All this during the year of the pandemic! Would like to thank Tyler and Adam for the time they spent at my house today. I’ve had a persistent leak in a bedroom window that I’ve tried everything to figure out. Finally called home excel for help. They put these Windows in about 15 years ago. Eric sent these two technicians out about 4 days later. That proved to me that Hom excel stands behind their guarantee. The guys took the window out and gave me some probable reasons for the leak. And it does not appear to be a faulty window. They also left me with supplies to finish the job once the outside window sill is repainted. Looks like it may be time for a sliding door quote from them. Thanks again.

Im a fortunate woman. Number one: I was able to purchase new windows and sliding glass doors throughout my house. Number two: I was able to purchase new windows and sliding glass doors throughout my house from Home Excel with a lifetime guarantee. I rarely had an issue with my windows. The door lock on the sliding glass door became broken and stuck. I called and scheduled a free repair with Eric. A gentleman named Perry, showed up on time, repaired the lock, tested it, had me test it and that was that. Easy. Free. Neat. Fast. Great customer service. Period.

Service call was fine; Perry K is a good technician; efficient and communicative. However, those who dispatch Perry must do a better job of communicating to him what the service call is for, what items and tools are needed, etc. Perry had to go back to his truck to get the plugs for the storm doors that I had requested. Once he got them, the job was done quickly, including replacing my screen door and adjusting the rollers.

I kept having issues with my glass door not working properly. From it going off the track, to the glass, and finally to the door not even wanting to latch closed in the end. Eric helped me out tremendously. He took care of every question I had and immediately ordered me a new door, plus installed it the day of delivery. I cant thank you enough. Now Im not dealing with bugs, water damage, or noise. Its pretty awesome.

Great windows! House is alot quieter & cooler. Technicians are polite & knowledgeable.

I dont even know where to start they are so bad. I used them to install windows at two rental units. From the start they didnt show up or if they did they were late. They never called to say why they werent there or why they were late. They came to do the install but were going to be late because they had no drill bits. They install windows how can you be out of drill bits. I cleaned up after them as they left garbage from the install behind. They failed the inspection and sent a guy to fix the bad install who didnt know how to do the fix so another day of my time wasted. They told me the inspection would happen but they never scheduled it and this happened twice. They dont bother to tell you that there is a number to call to get an estimate on the time the inspection will occur, they thought I should just wait at empty rental units all day. It took months to get it all corrected and for all my troubles they refunded $200 on a order close to $10,000 and untold hours of wasted time and frustration. Just find another company this one just isnt capable.

I called Homexel regarding a damaged window that had intalled 10 years ago. They ordered a new window and replaced it in a timely fashion. I am very impressed with this companys professional service.

We had new windows installed on 6-1-2017. One screen was received as damaged. Hom-Excel technician told us they would order a replacement screen and they should have it within a month. It is now more than 7 months and it still has not been installed. I have called more than once a month concerning this and I have heard every possible excuse they could make. I even went to their business and talked to the business owner who said hed make sure it was replaced. That was more than 2 months ago! They really wanted my check for the job, as a matter of fact, the owner came out the day of the installation to get the check. Sorry, dont do business with this company. Poor customer support.

I live right on a main road where traffic is a constant. All hours of the night my dog used to wake my wife and I up everytime a car or truck passed by. Since getting my windows and sliding glass door installed last month my dog (and my wife and I) sleep all the way through the night. Couldnt be happier. The second day we had the door my dog still used to our old door without a screen ran right through the new screen door. I called Hom-Excel to see if there was anyway to buy a new screen knowing it was our fault. They told us not to worry, ordered us a brand new screen door and had it installed in less than a month. This is truly a great company, I will certainly be referring these guys to all my friends.

Had 3 screen slider doors replaced on our home in Spring Hill - couldnt adjust rollers anymore. They were under warranty, so no cost to us (thank you Simonton). Perry K arrived within arranged timeframe, installed screens, adjusted, and gave me some tips to keep em in good working order. Thank you Perry and everyone at HOM-Excel.

On March 28th Hom-Excel, Inc.s representatives arrived to install new windows in my condo.They realized the window measurements taken by Hom-Excels salesman Herb were incorrect and the windows will have to be re-ordered.Despite my follow up emails and phone calls, no windows were ordered and no final installation date given. The written contract clearly states windows must be installed by April 12th.I filled formal complaint with the BBB.

First of all the windows failed inspection. They did come back and ultimately the windows passed. This shouldnt have happened with a window company. The day the windows were installed the installers noticed that the balance bars were incorrect and would need to be changed. They said they would alert the office and get new ones ordered and installed. That was on November 25th. I have been assured over and over again that the part was ordered and they would contact us. Not once have they contacted us. I have called over and over again and again, with no results. I have been assured over and over again that they were on top of the problem. It is now Feb. 28th. Still no word from them. Also we recommended our neighbors and that we were told that we would receive a referral fee of $100 dollars. Can you guess wether we have received the money. No. Use this company at your own risk.

These people call on the phone over and over again... would never use this service ... they call saying they are putting windows in at the condo building I live in... I dont live in a condo building...I have asked many times please stop calling... been going on for over a year and a half
