Can’t even get a real person on the line had to send a note through the app to get someone to call me. Ridiculous, people who truly need help can’t get the help they need. Nor a person to talk to to even explain their choices.

The person at the Cleburne office is about as friendly as a bag of rattlesnakes. Not only that, but in no way was she any help in resolving my issues.Next stop, up the chain of command.

I HAVE BEEN HOLDING 1 HOUR AND 32 MINUTES AND COUNTINGFOR THE CLEBURNE OFFICE TO ANSWER. I AM TRYING TO HELPA FAMILY APPLY FOR MEDICAID FOR A CHILD THAT IS IN NEED OF MEDICAL TREATMENT. THIS FAMILY HAS NO INTERNET OR COMPUTER SO I AM HOLDING FOR SOMEONE TO MAIL AN APPLICATION.

Ive been on hold for just over TWO HOURS!!! I know yall have a cushy state job, but that doesnt give you the right to not answer the PHONE!!!

Went in they second location food stamp office after several minutes waiting time in lobby .They did not resolve my issues nor issue me food stamp .I currently am disababled and under disability.They didnt even give me tempory stamps nor emergency.I have been without my stamps / food almost a month now.:(
