I have lived in the area for 4 years now and this year I found Friendly Nails! This is my place now, the staff is great. They are willing to listen to what you want and really make sure that you are happy with their work!

New owners and their employees are amazing! Reasonable prices, nice people, great services, little to no waiting and open on SUNDAY!!

I love this place every time I’ve gone they have gone amazing jobs. There pedicures are amazing even if you get the cheaper options. They do a wonderful job with acrylic nails and nail art. I recommend this place highly and tell all my friends to go here when they want there nails done.

I didn’t catch his name but the guy who did my nails yesterday was so sweet and nice. I needed my nails done for my baby shower on saturday and he made them absolutely perfect and did everything exactly like I asked. everyone here was so friendly and I will definitely be coming back if I ever need my nails done again. loved it here ❤️

Went here for the first time today. I was able to get in without and appointment rather quickly for a Sat. My nail tech Tracy was very courteous and gentle. If you have sensitive hands or just want a small laid back place, I would definitely recommend it!! Prices are average and the people are very nice.

I actually enjoyed this shop, unfortunately their products are very cheap and do not last long on my nails.They fell off within a week. I was very patient and lenient with this shop and let her give me a free full set. Just for them to fall off once again.I paid $75 for my nails. I asked for a refund behind that my nails didn’t even last me a week. Long story short, they refuse to give me a refund telling me my second set of nails didn’t fall off 😂 as if they were right here when they fell off.Owner actually started being a bit rude. It’s very unfortunate because I actually liked this place but I have spent too much money here for them not to accommodate me… especially when it’s their products not working.Also, I didn’t change the colors nor the shape of the nail. Like you said down there 👇 you’re lying.Prayers sent to them.

Me and my sister went in to get acrylics, they put us on the list, and then another lady came in with no appointment and they asked us to come back 2 hours later so they could do her stuff. Would not recommend. They only have two people working the whole place.

This place was spectacular!! This was my first time going to Friendly Nails and I was extremely satisfied! Tracy was my nail technician, she was kind/inviting, very attentive, good social skills, and her experience in the industry really shined. My nails are stunning and the service was very professional. I highly recommend this salon as well as Tracy for all beauty needs.

My girlfriend loved her nails and they were so nice. I really like the price and I thought her nails looked very nice. Her nails looked great and they did exactly what she asked for and it was only 50.00 bucks

Everything about this place is amazing! i walked in and i was sat down and she started on me! my nails look absolutely amazing! i also called so last minute i needed my nails done for the first day of school the next day and they got me in! i will definitely be coming back!

Out of town visiting. Treated my niece and self to pedicures. The woman who greated us was pleasant enough. Her assistant not so much. Shop was less to be desired. Seat was broken. Foot water cool side. Should had walked out but we stayed. My niece had the woman who greeted us. She was good. I got the assistant. She nicked the cuticle on my right big toe which bled. I had smudges that no one repaired. The nicked toe is infected to where its pussing. I am in pain. Looks like a trip to a urgent care? Took pictures. Board of health should make a visit. Also they charge more than New York. Where I am from. Find a different place but dont go here. Doesnt desrve a star

They did my nails and I accidentally locked myself out of my car and they went out of their way to help me get inside. Theyre amazing!!!

I absolutely would recommend friendly nails!!! I did have to wait a while but that is because I went in last minute. She still took me in after her closing time and she really takes her time on each nail to make sure they are done right. She also waxed my eyebrows with precision. And again this was after she had already closed. Thank you maam for the friendly environment and the wonderful conversations. 😘 10 out of 10!!!

UPDATE: I used to love this place. The old owner was so friendly and I loved doing business here. Unfortunately, my last visit was awful. The male nail tech was rude and seemed bothered by having to work on my nails. Besides his poor attitude and customer service I would never recommend anyone to him based on his job performance. Shortly after getting my nails done I had to remove my fake nails due to an infection he created along with an ingrown finger nail. My other nails also appeared to have bruises on them. I’ve never had any issues with manicures or fake nails before this guy and I definitely won’t be returning.Old Review:Love, love, love this nail salon! The name really does describe how wonderful this place is. I called Christmas Eve to see if anyone was available to do my nails and Yen was soo sweet to keep the place open and accommodate my walk-in needs. I enjoyed her company during my visit and will definitely be a returning customer! They are reasonably priced and do a fantastic job! I highly recommend!

Saw how google reviews were good, not too many places open on Sunday. Wanted to get an acrylic overlay and was very pleased. The girls Were very friendly and patient. Great customer service and took their time, never did I feel they were rushing to get me done.

The only thing positive I can say about this place is I didn’t have to wait long to get my nails don. Other than that the experience was horrible. The woman that did my nails had such a heavy hand that she filed my cuticle down to where it was raw. I told her I wanted my nails a little thicker because they tend to break if they aren’t and she still left them too thin. They might do other services good but for some reason I got the shotty job. Don’t waste your money here!

Best PedicureYou may have a wait as its a small shop but they take their time and give first rate service.

The ladies were nice, but my nails did not turn out the way that I asked. I even told her that I wanted my nails to match the way my friends were just done, but with a different color, & they turned out the complete opposite of my friends, oh & crooked. & not to mention that my friends & I came out with our fingers bleeding when they were done. I will not be going back.

Worst experience ever!!!! My daughters nails were to wide, crooked and not at all the design she asked for. Overall they were ugly and they wanted to offer a $5 discount, then they wanted to charge $20 for painting the nails of a 2 year old and because she put her feet in the water at a pedicure station. Im disputing all the charges and I will never ever go back to this place!!! Do not recommend them at all.

My cousin & I went here just about 2 weeks ago and it the WORST service I’ve ever experienced. First off, I should’ve known this was gonna happen at this place bc it first happened to me back in 2016!! That nail lady BUTCHERED me & my cousins nails... every single cuticle was bleeding and she was just wiping the blood away with her bare thumb! it hurt so much for her to even barely touch it, it’s like she wasn’t even trying be careful. Second, it took FOREVERR for my nails to be done. In total we were there for 4 hours... And Third, the nail lady’s husband came over and started chatting with us (which I didn’t mind at all bc I enjoy having a friendly conversation) about how he’s an artist, but when we were finally finished getting our nails done he started talking to me about himself and over sharing for the longest time! We had already been there 4 hours and this guy was turning it into 5. He asked me for my Facebook which I gave him out of politeness but later blocked him when I got home. Never come here

Sat me in a chair without telling me it would be 15-20 minute wait. When they finally started it was over in 20 minutes. I had to come home and clean up the paint job. Horrible. The worst Ive ever had!

WILL NEVER RETURN! I came in on the Saturday before my birthday (monday) to get them done. Simple set, painted black. She did not paint the edges, and ends were uneven, and within 4 days (wensday) one has already fallen off. Yes my nails are short, but Ive gone to MANY nail shops who have gone out of their way to make sure my nails stayed on and they would last for 3 weeks or longer if I got them filled. This shop has a sign that says guaranteed for 3 days so on day 4 mine fall off and they blame me for the bad job. Currently sitting in the establishment waiting for the one to get fixed, instead of doing what I ask which was remove ALL of them and re do them all and make sure they stick to my nail for what I paid for. Instead of listening, the lady wanted to argue oh its not my fault the paint isnt there the top clear coat, is clearly still there. The underneath where the color was supposed to be, was never painted. So she wants to argue in front of everyone instead of just listening to my disastifcation of the work after I drove 45 minutes (because I live in the middle of no where) just for her to argue that its not my fault. This job was just bad all around. She took the rotary file to my skin around my nail, and burned it and scratched it up, did now fill down the access skin she caused, and did not file the ends of my real nails to straighten them out before applying the acrylic. She also did not size my nail to the acrylic before applying them. She placed glue then placed the nail and if it didnt fit, oh well. Nothing she can do now. Bad job, bad service, owner wants to argue when she gets in a rush and does a bad job because she has 3 people waiting in line and only her doing nails, and one other person doing pedicures. She needs to hire more people, so stuff like this doesnt happen. I will not be coming back.

Come in to get a simple eyebrows done get attitude for only getting that done. She got wax caught in my eyelashes, the wax was boiling hot, the worst part was the tweezing. Very painful she was dipping and scrapping into my skin. And when i flinchedbecause i was in so much pain she said your fine theyll look pretty. I have never had a horrible experience just getting my eyebrows done and ive been getting them done for years. When i went to pay i got even more attitude because i dont carry cash and used my card. Thats was a problem because it charges her money. All over just a horrible experience for a simple task as waxing eyebrows.

It took her an hour and a half to do my nails. She lied about the price over the phone and then insisted on a tip. My nails look nice, but my fingers are all scabbed over and bloody. She was very rough with the file.. 8/10 of my fingers have sores from the nail file..

This place is the absolute best nail salon I have ever been to they are the kindest people in there and done exactly what I wanted done I have been to other places they never listen to what I want but this place treated me so good they are very cheap especially for the service you get which is amazing they deserve 10 stars please anyone who sees this place go in it is well worth it you will be a loyal costumer from them on I know I will be!!!!
