We use to like it, but for the last month now it seems we can never use the internet. Which is the only reason we bought it... its so spotty! Its like it chooses when it wants to work. The cable doesnt always want to show us the menu. Their website to pay seems to only work when it wants to. The moment we find another internet company that we like were switching!

I’ve had spectrum internet for about a year and a half and it seems like their service is down more than it’s up can never find any live updates on what’s going on all I get is a “there is a outage in your area” I do not understand why this service is always down, never had this many problems with a internet service before do not recommend

Spectrum changes you by paying over the phone, when you pay your bill with a third party it takes up to 3 to 5 business day to restore your service. I do not Recommend this company. They find a way to stick a fee in anything you do. There lucky they even get a dam one star 🤬

I’m a teacher, and I am currently working on an online master’s degree. Our internet cuts out so regularly that I can no longer plan to do work for my job or school from home. We use a different affordable carrier for our smart phones and I’m super glad, because my iPhone 8 (type mentioned to say that it’s not a crummy phone) will not work when connected to WiFi. We have called to ask for help before, and nothing has changed.The employees were nice when we signed up, I know it’s not the salesperson’s fault, but my goodness. We’re switching the first chance we get.

Drove all the way from Burleson to this store to pick up equipment just to get there and they are at lunch till 2:15...its 1:20. No where does it say they close for lunch or I wouldnt have made the trip. Again drove from Burleson to this store before they closed, got here a few min after they closed tried to explain to the lady about my drive earlier in the day where I was coming from all she did was point at the 6 pm closing sign. Yes I get you closed 3 min ago I just want my equipment but all she did was keep pointing to the 6pm closing sign. And stayed inside for another 15 min. Beyond frustrated with spectrum debating on cancelling my service after my experience with the in store employees!

Spectrum raised our rates so we immediately canceled. They wouldnt prorate the bill nor would they charge the price we actually agreed to pay. This is called THEFT!!! Besides screwing us by making us pay for services not received, they offered a far inferior product than what we are accustomed to. No fiber to our neighborhood, terrible cable boxes with the smallest dvr capacity weve ever had and spotty at best internet service.

The TV we had every channel way over 200.00 a month. Everytime something went wrong they gave us a new box. We had TV and internet. Got rid of TV internet we still have. Keep saying fiberoptic coming just found out NOT HAPPENING ONLY NEW NEIGHBORHOODS. Theyve been lying to us for years. Will give a shout out to last man who came due to my internet going on and off 20 plus times a day. They love changing boxes. The man that came to my house found issues with the wire in attic was installed incorrectly. He found issues in the box on the outside of my house one of the wires were backwards and he changed the inside box. He finally fixed my internet. Every other person said there was NOTHING WRONG IS WAS POPPING ON AND OFF BECAUSE OF BOX IN HOUSE....lol omg it is so funny YEARS of headaches and people coming and going making appointments, speaking to techs on phones and finally got someone who gave a darn. We are still with them for now on internet. Will never do TV with them again. They cared more about us after we no longer wanted their TV then when we were doing business. Still call us way to much even after we asked them to take us off their call list. Living in a smaller town is awesome except when dealing with these issues with bully companies that do not care about us as customers. You know I hate writing bad reviews but, this Company Is a issue. No I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. KEEP YOUR SANITITY. BE CAREFUL WITH WHO YOU SIGN ON THE DOTTED LINE WITH. Have a great day and be safe.

The women that work inside are hateful and rude. They didnt treat me like a customer, they treated me like a criminal. I will only handle my account online because of the actions of these women. I watched them force an elderly couple into an expensive service call when it was obvious that it was just the batteries in their remote. Ugh

The website is clunky and always redirects you 15 times before you can find what you are looking for... We have outages weekly, sometimes daily.The internet is slow and very unreliable. On top of all of that. The last two places Ive had service at had old wiring that had to be replaced before we could get the speeds we paid for. Which can take weeks for them to be available to come....I regret using these guys.

Horrible experience with just getting my WiFi internet hookup. They are treating the problem like my household lives in BFE. They are telling us that they determine it should be worked on in 30-45 days, right after telling us that our scheduled date is November.8...it’s like charter wants to stay in the problem and not the solution

They didnt take my order at the window.I had to wait on reserved park space #2 for about 8 minutes.They said we gotta keep moving costumers .I was ok lol. Theres 2 more cars parked here :-/

I canceled 4 days in to new billing cycle and thanks to their new policy I owed $207 for 4 days of service. Then they changed the date of my bill due date. Was 3/8/2020 and when canceled they changed it to 2/26/2020 and showed up as late payment. They are shady, too expensive and their customer service is terrible.

One of the selling points for Charter was, Unlike Directv and Dish, Charter will not lose signal during storms or high winds. They were very right. Charters signal DOES stay strong in those conditions, however you will have no damn signal any other time of the year!! There are outages ALL THE TIME!! They arent just small ones either, we have been without TV and internet for 2 days before! I pay way too much for this crap!!
