I was very excited to finally take a polygraph and prove my honesty. I chose this place because of the mostly positive reviews, but I quickly learned that I had been fooled and mistaken. When I went in I had already felt judged and like a decision had already been made that I was “lying” before I even took the polygraph. The man who did the polygraph testing for us went over the questions with both me and my boyfriend and then when my boyfriend was asked to leave the room, the man didn’t even ask the correct questions that we asked him to. He asked the questions he wanted to ask (didn’t answer anything in specific). Then, the worst part is that the actual polygraph testing only lasted about 10 minutes and it should last much longer than that. When we got the results that I was “lying” my boyfriend called Jessica to ask a couple questions and she was nothing but rude and unprofessional (smart comments and even cursed a few times). We were totally thrown off by this so we decided to take matters into our own hands and I have now proven to my boyfriend that I was being truthful the whole time. I am very disappointed and frustrated that we spent $400 for a false polygraph. Don’t listen to the reviews on here as they all say the same thing as if they’re fake or programmed because all they talk about is Jessica instead of their personal experiences like a review should be. Also, the reviews are so spaced apart, there was even a point to where they didn’t get a review for 2 whole years. My personal opinion is to not use this business and to really dig deep into research before taking a polygraph in general.

Jessica is very professional, courteous, and will always try to please her customers. She is very knowledgeable with polygraphs and will go above and beyond to satisfy the people she deals with.
