I cant say enough good things about this salon. They are so kind, customer service is AMAZING, and no matter what I ask them to do they always get it right. My sister and I come every 2 weeks and we both always leave happy customers. Weve tried VIP down the road and we were treated horribly, we will never change salons!! Matthew, Molly, and Anne are the absolute best 👌 If youre thinking about going here, stop thinking and start driving!!

I have been coming to Lux Nails for almost a year now. Honestly? It was just supposed to be a one time thing. The regular place I went to cancelled my appointment Bc they “forgot” they had scheduled someone else 😡. Upset I decided to go here to get what I needed done. Never left. Mathew was the first to do my nails, the next time was Molly. Molly is who I’ve stuck with since, me and her have become really good friends and I get excited to see her every two weeks. She can do anything I ask. If she’s not available I don’t hesitate to have Mathew take care of me. He is just as good. Honestly everyone there is amazing , but is women can all honestly say we have our favorites 😉. I get my waxing done there, pedicures , nails…and after my mom going to the same nail place for 5 years I finally convinced her to come here. And she’s now converted 😆. I will follow Mathew and Molly anywhere! Couldn’t ask for better people that truly take pride in what they do and are damn good at it.

Ive come here on numerous occasions and had three different people do my pedicure or dip manicure.Every single person who has helped me has done an absolutely phenomenal job and the quality never waivers. I am completely obsessed with the woman who did my nails last time they look incredible and it’s hard to believe they’re my real nails I am so so so happy with this business and will never go anywhere else for my nails and toes.

I’m only giving two stars because the woman who did my pedicure was very nice and gentle and non judgmental of my weird toenailThe man who did my nails, on the other hand, did a terrible job. I only wanted gel polish on my real nails….he put dip on my nails and gel polish over that. It’s been years since I’ve gotten my nails done and I’ve never had gel polish so I honestly wasn’t sure if he was just doing the normal thing for gel??? I should have said something about the dip and that’s on me but the nails on my left hand all have a gap where they aren’t fully painted with the polish. The nails are all shaped crooked and on top of that, the next day I had two excruciatingly infected nails (still on the mend). I also left the shop with my skin painfully superglued to some of the false nails he used and polish on my fingertip. I expected the cost to be around $65 based on the menu they had but was charged $80.

I absolutely LOVE Lux nails! Everyone here is so sweet and fantastic at their job! I had a horrible experience at a place down the street cgame to Lux about a year ago and I won’t go anywhere else. I have never left unsatisfied. They pride themselves in taking care of their customers. Today Matthew did my nails and I am in LOVE! Thank you for all you do!

They did a great job. They were quick and took some precautions between customers. I did not care for the plastic liners for the pedicure baths, but some people like it. I would rather them thoroughly clean the bath with bleach than just rinse it out and put a new liner.

I love how friendly the employees were. they did an amazing job and were very professional. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he delivered!! they look just like the picture. I will definitely be going back again! I highly recommend you go here!! 😁

I have been to Lux Nails twice now and I am very happy with the service & quality. I don’t feel rushed through nor do I feel like I was there too long. It has been the right fit for me. I like the conversation and the atmosphere. They are very reasonably priced as well.

Wife went to get nails done there today. Apparently what she wanted done wasnt expensive enough for the ladies that work there too pay attention to her. Lost out on a good tip and customer. Ought to be ashamed of yourselves what kinda business yall running around there.

This place is worth the 5 star reviews it has gotten so far! Matthew, the guy who did my nails, was amazing he spent so much meticulous time making sure they looked just right. The color and everything was perfect. Theyre amazing definitely worth the go!

Would give 0 stars if I could, picked the 35 dollar option for a pedicure and was charged almost double. Im not playing that game, should have known thats why it wasnt busy

Was kinda of costly.... Cost me $70 for a basic pedicure and nails filled in. The lady that worked on me was great, very nice and funny

I had my nails filled and gel polish done as well as a pedicure. Maybe an hour or so after leaving the gel Polish started lifting on the end of one nail. I went back the guy said maybe it didn’t dry enough and redid it. Next day my toes are hurting and I notice I have cuts all along my toes where they did my pedicure. Now several days later and all my nails are chipped and lifted on the gel Polish. Not sure how everything got so messed up but I won’t be back

I highly recommend them did a great job on my nail and toes today. Had some kinda hard 4th design picked out but they did an awesome job on them.

The other week i got my nails done by molly. she was amazing. i was hoping to get her again but i instead got the man. i was fine because i’ve heard plenty of good things about him. however, i had a problem with him. one of my nails are crooked. my other nail has a random ball underneath the fake nail. not to mention my nails weren’t fully covered with the powder. i showed him a picture of what i wanted and did not get what i asked for. i really enjoy molly doing my nails and will be back for her, definitely not from a man that can’t see.

I wanted to give them no star. The person did my nails name is Thao. I changed my mind first nail she did with a gel polish about the color and she got so upset and angry. She was like oh my goodness why you changed your mind. I can’t remove it now.I know I will never go back there.

Always work to get you in...Mike, Molly and Ann are great at what they do. They are friendly and always make you feel comfortable, pampered and well taken care of... definitely recommend.

I took a chance on Lux nails in Cleburne as I wasnt in my normal area. Matthew hooked me up. He was friendly, made sure I liked my nails and was gentle which I appreciate with arthritis in some of my fingers. I will definitely go back to visit him or Molly

Had a fantastic time! I took my sister out for a girls day, and we randomly chose Lux. We hit the jackpot. The employees know their stuff I got regular dipped nails, and my sister got stiletto gel nails. Both look fantastic and they were reasonably priced! 10/10 would go back again

They do great nails and toes. Friendly staff, clean salon and reasonable prices. Used to go to several other places in Cleburne, but they slowly went downhill due to being so dirty. This place is always kept clean and tools sanitized

So nice and gentle took great care of me. Also had these awesome cat eye nails done there, I have yet to see anything as cool as them. Takes alot of skill to manipulate with magnets, fantastic job.

Matthew does an awesome job!! Very quick! Did everything I had ask for. They took over this location in November so they are still building their clientele... it’s not the other owners! Love the prices!!! Very very reasonable. He won’t try to up sell you or pressure you to buy add-one which is a huuuge plus for me.. highly recommend!!!!

Our nail tech did a great job, he pays close attention to detail making sure the nails turn out just as you want them! He also makes conversation unlike these other techs in town. :) I was surprised to see all the pedicure stations, will be trying that out next!

The male nail tech was highly aggressive with the pedicure, did not give a good dip full set and I asked for a simple nail design of Minnie and Mickey Mouse with a heart and the design was bad. He left bruises on my calf’s from his “massage” and didn’t give me the right pedicure either. I asked for a 3 and should’ve had hot towels raps and hot rocks but was never done and was charge for it. Clear coat on the design has peeled completely and did not fully file my nails completely, he left 3 fingers I not filed and left a ton of powder around my cuticles and under my nails

Very friendly.....and I can understand what they are saying when they are talking to me. (Unlike the other places in town) They all carry on conversations with all of us. They are ALL good at what they do. I particularly like going to Molly. She always makes me laugh, she is a lot of fun. And this is what she did for me today.

They killed my nails!!! Never had a pedicure before but they were very kind and helpful. The dude cracked jokes and the woman (I wanna say her name was marry? Idk) was funny too. I didn’t feel uncomfortable or unwelcomed. They even took me 20 minutes before they closed and that was beyond kind of them. They are great at nails and I’m 100% coming back
