the bolts were mediocre tight! (Probably whey they moved) upon correcting them , the truck drove 100 percent with no pull and drove straight and true. Now, had they even looked , they would have seen that!! I feel like they didn’t do their due diligence and I find that unprofessional. I won’t be returning due to this. I think a little looking could have went a long way.

I took my truck in for a broken exhaust pipe hanger which was taken care of quickly and reasonably. While on the lift it was discovered that there was some more serious work required including a failed seal and bearing on the rear axle. Parts were ordered and work scheduled. After the completion I found the work, my treatment as a customer, and the cost (within the estimate given) to my satisfaction and I would return and recommend this business to others.

I used to oversee the maintenance of a fleet of 33 vehicles and had to deal with many different repair places. Brett Ryan and his Meineke are without a doubt the best and most honest shop I have ever encountered. I have instructed my kids to take there vehicles there and it is the place I suggest when people ask online for recommendations. Best shop I have ever dealt with in my 30+ years of owning and maintaining a vehicle.

I found this place to do our North Carolina car inspections through Google… We are fairly new to North Carolina… So we were not sure of where to take our vehicles for the inspections that North Carolina required… I called and asked if they did inspections… The gentleman on the phone whose name was Bret… Was very kind and courteous… Said if we brought one vehicle in and dropped it off they would get that done… And then call when they were finished… They called sooner than expected and we picked up the truck and dropped off the car.. again a lot sooner than Expected… Both vehicles were finished! I would definitely recommend this establishment for any vehicle needs!

Repair my exhaust everything seems to be a lot quieter havent driven 10 miles yet but all is well.

These guys are great at what they do and are by far the only ones I trust working on my vehicles. I have been going to this Meineke for almost 2 years now, and have had quite a bit of work done on my 13 year old car. I have had my battery and struts replaced, my intake manifold gaskets replaced, and have regular oil changes. The mechanics here really know what they are doing, and are honest and professional. Parts and labor are reasonably priced. They were even so courteous as to offer me a ride home so I could leave my car there overnight. Im very pleased with the quality of their work, their integrity and their expertise. I am so glad I found them, and I will not trust any other auto shop with my car!

It is always a pleasure to bring our cars to Meineke. I was early for my scheduled appointment but they saw me immediately. The inspection was done quickly and I was on my way in less than 30 minutes.

Meineke Car Car in Clemmons has a friendly, family feel. The office staff know who you are, they work around your schedule as much as possible, and most importantly have told me of work that does NOT need to be done!!! Who does that - tells you that you dont need to spend money. If they tell me I need work done, I trust that I do.

We were traveling through Clemmons and our car starter have up the ghost in a nearby fast food parking lot. The team got us moving again and then replaced the part. Great experience!

The crew here is very professional. I was recommended by my girlfriend, did my own research and saw the 4.9 rating on 600+ reviews and was sold. You don’t find many service shops with that type of rating. Anyway, I brought my car in with concerns on what I thought was brakes related, they performed a diagnostic and found it to be my struts/bearings. It would’ve been a costly fix but luckily for me my car was still under warranty with my dealership for 600 more miles. They were understanding and recommended that be the route I take to save myself $1100. I will most certainly be returning here for any future work needed and recommending to everyone. You don’t get that kind of honesty from most service shops. A lot are pushy and try to get over on you. I appreciate this type of business here. Thank you!

Had engine oil, oil filter and fuel filter changed. They did the work in a very timely manner. The facility is very clean a well kept. I will definitely use them again when I’m in the area.

I took my 2010 Mini Cooper to this shop to have the check engine light diagnosed and to have the water pump replaced.I dropped the car off and it was at the shop for 2 days.They called me on the second day and told me my car was ready for pickup, no check engine light and it was running great.After paying for the service I go out and start the car only to, immediately, find the check engine light is on. The shop told me they didn’t find an error with the light and they drove the vehicle around and it felt fine.Brett, the guy who rang me out noticed I pulled up to the front door so he came outside and asked what was wrong.I told him the check engine light was on as soon as I started the car. He jokingly said “you didn’t get very far” and proceeded to get his code scanner (very tiny machine). After scanning the car he tells me it’s going to need more diagnostic work.I feel that for the amount of money I’d just paid to have it fixed and diagnosed It should be fixed as the check engine light was the main reason for me bringing in the car and I stated that, verbally and written. I do not have confidence in this shops ability to perform vehicle diagnostics.

We were on our way to Wilmington from Boone when the skid plate on the passenger side came loose and was scraping the ground. Nearing Clemmons we called a Ford dealer in Winston Salem to see if we could stop by for help but were told they could not get us in. We then called this Meineke location and Brett said, absolutely come by and well take care of it. Within 10 minutes of being there, despite not being the only customers, he had it up on a rack and less than 5 minutes later, it was ready to go again. Not only that, he declined to charge us. If we lived in or near Clemmons, wed go there regularly. Hope others will support Brett and this Meineke shop while enjoying great customer service.

We have always had good service with Meineke car service. I have seat in the clean waiting area, and they are friendly to everyone that comes inside. So that is good customer service. I can believe that my car is service probably.

They tried to lie to an ase certified mechanic not knowing I was one and then charge me an extra 170 more than originally quoted. Reply to your response. Not sure where the miss communication came in at. We discussed the length of the pipe needed and number of pipes. The muffler yall were deleting was only 20 inches long I had already had it up on my lift at home and measured it when servicing it. I was told on phone when yall called with new price it was going to take 2 or 3ft more of pipe than yall had originally planned to replace 2 20in openings. Was even told that when I ask how much not doing x pipe .Not to mention I had made an appointment 2 days prior and made a 2 hr trip with vehicle to get work done and dropped vehicle off before yall opened and had to call an hr after my appointment time to find out it had not made it in shop yet. Was even going to bite the bullet and pay the extra just so I could surprise my wife by not doing it at home only to be told yall couldnt get it done now by the time I had to leave back out of town. To be honest I just more upset at the honesty factor of material ect. Thanks

Dropped my vehicle off in the morning for an oil change, tire rotation, and alignment. Brett at the front desk was super helpful and very friendly! My car was ready for pickup by the afternoon. I am newly transplanted from NJ to NC and our vehicles needed some TLC after the trip. This location was recommended by a relative who lives in the area. At no point was I worried about my service as I was updated almost hourly at every stage of my repair for a recent fix. I was told upfront about any parts acquired plus labor so I knew exactly what to expect. Their friendliness and professionalism had me smiling as I left with newly tuned vehicle running like new!

I went here due to issues with another shops work. Meineke staff were understanding and agreed to inspect the work done. They quickly identified the issues. Fixed them. They were complete in their examination and found issues that had not been identified or addressed by other shops. Everything is now repaired and no more dreaded engine lights. Went in with no appointment and asked to get a couple tires replaced with new ones. It was 2 hours from closing time and they didn’t think they could get it done as they had most of the bays full. After asking them to re-consider they agreed to do it and completed the work with time to spare and at a reasonable price. It’s was the second great experience with this business. They put my white letter tires with the letters on the inside.They said they were damaged in shipping and was blue. New white letter tires are always blue. It’s a soap type protection they put on at the factory.They should have called me before they did it.They had my phone number.

While changing my oil, the technician noticed my two front tires were wearing unevenly with exposed wires. At 5:00 on Friday afternoon, Brett called around until he found tires. They picked up the new tires and replaced them Saturday morning so that I could safely return home. If you are looking for trustworthy, respectful, fast, and efficient car care, Meineke is where you need to go.
