Its kind of hard to get in this place hey 19 so busy but worth it. I think they are a little high price wise maybe Im wrong however I really Ike how Elizabrth does my nails. Shes a very nice lady also. She makes my acrylic thin and I like that. Clean and nice. The manager doesnt seem so friendly actually the vibe I got from her wasnt cool. I dont quite understand dirty looks as I smiled at her. I know business has been slow maybe she was aggravated I didnt choose her. I ignored her and my visit was great.

They are always accommodating and try to get you in as soon as possible. They are friendly and competent and do great work. If there is any problems, they will try to fix or repair promptly. I go to Lilly but all staff are great!

Elizabeth was fantastic! Loved my dipped nails and the fact that they had the Exact same toe color in Regular nail polish. Elizabeth was super friendly and included my 6 year old daughter with grace. Really nice experience. Price was good. I will be going back!

Lynn is the best, she always gets me in when I call. She does excellent work and I always have people asking me where I get my nails done. Highly recommend her.

Updated review: while Le did an excellent job, the nail polish and supplies are not good quality and the polish on my manicure didnt even last a day. pedicure polish cloudy after one week. Even though I was treated like a Queen, I definitely will return but will have to supply my own polish. They definitely try to upsell their specialty finishes. Le did a great job on my manicure and pedicure. He is really good and enjoys his job, he has been doing this for many years. Lynn the manager explained their loyalty program and how I can save on my next visit. I highly recommend Tips and toes but be careful if you use their regular supplies.

Excellent experience and will be returning. Ben was perfect combo of professional and friendly. In my 68 years I’ve had plenty of pedis and this was best- my legs and feet still feel relaxed and loose almost 2 hrs later. Skilled massage with some reflexology techniques.On top of that, while I never felt rushed and my service was complete , it was quick! My pet peeve is spending hours at salons, my anxiety builds and I end up leaving with wet polish. This place is great I highly recommend it!

I LOVE this place and HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT! They run specials and do such a GREAT job of cleaning my feet and making me AND my feet pretty!!

I have been going to Tips and Toes for years and I have always received excellent service. The staff are so friendly and spoil me, like they do everyone. The shop is spotless, atmosphere relaxing. It is my happy go to place to spoil myself every few weeks. I highly recommend women and men both to go there and get pampered, you will keep going back😊

I wasnt sure what except when I saw the sign but I found the staff delightful! Everyone was professional and so very sweet. The time my specialist took with me was amazing and I definitely enjoyed every moment with her. At no point did I feel like she was rushing me along. Amazing, Awesome, Spectacular! I actually found them through Groupon they honored the price and the special groupon was offering and just because i was paying less they did not make me feel any less! They treated me with utmost care . It was my first time going and i had the best experience with Lee. PAMPERED! My nails came out elegant the took their time unrushed and made sure it was flawless. They fit three of us in and let us all use the voucher even through One Buyer it was super generous and took care of us all right away. They are all so very kind and dont make you feel like they are talking poorly of you like most of those run around Mill nail spas! The leg massages were to die for ! I love coming here... always such a great experience! Everyone is so nice and they really go the extra mile to make sure youre completely happy with your nails. Nothing is more relaxing than sitting in the massage chairs with my glass of wine for one amazing pedicure (Heaven Mint is my favorite 😉). Also, the seaweed gel is especially awesome.. I love how much healthier its made my natural nails, theyre now longer and stronger then ever. Extremely talented ladies... Ive had some really amazing hand designs done here. Would never even consider going elsewhere EVER!!

Came in to treat myself for my birthday with a fill and eye brow waxing. Everyone was very nice and quick to greet me and get me seated. My only complaint is, it took almost 3 hours for this and my nails didnt turn out exactly how I asked. Great service, just not the best detail work:(

I am so impressed with how good of a job she did because honestly Every place in Palm Harbor/Tarpon Springs and the Clearwater Area that I have gone to is overpriced and they are horrible, they do minimal service, and for what you pay I will never be back to one of those places.I highly recommend Elizabeth, she has a great personality and the quality is 100% I will be back, and I have already told my friends and fam about her. The girl that did my nails is Liz and she’s awesome she takes extra time to make sure your nails are great. A great person to talk to! The place is really clean and has extra precautions for the virus with plexiglass shields, gloves, masks, and face shields. Relaxing atmosphere!

I had a pedicure by Elizabeth over a month ago. She started yelling and screaming at me because I wanted my nails short. She threw an instrument on the floor and then used it on me. I complained to management and they gave me $10. off my pedicure. Last week I go to Lily for a pedicure and she cuts me in 3 different places and makes me bleed and says nothing. I said Im bleeding and Lily says that is because I wanted my nails short. Ive been getting pedicures for 28 years. Ive always have them short and no one has made me bleed. My toes were very painful for 5 days.

I found Tips and Toes Nail Spa through Groupon. The salon is clean and everyone that works there is very nice. I called for an appointment and was told I could come right in. I received a Transformation pedicure from Elizabeth. It was so relaxing. The hot stone leg massage was heavenly. I waited in the massage chair for my toes to dry while watching TV. I will definitely come back to Tips and Toes.

Best pedicure I ever had, and manicure was okay too. What I didnt like, at the end when I went to pay, they asked for an additional $5 for a coved-19 safety kit; what safety kit? They have masks there that they require you to wear but they charge you for them. I know its only $5 but it was an unpleasant surprise at the end. Lost my business forever.

I went here last week to get tips with gel dip powder. They did a great job, I tried cutting them a little shorter and cut the tip off. Came back so they could fix it and they did it free of charge. Ill be going back for sure!

Best pedicure I’ve had so far

I tried this place out based on the reviews and I have been coming for a few months now. It is a little bit of a hole-in-the-wall salon but I am so picky about my nails (acrylic w/ gel) and at this point i think Ive had every nail tech and ive never been disappointed! They do a great job always and Id recommend to a friend.

Came for a mommy/ daughter mani -pedi. Peaceful and calm setting. Very mindful of covid 19 safety. Sweet staff. Fabulous service and value. I recommend them highly. Not one negative thing to say.

Ive gone to Tip and Toes, 3 times, in the past 5 months. Natalie has been my tech. Each occasion has exceeded my expectations. The shops atmosphere is very clean and serene. Everyone is pleasant, professional and friendly. The prices are reasonable enough compared to others. Natalies work is exceptional, as Im sure the other techs, is as well. Chk them out, if youre looking for quality!

Im so happy I found this place! My daughter and I went for two mani-pedis before a wedding and our two nail technicians were meticulous and professional. Its extremely clean and comfortable. They offer you water, soda or a glass of wine. I was very relaxed and will definitely return soon! Prices are very reasonable.

The gentleman who did my pedicure was great! The atmosphere was simply not relaxing on the day I went. The movie they had playing was not suitable for everyone present. And as much as I love kids, when I go to the salon I want to relax and it was difficult due to an associates youngster who was hanging out at the salon and simply not having a good day.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! THEY WILL CALL AND HARASS YOU! Well at first I thought this was going to be my new regular salon. HOWEVER, they REFUSED to honor my Groupon voucher that I bought right before booking my appointment. They refused to accommodate the situation in anyway. The manager and staff were rude, inconsiderate, and then called my phone over 3 times after leaving to harass me as to why I left.

They do a great job. The nails come out lovely and they are so careful with your hands and nails.
