Had a few clear coat scratches/scuffs he got it cleaned in 5 minsbor less was amazed. Took longer to take the tools out then to do the job 🤣 and another thing that bothered me I still had chalk mark writing on the wheels. Since the dealership didnt clean properly.He took it off for free he takes pride In his and especially customers cars

I have always taken my vehicles to Kelleys and have had great results. I took my vehicle in for some repairs recently and looks like they have burned through my paint on the hood and tailgate with a buffer. Will never go back.

The guys at kellys were great. I was in an accident and needed help pulling the bumper away from the tire. All shops that I called said the couldnt do it. Kellys helped me right away and I was able to get on the road to get home to Nebraska

After reflecting on my experience, i decided to change my review. the end result of the work was very good. but it took almost a month partly due to insurance being involved for the payment. additionally, the first time i went to pick up the car, it was not left outside the garage and they apologized about that. so i went back the following day.the next day when i went to pick it up, the door still was slightly open (repair hadnt been completed) and a piece of trim looked pretty bad. my irritation with the business mainly stemmed from a lack of communication with me about what was going on. again, the end result was good, but i had to complain and wait a while for things to be fixed. in the end, it was fine. but i would just request that the business do a better job of communicating with customers in the future.thank you.

Kelley’s was recommended to me by my car dealership back in 2013. They did a wonderful job repairing my minivan. No one could tell that it had ever been wrecked! So, last month, when our son sideswiped a mailbox, I knew exactly where to go. Marty is professional and took great care of our vehicle and our family. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a quality body shop. Don’t go there if you are cheap! They do great work, not cheap work.

I was in accident and No one in a 60 mile radius was willing to work on my car. I have a 2017 Alfa Romeo and Kelleys Collison stepped up to the plate. I was nervous but the work they did was outstanding and they worked very hard to get my baby back to looking amazing. They worked with me every step of the way and kept me very informed.

My car was rear ended in a hit and run incident. Of course I had full coverage insurance but did not wanna take it to just any body shop . Honesty goes a long ways in retail business; especially in providing estimates. I obtained a paintless dent repair quote of approximately $250 on 10/06/2020. Asking when I should return, they advised the following week. I arrived at 7:45 a.m. on 10/12/2020 and requested a confirmation of the cost for the paintless dent repair of $250. The individual who performs these repairs was not present and now was not expected to show up until 9:20-9:30 a.m. I returned home, requesting a phone call to confirm $250 cost for the paintless dent repair. At approximately 9:35 a.m., I received a call NOW ADVISING the cost would be $350. Interesting to say the least on how it went from approximately $250 to $350 wouldnt you say? When I advised that $250 was the maximum I could pay, they then said the lowest they could go was $300. Interesting again isnt it. As the opening sentence states, honesty goes a long way in obtaining business. They did NOT earn my business and the only reason why was the FACT that an approx $250 estimate became $350.Addendum: Shortly after this review was posted, Kendra (owner) was kind enough to contact me stating that the Paintless Dent Repair personnel were in fact not employees of Kelleys Collision Center. Based upon information provided, future customers will receive a written estimate from the PDR folks instead a verbal estimate which should keep this from happening to another potential customer. Thanks Kendra; you reaching out proved that you care.

Highly recommended! I took my truck to them with an estimate from my insurance company and a not insubstantial amount of body damage on the front end. 2 weeks later when i went to pick it up it looked brand new! Paint matching was spot on and everything fit back into place perfectly after they were finished. Easy to get ahold of on the phone, and very communicative throughout the process. These guys obviously take pride in a job done properly! Big thanks to Matt and all of the staff!!

Not only did my vehicle get completed fast and on time but it was fixed in perfect fashion. On top of all of that I dont think I had washed my truck in 3 months shame on me, but Kellys collision detailed my vehicle inside and out prior to me picking up. The staff at Kelly’s Collision go above and beyond to make sure your vehicle is repaired completely and correctly. My F-150 came back looking 10X better than it ever was. They do excellent work and their communication is top notch as they keep you updated every step of the way.

Exceptional experience overall. The lobby is the cleanest I’ve seen. The staff was very welcoming and professional. I was given multiple options to fix my vehicle. One was a much less expensive option than replacing with all new parts. I expected to pay a few thousand and was suprised to only pay a few hundred. I will definitely use Kelly’s in the future.

Took my car here after being rear ended. Not only was everyone super nice and accommodating, but the work and service was excellent! There were a couple of things that needed to be adjusted after I picked up my vehicle, but they took care of everything with a smile. Would certainly recommend, and will definitely be coming back if I ever need repairs.

Took my corvette there last year, the paint color matched great but they left orange peel when it didnt have any before and you can see where the damage was like they didnt sand it enough before painting . And it also had runs in the paint. When I complained, the owner tried to compare my corvette to some pickup truck that had orange peel. It is a corvette, not a truck.I dont need excuses. Too bad they couldnt fix it right. DONT TAKE IT THERE

Ive seen nothing but grade A quality work come out of there. Thats probably why they have been voted #1 in Johnson county 3yrs in a row. Id refer anyone and everyone there. Great people, great work, great customer service.. And to a review I seen on here, you can paint a terd but its still a terd. Your car probably had silicone and spray paint on it like most crummy corvettes do in Cleburne. Their paint probably showed prior damage... anyways love the shop and people keep up the good work.
