The staff at Felten Video are professional and service-oriented, but beyond that, you can tell they really want to help you accomplish what you want to do with your old videos.I called them based on the good reviews I saw, ignoring reviews from a couple people who didnt appear to have actually done business with them. I have worked with Fred on several photo montage videos set to music, most recently on one for my sons wedding. Fred is very professional, creative , and patient. Im kind of a perfectionist, and Fred provided custom work on our video. Hes a master craftsman. And reasonably priced. The video was ready in a couple days, and it was perfect ! His wife, Christina , did a beautiful job on the label for the DVD disc. They are both so friendly -- I feel like theyve become a part of the family . Total turnaround time for the job (20 VHS and Max8 Tapes, and 8 Audio Tapes) was 2 weeks. The work was exemplary. The price was less than half what I would have paid at Legacy Box. I had so many movies on VHS of my children that we had never watched as those VHS players are hard to find. I called Felten Video, they came to my office, picked them all up took them to their home/studio and transferred them to DVD. Now when the children are home and we want to show them old videos we are able to share them. Highly recommend!

Fred was extremely professional and easy to work with. He helped with song selections and choosing pictures for my daughter’s surprise wedding slideshow. The DVD was ready within 2 weeks. I am SO glad I decided to go with Felton Video, instead of Legacy Box, or any others in this field! His response time was incredible! I dropped off a bunch of very old tapes, and slides, and he transferred them all without a problem. The videos all had the sound that originally came with them (unlike other places that dont always convert the sound over....that part had me worried!).Mr. Felton had me choose several songs to have played during the slides. This was all very important to me, not just for obvious reasons, but because this was for my parents 60th wedding anniversary. My parents were soooo surprised and said it was the best gift they couldve ever gotten! (it was a compilation from their honeymoon, wedding, and us kids growing up).The price he charged for doing this was extremely reasonable, although to me and my parents, it was priceless. Especially since my dad passed away unexpectedly 2 months later. Not only did my dad get to enjoy them, but the rest of us have them to watch again, when were ready.And finally, I have to say that Mr. Felton was always very nice and friendly to us! We had a number of phone conversations, and emails back and forth, to make sure things were done how I wanted them, and he was always really pleasant with us.So, thank you Mr. Felton, for the work you do, your professionalism, and your kindness.
