Due to having any unemployment case , they advised I go to this location to file an appeal on my case. It was time sensitive but upon arrival found out that the office is not able to help me with anything. They can only let you use a computers but no one is there to help you or answer questions if you have any resulting in my visit being useless and unhelpful. The only individuals at the location were cleaning ladies and said they could let me into use computers but are not allowed to help and that the office is closed except for my appointment to use computers. Therefore TWC should update their paperwork that they mailed to individuals so they dont have to waste their time driving to this location or any other when they are closed which contradict the signs on the front of the building saying they are open. Dont waste your time and gas like I did.

These people are completely petty and awful to deal with. I was forced to go there by HHS to keep my SNAP benefits, and they did not allow me to attend because I was 3-4 minutes late because I missed the turn and got caught in some traffic. I explained that I am new in town and simply missed the turn and they not only didnt even care and refused to help me, but actually tried to call the cops on me because I was rightly upset about it. Then, I tried to call the lady that was listed on my letter like a dozen times and left several messages and she does not call back at all. It is weird enough that I was required to go to this unprofessional, petty, and unhelpful place by HHS, rather than the Texas Workforce Commission, but since it is a private company, let me tell you, I would not voluntarily do business with them if they were the last employment agency on the planet. Stay as far away from them as possible.

Workforce Solutions is a get place for employment opportunities. With nice people who are willing to give help when needed. They have hundreds of job posting each day. Plus resumes writing with phone fax and copies at your every need.
