I bought a new Baby Lock Jubilant machine as a second machine here in Florida. Allen was fantastic at instructing me on all the ins and outs of the machine. The fabric selection is top notch and the staff are friendly and helpful. Great quilting shop!

I have visited the new Clearwater location that just opened in Oct. 2020. I have been very impressed with the staff and the fabrics. I am looking at the Bernette b79, and have gone in to ask questions a couple of times, because I need to be certain before making an expensive hobby purchase. They have been extremely patient with me. They work on commission; I know this because I asked because I used to work in sales and understand that that is important. I am very grateful and will be purchasing from them... Family will be getting this for me for Christmas. Im so excited and Christmas cannot get here soon enough. Hee, hee. ..or should I say Ho, Ho, Ho. -

This store is first class, the staff is knowledgeable and they carry top of the line machines with so many different classes to take. In the classes you not only learn but it gets your creative juices flowing talking and laughing with everyone else in the class. Sewing at home can be quiet this is fun and different they carry beautiful fabrics too!!

This is a new great store for sewers!! It has beautiful material. A great knowledgeable staff. They offer a wide range of classes. I took their class on free motion quilting. The teacher was very knowledgeable, class only had seven students and all were given special attention. I would really recommended that you check it out!!

First visit made me a customer for life! The staff was was so helpful even wrote down the information I needed for a brand that they dont even carry. They both had knowledge of the community resources to tap into to find my brands machine part. All of this with a smile 5 mins til they closed.... They Kept Me for Life!!! We are newbies to sewing. We had a needle break and then the threader level got stuck (hopefully that is what it is called). Unfortunately, it would not thread anymore. We took it into the store and the owner was AMAZING! Not only did he fix the problem (we bent the mechanism), but he actually showed us the correct way to use our machine. We are very thankful and plan on going back really soon!!

I cannot believe how everyone at the Largo store is not only knowledgeable and friendly, but often patient with me. The classes are A1 and there arent enough words to express how thankful I am to have KMIS practically at my door. Miss them all and cant wait until the store reopens.

Keep Me In Stitches is the best! I went to the grand opening and had such an incredible time. The staff is knowledgeable and so helpful. Anytime I go in I end up staying for hours and playing with all of the machines. They offer a wide variety regardless of skill level. I can not wait to visit again soon!

I brought my Viking 1 in for repair, having been advised this store fixes all makes and models. After having my machine for 9 business days I called to see how my repair was progressing and was informed they were behind and would get back to me today, 11/14/2016, about it. 2 hours later I was called and told my machine could not be fixed by keep me in stitches. I was told it has electronic issues and could only be repaired by a Viking dealer. They also said they could not obtain Viking parts to do the repair. When I asked what they meant by electronic issues, could they be more specific , they just kept repeating it has electronic issues. If they could decided it needed a Viking dealer to fix it, they should have been able to tell me specifically what was wrong with my machine. If they had tried to repair my machine, they would,know what was wrong with it. I think they never looked at my machine and made up the electronic isssue. If you have an older machine, dont take it here, its a waste of time. They do not fix electronic machines, because if they did, mine would have been repaired. If they fix electronic machines they would have been able to specify what was wrong with mine that they could not fix.

This is an excellent place to buy a Baby Lock or Bernina sewing machine or serger. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They offer classes including quilting and garments.

Loved taking classes here. Staff was extremely helpful. Would take more 3 day classes when available from Missy Billingsley. She is my favorite teacher when she comes down from Pensacola.
