I love Bliss. She is professional, friendly, and her customer service skills are top notch. I have had Bliss do my taxes 3 or 4 times over the years and she is always the best. I have always had the best experience with this location, every member of the staff has been professional and courteous. They always greet you and treat you well. They are all knowledgeable and helpful.

You are better off doing your taxes yourself. You might actually receive your refunds and stimulus checks. Absolutely worthless. I knew more about the tax laws and credits and decuctions then my tax preparer. Ive had to wait longer for both my return and stimulus then i should have. Still waiting on refund and when you call they dont have a clue and wont help you.

Im just really pleased with Bliss at the Cleburne office doing my taxes each year.She is very professional,knowledgeable and answers in detailed conversation with every question that I asked her.(Which were many more this year than in previous years) She has a pleasant personality and soul.I just feel at ease when I leave that Bliss has done her best in preparing my taxes each and every year.Trust me Im 63 yrs. old and theres a few other places that I cant speak this highly of.I recommend Bliss and HR Block in Cleburne,Tx to everyone who wants there taxes done right at fair price. An elderly woman came in unexpectedly that was worried and concerned about her taxes. Bliss politely excused herself to immediately assist the women with her with her needs, understanding how vulnerable the elderly can feel sometimes. This act exemplified the character and integrity that lies at the core of any successful business, a genuine care for the customers needs. Great Job, Bliss!
