They always do a wonderful job. When they finish you can never tell there was any damage. The offi ce girls are friendly and so easy to deal with. The men are great and make sure all the damage is found and fixed correctly

Unfortunately my car is at Lone Star right now, but I wouldn’t take it anywhere else. I work with Sonny & he is awesome to work with. I took it to another place one time & they did a sorry job. Basically instead of repairing trying to cover things up etc. Sonny is a class act that I would recommend to anyone.

Had my jeep here for 2 weeks and when I call a rude women answers like I have no business calling about my jeep. They take forever to get back to you. Then when they do its to tell you that its alot more then the price that was first established. Dont be cheap go to a well run business.

I had an accident where I needed to have my truck towed. The office answered the phone quickly and was pleasant with me. They warned me up front of the wait which I was fine with since they warned me in advance. The driver was nice and professional. I couldnt find a ride home from the shop. Instead of making me call an uber, the driver took me home. I definitely would recommend using these guys for your towing needs.

I manage a truck repair shop and we have used Lonestar Collision as our go to towing service for years. We have always had good service and the rates are very competitive. They can handle passenger vehicles right up to 18 wheelers.

I have been using Lonestar for years and never had a problem with them.If you ever need anything done to your cars I highly recommend them.

Very good towing assistance. I had a wreck and they fixed my car in a timely manner. There is an older lady that works here she is very nice and makes you feel at home.

Unfortunately I’ve had to use these folks three times in the last year and a half and each time I’ve had my car truck in the paint and body shop it’s come out looking perfect I would highly recommend these guys for the paint and body repair you’ll be satisfied

Did a great job of getting my car back on the road

My sisters daughter totaled her 2019 beautiful 2019 Toyota Camry. It was taken to Lonestar Collision Center. I took my sister there to get her items out of the car and the folks were so nice and accommodating. Welcomed us and made us feel welcome. Let us in the gate with no problem now for the 2nd time. They are good folk but hope to never need them again for that purpose. But still, no complaints and no problems with that part of the process. I dont want to recommend them for that purpose but if it happens to you, Im sorry for your loss but you will be in good hands with Lonestar Collision.

Everyone at this company lies. They say that I asked them to do something dangerous and that they have the recording to prove it. They have deleted portions of the recording and have edited it to their benefit. Bryan should NEVER work with customers. I will make sure that everyone knows what a horrible company this is. They do not care. Look at the review on Yelp - Im not the only one who feels this way.

They stopped at a parade and claimed they could not get around it. I know this is not true as a cleburne resident for the last 14 years I know my way around town and there are dozens of other routes they could have taken. Therefore yes I am proposing they deliberately stopped at the parade and ignored a customers request.

I hit a huge pothole in the middle of the night on US 67 west of Cleburne and my roadside service sent out a tow truck from LoneStar. The truck arrived 30 minutes earlier than I expected and the tow truck operator was very thorough. He took time to explain the process and took lots of care with my car. They hauled the car directly to the dealer and put me first in line for service the next morning.If youre calling a tow truck, youre not having a good time. These folks made it the least painful as they could. ;)

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. This pathetic excuse of a towing company left us WAITING FOR OVER 3 HOURS AND NEVER SHOWED UP. . AAA had to send out another company to help us. Please stay away, you will be left stranded!!!

Typical legalized EXTORTION, toe company. judge orders sequestration of my trailer from individual who refused to pay. trailer now sets next to the street, UNSECURED, something has already tried to break in. all along i have a $1200 toe fee and a $20 a day storage fee. judge will not release intil hearing, i understand that. hearing will be next month, maybe, so will the $20 a day

If I could give zero stars I would. Got car towed here and went to pick it up and they said it was going to be four hours before someon could be there for us to get our car.
