Tonight we went in to pick up 3 party trays we ordered ahead on Sunday for Tonight. They had no record of the order placed so of course nothing was made. Kelly and Martel, were amazing and made up the trays in a couple mins for us so we didn’t have to leave empty handed. Their customer service was beyond words. Thanks to both of them we will still have something to feed people at a going away party tomorrow for a fellow employee.

When we were about to leave, this worker named Joe, was very unprofessional and held us up at the line for more than 10 minutes, waiting for a code problem that it isnt our fault. Not only this, his tone was very aggressive and didnt even apologize even though he totally miss behaved. I dont think that you should leave such an inhospitable worker in an area where you deal with costumers. It totally ruined my day, not cool at all. I hope I never see him again...

This place gets busy. Better to go week days than weekends. Great prices but you have to be careful. I always end up spending more than I want. Store is usually clean and staff is very helpful The gas area is a disaster, hence the three stars. They really need to figure something out with this. Often times they have cars blocking the in and out exit because of the gas. Very frustrating for people trying to exit. Hopefully management will take a closer look at this.

Definitely go to Sams on a Thursday it was quiet and clean and it was well stocked very peaceful shopping experience!

David at membership services was an absolute delight. He was very thorough and professional.

Very satisfying experience as I walked in the door greeter treated me very respectfully and energetically even though it was about 20 minutes before closing time. And I walked straight to the customer service desk was able to resolve the situation in less than 2 minutes. Overall exceeded all expectations!

Sams club is awesome. Great prices, clean, well organized and their cashiers are very friendly and helpful. Always a great shopping experience.

Besides the traffic getting in and out I like the store. They dont make you feel like you are stealing like the New port richey store does. Clean. Workers were actually friendly and helpful. Thanks I miss that! Nothing like spending 500 on items and workers make you feel like your stealing something.

Diamonds! Diamond jewelry sold at Sams is simply the best!! I am not into diamond jewelry but my daughter in law loves them. I made this purchase just for my daughter in law. My budget went out the window because she is the greatest daughter in law in the entire world. I purchased a diamond necklace and earring set. I delivered it to her as soon as I was cleared to fly. Because I wanted to see the expression on her face. She loved the gift. Thank you Sams for helping me select a gift that will become an heirloom.

Typical large box store, great selection, great value, can be a challenge finding items if your arent a regular shopper. I am so I can usually find what I need. Deli is great too. Checkout using the Sams Scan and Go app makes checkout a snap.

Seems like its far less packed than Costco. There are also lots of hidden gems to find inside these stores. Id never been to Sams before, but I will definitely be going back. My only complaint was the extra wide shopping carts paired with narrow aisles.... Its a bit of an oversight.

Ive been shopping at that Sams club for almost 20 years however the integrity and the professionalism of the staff is noticeably degrading over the years to a very low standard.

Hi there fellow Sams Clubbers,Just wanted to send out some positive vibes about my experience at Clearwater Sams Club.As I was buzzing in to get some basic needs/wants, I found it so refreshing to see the sample people out, especially for Tami. She was offering samples of peanut butter filled pretzels. I dropped my key to my car and it fell into pieces. Not really a bad thing since I know how to put it back together again however, Tami immediately jumped into action and gave me an empty plastic sample container to put all the pieces of the key into.How very clever and considerate. We like shopping here better than Costco. The prices I feel like are better and they are more geared toward the younger families. I wish they rotated their stock a little more but we can usually find everything that we need shopping here.

Overall had a good experience with store being clean and the staff were friendly. The only negative was that the limes we bought ended up being moldy. Should have checked them better first.

The employees at this location were extremely friendly, helpful, and seemed happy to be of any assistance. This place is perfect for large families or people interested in stocking up their house in one stop. For the amounts you receive the prices are beyond fair. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to buy in bulk.

Most of the time can find what you want. At any time, the products you like are not carried in the club. This is what happened to Tropicana Apple juice in the club I shop at. I buy these for my husbands lunch. Now, he will have to find a different drink.

Hadnt been there in a couple of months. Seems like they have some new items. They used to have restaurant style bacon in a 10 lb box but havent had it in quite a long time. They do have great prices.

This place has gotten pretty bad with employees, if you ask for help they just ignore you. If you ask for a item they just simply tell you they are out of stock without even looking.

The tire department turned out to be very helpful and fast.

Drivers stay away from this Sams Club. The worst receiving staff out of all the Sams Club. They have no respect for drivers time. They are slow and not friendly. Almost 3 hrs to unload a full trailer. Some one in management needs to correct this issue.

I always enjoy shopping at Sams. The store location is close to home. Large selection of groceries, household goods etc. Todays visit was great, no lines, no waiting.

Love wandering around looking at all the things wed like to own. :) Good place to get some indoor walking exercise.

It was nice. I find all I need then I use scan and go. No waiting in line. We scan and we go. Also you can use it at the pump. Practically contactless shopping.

Went in to buy an advertised lap top and was told they were out of the one I asked for.I asked how long it would take to order one and was told they could not order,they were shipped to them and they never know what they are going to get or when.Pretty sorry.

It was my first time at this store. Not only were they kind they were considerate helpful and friendly all wrapped in one! :-) I do not live in the area but I would definitely be happy to call this store my home store if I did!!

Dont even bother going here for baby formula. Store is stocked with the ones people probably never really buy anyhow, meanwhile the one you need is sitting up high somewhere on a pallet. I know most parents, including myself, find comfort in knowing that they are buying arguably best brand of formula (similac, specific types of similac) but most the shelves are just stocked with one or maybe two different types and then a whole lot of members mark brand. Only employee I could find on the floor that I asked for help told me she didnt have a radio. Instead of wasting my time again (for the second time in a row), I think Id rather simply walk into publix and grab one right off the shelf as I did today.

Great club, some different items because of location.

So I went to Sams club this morning to specifically get eggs. When I got there they have plastic all around all their freezers. I asked an employee what was up & if I could get anything. She said emphatically No I said sadly that is just great she just snidely remarked yeah, great for us too. Ok, so I know this is probably hard on them, but seriously, no apologies for your inconvenience. Sorry we hope to have it up ..... Nothing. Cashier had pretty much same attitude. All my friends brag about Costco, but have stuck with Sams for years. But today I think I am going to give in & switch

Always expect this location to be somewhat crowded. Not a bad thing, just exercise more patience when visiting this store. The parking lot, gas, etc... always interesting how people near Clearwater drive.

Friendly and helpful staff place to go for good customer service

I like them. I particularly like the deliveries to my house and their rotisserie chicken and cooked bacon.

Beautiful new customer waiting area, and more efficient work stations for the staff. I was impressed. Dale was very helpful and friendly.

The sales rep at Sams club for AT&t totally 100% wide and misrepresented the service. The employees and manager at the AT&t store in Clearwater at countryside fixed and corrected everything they were wonderful but the representative at Sams club lied

I love Costco but Sams is the place to shop for smaller quantities and their sportswear and night clothes are high quality and low prices. Ive been trying out their app on my phone to do self checkout and its more work than I want to do. I wish they wouldnt phase out their cashiers. It seems like a good idea but if theres anything like you have two different orders or yourecharged for too many items, it doesnt always work out. I really dont want more work to do. That said, I highly recommend Sams Club.

Online order pick up was a breeze and I never even took my seat belt off. There werent any signs so I did drive around before finding the pick up spot. Whole experience was smooth. Will definitely be using again. Staff was really nice as well.

This club by far is the best Sam’s club I have ever been to. Everyone is so nice and so knowledgeable about the merchandise. They are extremely quick and efficient and they never make you feel like you’re a bother if you ask them questions. A+++++

As always got what I needed and got out.Gas station was a different story though lines of cars waiting for gas 2 pumps out of order and problems with card readers on some others I gave up waiting 20cents a gallon aint going to break me

The curbside pickup crew at the Clearwater location are amazing! They are an absolute joy to interact with.

Only went for Covid vaccine, didnt actually shop. The Pharmacy was very efficient at handling the vaccine.

Scan and go app is great, more stores should do that , faster and safer with covid, deducted a star because at the exit they touch your products - not very sanitary- to scan them to make sure you are not stealing them putting security before safety.

What was a friend I dont have my own Sams Club membership. It was nice to have a lot of stuff you have to buy a huge bulk very cheap for the most part you got to be careful some things a little bit of in the high side. Had a limited variety of meats very limited variety of salads data salad like crazy but not much more. Awesome variety of frozen foods. just have to food department didnt get to see the rest of the store looks really fabulous.

Associates are friendly and helpful, services from automotive, gas, liquor, optical, pharmacy,food, household goods, and far more all in a location that is easy access to where you want to go, whether you are arriving or leaving. Sitting in a prime location and nicely nesstled among other prime stores that make it all a shopping trip worth taking. Download the Sams Club app and it makes this even more awesome as you scan your items to your phone as you shop and completely avoid the lines at the registers. My first stop choice before anyplace else.

The freezer shelves were bare with limited selections of poultry, meats and some seafood. The rest of the shelves appeared well stocked. Overall it was not crowded so check out was quick. Its still lacking in cleanliness.

Theres a lot of things that you can buy at Sams club, theyre very cheap comparative to if you were to shop at a convenience store or a grocery store. I prefer buying my things there sometimes because I get them at such a great price and I get more the same things that I love.

So much fun stuff! I went for a good Mexican cheese and left 78 dollars later! Plus gas is always at least 10 cents cheaper than anywhere else!

I enjoy Sams Club shopping experience other than today my daughter and I experienced a lady without a mask walking into the store which endangered all lives. On top of that she bumped her cart into a gentleman in front of her in a rush then got very loud with him and turned back and cursed at everyone behind her. It made us a little bit nervous.never have I dealt with anything like that is Sams Club before.
