Everyone was so helpful and nice. They did fast excellent work. My only complaint is that no one wore masks. My husband and I are both over 70, and have been very careful during the pandemic. This is a situation that should be corrected.

10/16/19 Oppel Tire & Service I had four new tires put on my vehicle in a timely matter at Oppel Tire & Service. I would rate them very efficient and friendly. The wait was pleasant and comfortable watching TV and having a conversation with another sweet lady who was also having her car serviced. They offered us drinks as we waited. I am well pleased with their service and will go back. Oh yes” I had my brakes checked on another vehicle while there because I could hear a dragging sound backing up. Promptly began service soon after arriving, and did not have to wait long for completion. . I also appreciated their not trying to sell me extra service or parts. I wanted to get my oil changed promptly and that’s what I got.Very satisfied.

I popped a tire outside of Cleburne driving through. These people were so nice and efficient! They even let me keep my sleeping kids in the car while they fixed the tire. I’m so grateful for this company! We were in and out within 20 minutes.

Traveling in from out of state, my car was in need of what I thought would be a simple repair. The car contributed to run hot, and turned out I had a coolant leak. Long story short, $1400 later...I still have a coolant leak, my car is still running hot, and on my way back to Mississippi I am stopping every hour to cool the car down and replace leaking coolant. Very unsatisfied customer.

As I arrived,walk into the store both gentlemen were so kind. I always feel welcomed. They had my brakes fixed in no time at all. Very professional and explained what I needed . I recommend them and they earn their 5stars.

I was over charged for a cabin filter and lead to believe that it was a hard thing to change. After it was too late, I realized that I could have gotten the cabin filter for much less, and easily change it myself. I ended up spending $40 more than I should have. I only went there to get an oil change.

They were nice and cared for me snd my needs. They help me pick the right choice fir my car not necessarily the most expensive. I will continue to go here.

This tire center was the best I’ve ever been to. The staff was extremely friendly. They did a thorough check of my tires and a mount/dismount of one to remove a nail. I showed up at 7:20, they open at 7:30. I was out of there by 8:00.

I have used Oppel Tire & Service for about two years now for both mine and my wifes vehicles. They have always been very courteous & speedy with there service. In addition their tires are Grade A. I have had zero problems with tires or their service, unlike other tire stores I have used in the past. I have absolutely no problems recommending Oppel Tires.

Had my truck oil changed and a free tire rotation done during my lunch hour. I even used a coupon for a discount. The store was clean and even provided a TV while I waited. I work in maintenance and this leaves me with very little time to get my chores done. Great job.

After an inexcusable trip to Christian Brothers in Burleson for an alignment with a coupon issued by them that they refused to honor, Oppel Tire and Service very professionally aligned my Expedition with absolutely no problems and with the best customer service that anyone could ask for. A cup of coffee, a magazine and friendly, courteous employees got me back on the road in record time without breaking the bank. Highly recommend!

Could not have been more pleased with the service. I do not typically have my vehicles worked on anywhere, but I needed an alignment as Ive had a chronic issue with it. I originally went to NTB and they did a terrible job and was out of alignment before I made it home (one of the bolts wasnt tightened). I ended up replacing all front end components after that as it was needed anyway. I brought our suburban to Oppel to get the alignment done. Courteous, smiles, professional. I had an engine light on and they diagnosed it and told me exactly what needed fixed and exactly why it needed to be fixed. Edward is great to talk to and makes you feel comfortable. And Bill (owner) I could tell truly wanted the best for his customers. It didnt seem the business was the main focus but the customer.Im a permanent customer. Thank yall

Been very helpful in dealing with a tire mfg about bad tires. There work is good although I disagree with them about some of the results, they listened and explained their position.

I took my car there for an oil change. They were not able to do the oil change and gave me a $2400 quote on other services. They tried to charge $25 for a brake inspection that was advertised as free on their signs.
