So far, my experience with Allstate insurance company has been appreciated to the fullest.

This past year I transferred auto, cycle and homeowners policies to Allstate from other insurers. All of the agents at John Rose have been very knowledgeable about how coverage of the three policies fit together and one even suggested that I carry higher liability limits since I dont have an umbrella policy. The additional premium for this was only a few dollars a year more and well worth it. Rose Agency exemplifies why insurance consumers should use agents over direct writers when possible. Allstate rates are outstanding as well.

Still have a tarp over my chimney from a storm in FEBRUARY, little to no help finding a contractor. Have used Allstate for 43 years total coverage. Yes Im shopping.

John helped me through everything when I had my first (and only) accident. Everything was covered from the car to my rental while they fixed it, and I was able to keep working. The deductible was reasonable and worth every penny.

As I was changing bank accounts one of my four policies went into non payment. I never received any notices in the mail or calls about the imminent cancellation of my policy. I called in when I got a letter from the company saying that something was missing on my paperwork to update the bank account. I called to make a payment while the paperwork processed and was told the policy cancelled five days before. I was offered reinstatement by filling out full medical forms and giving the company permission to get my medical records. Heard nothing for six weeks then got notification by email that the underwriter had questions. Answered questions completely and immediately and inquired why this process was taking six weeks. No sufficient answers so I filed a complaint with the Department of Insurance on Friday. My policy got reinstated on Tuesday. No one bothered to look out for a five year customer until I complained. Then everyone sent me emails and called to apologize for the frustration. Too little too late.

Quick, friendly, comprehensive, and easy to get thru the process of getting insurance! Signed most things electronically and was able to text back and forth with the agent which saved a bunch of time in phone calls and return visits to the office! Very satisfied!
