DO NOT USE TAXI 136! This is Rays car service/United Taxi. The first few rides I had with this service was fine, which is why I kept using it and I like to support small business. He was showing up on time, was really courteous, but last night everything changed. He showed up 30 mins late with a new driver in the car. Ok, different, but no big deal...until I got in. They both smelled horrible! About 5 minutes into the ride, I asked to get out. I couldnt take it anymore! Thats when I noticed I was LOCKED IN!! I told them to let me out immediately or I was calling the police! Ive never been so scared in my life. They were both acting really shady. The trainee was having an argument on the phone, Ray was acting like he didnt know which way to go. It was just all really weird. God only knows what wouldve happened to me if I didnt get out. Please be aware of who you have coming to your house!! Never again!

Dont call these unprofessional excuses for drivers. They never give an ETA. God forbid you cancel within 2 minutes. They still come to your door looking for confrontation. Use share rides like Lyft or Uber. Forego this sorry service.

DO NOT BOOK THIS SERVICE. I wish I could give 0 stars. Booked a ride to the airport 2 days in advance. Called the next day to confirm. They said yes. Called an hour before to confirm. They said yes. 30 minutes before my ride was supposed to arrive I looked at the GPS tracker to see where the taxi was. Ride was cancelled and no one called to tell me. When I called them, the man I spoke with was INCREDIBLY RUDE. I asked if they were still coming and he said “no” and slammed the phone and hung up on me. Ended up scrambling last minute to find a ride to the airport.

Driver provided a good service, sadly the company only had ONE driver for all the customers at that time... Very inefficient since that fay everyone was traveling with their families for Summer vacations.

The driver of this vehicle almost hit a customer while driving at the east bay drive parking lot. Then had the nerve to shake his head as if the pedestrian was in the wrong.

These people are incredibly rude. We called to see how long it would take to get a ride to a certain place. Timing was important to us at the time because we had people waiting for us for a half hour. We politely asked if we could cancel since the timing was a lot longer than we were looking for. The lady we spoke to was very rude and just hung up. We decided to call back and requested a manager to speak to so we could report the problem of the lady being rude and explained everything that happened. The manager was also extremely rude and also hung up on us.

Needed a ride to PIE airport, so timeliness was important to us. Called the day before to ensure plenty of heads up, the cab showed up over half an hour late with no apologies like that was standard practice. From looking at other reviews it looks like it is.

One of the drivers called and asked how long I had been waiting and he was going to pick me up within 10 minutes well 20 minutes went by and he never picked me up so I had to call and they said he had taken another ride but they did get another driver to pick me up within 10 minutes but I did wait almost an hour

Requested a van online, got a confirmation, no van there to pick us up from airport. When I call the company they stated they do not use the online reservations (yet still on their website) and the dispatcher hung up on me when I told him I still needed a van from the airport, we had been waiting 30 minutes.....he hung up on me! We we finally got a van the driver was friendly and told us she would put us down and she would pick us up at 4am on Friday for our return home....she never showed up! When I called the dispatcher he said that was between me and the driver then hung up on me! We fly into the St. Pete/Clearwater airport a couple times a year and will NEVER us them again! We almost missed our flight home that morning, it is not easy to find a taxi at 430am!

Getting a taxi to go somewhere no problem. Very little wait time. Getting home usually brings about an hour wait time??

Horrible, do not use! I flew in to PIE and used United Cab, the driver told me he did not have a credit/debit card machine and I had to pay cash. This was after I was halfway into the drive to my hotel. He never punched in the address to my hotel into the cars system, but instead used his cell phone. I believe he pocked the cash. I was horrified. I called several times to speak to dispatch and management only to get NO call back. Four messages I left. I was also charge quite a bit more than the regular rate. DO NOT USE these folks, they will rip you off and not return your call.

I called for someone else that needed a taxi. Half an hour later the taxi sure calls the phone yelling about how he had been by the address 3 times and that no one was there. I was polite and explain next that the lady had been waiting outside the entire time from when I first called. He shouted at me and called me a liar. I called a different taxi company for the lady. 5 minutes later the guy from 777 taxi finally shows up and has the nerve to look at me like I was in the wrong. I do not recommend this company if their drivers are like this.

They, United Cab, as medical transportation is THE WORST! They consistently make me either late or do not show up at all for my medical appointments. They are not taking their service seriously and deserve to be eliminated as a provider for medical transportation!

This place is absolutely ridiculous we politely asked for a ride ended up being too late so we called to cancel politely and got hung up on. We called back to speak to a manager about the situation and he was very rude and ended up hanging up as well I do not recommend this taxi service whatsoever. This is absolutely horrible.

Pretty disappointed that I needed a ride to get my nails done for the first time in a year and the wait was 2 hours long. They said it was due to spring break, but thats not an excuse. spring break happens every single year so they should have staffed up. Plus I cant imagine 20 something year old spring breakers calling a taxi over an Uber or a Lyft. Either way it was pretty disappointing and I had to cancel my nail appointment.

Called for my 75 yr old husband who locked his keys in his vehicle. He was needing a ride home to retrieve another set of keys and then then a ride back to his vehicle . I was promised a cab was 5 minutes away . My husband stood outside in 80 plus degrees weather for 45 minutes. He called me a 2nd time asking me again to call the cab company for a ETA. I did and the cab finally reached him several minutes later!My husband was exhausted from the long wait in the hot 🥵 FLorida heat. Next time we need a ride we will call anyone but white cab.

Surprised by the negative reviews. Had called another cab company to take us to Tampa intl and they were booked. Called these guys, the automated system was frustrating but I had eventually connected with a person. Next day cab (newer Ford Taurus) arrived 5 minutes before requested time and took us to the airport ok. Would work with these guys again in the future.

One of this companies drivers fired a rock at my car using a sling shot on Gulfport blvd & 49th street south on 3/19 @ about 5pm. Luckily we got a photo of the cab & driver and have provided the information to the local police.

Called a taxi for one of our patients to be picked up at 12:00. Dispatch said they cant book in advance and hung on on me. We called back at 11:30 to book for 12 and dispatch said it would be 45 min. Service needs alot of attention when comes to servicing the elderly patients on dyalsis.

I am handicapped, I have only one leg and use crutches. I went to my first stop to cash a check, no problem so far. We leave and I explain to the driver im going to Clearwater Beach. No your not, Im not driving over the bridge Im too scared to drive over the bridge.She pulled over and left me stranded in downtown Clearwater.Didnt offer to call another cab for me or anything just left me stranded with my crutches.I also noticed that she had 5 prescription bottles of pills on the console between the driver and passenger seats, it was a minivan. This woman clearly should not be behind the wheel of a vehicle.Horrible horrible company.

Car died in middle of traffic at night. Membership had lapsed. Renewed instantly but was told I couldnt use for 72hrs(even though they immediately removed the funds from my account) but that for a flat rate of $50 they would tow me but only the minimal mile allowance (even though I just purchased the plus package) then I can pay $6 for every mile over. I was appalled! Of course Im going to pay whatever, Im stranded and my car is in the middle of traffic!! Thanks for capitalizing on my misfortune and highly stressful situation. Then the icing on the cake was no one informed me that I needed to make arrangements to get home because I was no longer allowed to travel with my car. Great! Not only am I turning my car and laptop and any other valuables I have in my car over to this complete stranger who at this point has spoke less than 3 words to me but Im incurring more stress trying to figure out how Im getting home. Btw I called a taxi at 777-7777 and waited 20 minutes at walgreens. When I called to ask how much longer the irritated dispatcher informed me that noone has accepted the fare so Im literally sitting on a concrete curb waiting for.....no one. No common courtesy to call me back to inform me of this. Just leave me sitting there. Seriously deficient customer service to say the least. I walked 3 miles home!!!!!!!! Was told 20 minutes, 45 minutes later called to find out eta and was told the person in the vehicle changed their destination. Was going to be another 20 minutes, called back after 30 minutes and was told they already picked up their passenger. LOL... couple still waiting. They saved the day after a competitor pulled a no-show and no-call after booking 3 days in advance. I was in a panic when I called United, but a driver showed up in about 10 minutes and I was only about 15 minutes late for my scheduled medical procedure.Their price was basically the same as the competitor and the driver was friendly and a fairly good driver. Good experience.

Dispatcher cussing me out for asking for a ride. Asked for supervisor, got hung up on. Called back Clearwater office got hung up again. My mother was sick. Needed a ride. Rode plenty t times over tipped your poor azz drivers. Will not be abused by your dispatcher..black male felt the need to just voice his self. Cool. Asked for a supervisor who hung up too. 1 hour wait on a Friday night. Unacceptable.

I got off a cruise ship and a United Cab was in queue in the taxi line. We were going to Ybor City which is a mile and a half away to get our car and after we got in the driver said it was a minimum $15 fare(their website shows approx. $7 fare). When we arrived in Ybor City I swiped my credit card and after a minute the driver said my card did not go through and he needed cash so I paid him in cash and off he went. Three days later there is a $17.30 charge on my credit card from United Taxi. I have tried numerous times to get someone to contact me from United Taxi both email and phone and no response. This is a rip-off taxi company.....AVOID!

Worst experience I have ever had. My mother and 2 younger siblings were DENIED a taxi ride. The man driving had a very large attitude to match his even larger weight and looked like he had not slept in weeks. There are several different taxi options that have far better service and are far friendlier within Florida. 0/10.

My cousin, who is in her 70s and has serious health problems, was driven to her surgical appointment yesterday by a driver who didnt wear a mask--and joked about it! We will NEVER use this company again! Shame on you!

A terrible experience with a very rude driver who arrived 5 minutes early. I went down immediately as he called and complained that I was late ???! He also kept saying I was not on time for the duration of the ride in a pretty aggressive manner...unbelievable. Last time I used the same company, I called them and I waited 45 minutes instead of the promised/expected 15 minutes and missed one important appointment...Is this customer service? Why would I call a cab service that has drivers riding around in empty cars instigating other drivers by purposely driving below the speed limit and blocking them when they try to pass?

Ive been using this company for awhile now spending a lot of money with them and it cost me money to take money off at the ATM first of all the person I called for a cab was rude interrupted me didnt even let me finish telling him where I was going hangs up on me then I wait longer than it would have took me to walk the whole reason is to try to get a better price than Uber but being told by the drivers that Im not allowed to use my card and I have to stop at an ATM adding more time and fees because they dont get money when it goes on their card due to the virus they owe money off their card whatever I understand but most of them arent even that professional it says right on the window they take cards I always leave a tip an a cash tip at that but I dont carry money on me depends on the driver Ive had some good ones and okay ones but I should be told that no cards will be accepted before I even booked a ride

416 driver Chris is absolutely the best driver ever. He is always polite punctual and is on time for pick ups and drop offs. I definitely highly recommend him to everyone. Wish I could rate him alot more than 5 stars.

I requested a taxi online. The taxi driver was on time, courteous, & very professional. He called me before picking me up to verify the exact location of where I lived. I told him my drop off location and he asked what route I would normally take to get there. I told him the exact route and he drove the exact route that I had told him. I arrived at my drop off location on time. I would recommend this taxi services to others.

My driver Michael was on time but he was so rude. He sighed the entire drive (about 15 minutes), didnt speak unless he had to, crossed his arms at stop lights and his tone was very sharp. When I got out of the cab I told him that I hope he has a better day.

Ive been using their services for a few years. I always request non smoking and Ive never had to wait more than 30 minutes if that. The tracker for the cab they send you is a big help knowing how close they are. I trust them, I have used them from the airport, hospitals etc. Thanks.

I have always had a good experience with this company, and believe it or not its cheaper SOMETIMES then Uber or Lyft... Depends on the distance.... Like a 1.1 miles was 7.86 as to where Uber and Lyft are at a flat rate of 10.60 to 11.46 for the same distance. And the drivers are nice as well.

I was waiting for my wife to pick me up during a rain storm, in front of Menorah Manor in St. Pete today when this driver pulled up in front of the entrance and sat there waiting for someone to come out. I asked him to move from the front as my wife had just pulled up. At first he ignored me and then he rolled his window down just enough to say” A little rain won’t hurt you” then he rolled it back up. I was holding a cane because of my bad ankle, but it apparently made no difference to this guy. So , yes I had to go in the pouring rain to my car. The driver did not care at all. He just had to backup for a minute to allow my wife to pull up under the cover to pick me up. But he wouldn’t budge. Terrible customer service. The company left a deaf patient outside of the Morton Plant Ptak building with no response back after he texted the driver back 1 minute later and multiple times after. When I assisted the patient and called driver back he said, “I’m across town and I’m not coming back. It’s not my problem now. Call the company.” So I Called the company back and explained what had happened and they said they would call dispatch to get someone to pick up patient. I called to check if patient had received a ride and they said they had no record of the person/pickup....

They used to be good, but in the last 4 months they have gone downhill hill fast. In the last month alone I would order a taxi a hour and half before I had to be at work. I was still late for work the past 3 times. When I called after a hour to find out what was the holdup they said they had Medicaid calls to do and that I needed to order a hour ahead and it would be another 20 min before they got to me. I said I ordered it a hour and half ahead. They have lost a 5 day a week customer as of now. I will be switching to uber
