Amazing staff. Im came in for routine drug screen and the collector explained everything perfectly. Ive had collectors in past have me initial the paperwork but she had me initial bottles. So I know the sample was mine and no way it got switched with someone else.
Amazing staff. I was there less than 5 min. The lab tech was precious. I think her name was Deanna.
This place is understaffed. Only one person is drawing blood and attending the front desk.

This place is understaffed, and the lady working the desk is lying about how long the wait time is.. she is also the only one taking blood at this location.. its disappointing to see lab core go down the toilet like this.
Busy but its expected when there is only one person and you do not schedule an appointment. The lady was amazing and very friendly.
The front office lady was very unprofessional & rude. Went up there for a standard drug test & wait time was ridiculous. Not to mention the front desk lady was rude, and while taking the drug test she made me initial the sticker that’s suppose to be wrapped around the urine sample AFTER I urinated in it.Very rude & unprofessional.
I have never had a bad experience here! After my experience at Quest this morning, I will never make that mistake again!
Ive been waiting over 30 mins Im here for a drug test. So I came ready to give a sample. yikes . No ones in lobby. I dont get it..come on people! They need more help in here!
No one looks forward to having labs drawn, but Deanne at this LabCorp site always makes the experience as pleasant as possible. She is highly skilled and always professional, but also never fails to bring a smile to your face with her sincere warmth and charming personality. Thank you Deanne !
Staff was not friendly Did their job but was not personal by any means kinda rude
Stars deducted for: No disability accessible parking near the doors, totally impractical for any patient with mobility or other disabilities to have to travel clear across the hospital parking to access lab services. Yet there is breast cancer clinic parking reserved for the same building.Heavy fragrance in the building. Sends me into allergic anaphylaxis every time. Wearing a respirator does not protect my skin or eyes from exposure to this allergen and it permeates my clothes if I have any degree of wait. It is the automatic fragrance sprayer in the restrooms which are situated immediately inside the only accessible entrance. There is no way to get into the building to dodge this because the scent goes everywhere inside, and the Labcorp is right near the restrooms.Two stars remain because the staff is pretty decent. They do their jobs with professional excellence.
Incompetent and uncaring staff. On several occasions I have, after calling and confirming that they had paperwork, I drove from Joshua to their office in Cleburne to be told that they had no paperwork. On another occasion, once again after calling first, they kept me waiting for an hour to be told their system was down and they couldnt pull my lab request. Then why was I told they had it, then kept waiting for an hour?!? After having my doctor refax the paperwork, and verifying that they received it, I was told to wait even longer. How much more uncaring and incompetent can you get?!?
We stood in the lobby for 20 minutes when the tech finally appeared and said its 5:00 while closing the window in our face. Very rude and uncalled for.
