Not happy with my nails or toes the last few times… bubbles in my nails, none are the same shade, the ends are over polished if that’s a thing and my feet feel like sandpaper. I will never come back.

It was my daughter and I’s first time at this nail salon. The lady I had had very poor customer service. While she do my pedicure she also did her cleaning side work. I asked when do you close, she say 6 pm. The time was 5 pm. She put some lotion on me and left to do her cleaning and come back with hot towels and hot stones. She used hot towel to wipe the lotion off my legs, but didn’t use the hot stone on me. She started to paint my nails and the color wasn’t smooth. She had an attitude and said “oh you don’t like the color “ she wiped it off and told me to pick up different color. Come to finish pedicure. They were supposed to do my manicure, but she just filed it and was going to color with no manicure, so I told her never mind. We paid and walk out to find out that they cut my daughter’s pinkie . They never informed me while I was there. My daughter was so scared she threw up in her mask and didn’t want to come back. When I called, the one who answered the phone didn’t know anything about it. But the person who cashed me out was the one who cut my daughters pinkie and he said absolutely nothing. She didn’t believe me and told me to go back to prove that they cut my daughters pinkie. So, I sent a picture to her. She apologized and was only willing to give $30 back. But this is too late the damage is already done. All I wanted was for them to tell me when my daughter got hurt so I could comfort her when she was scared. But instead, they tried to cover it up.

Took my husband for pedicure. He has Alzheimers and Oannie was very gentle and sweet with him. She did a great job!

Worst nail place EVER! Told I’d be charged $40 but ended up paying extra for a HORRIBLE service.As a nail tech who actually went to school, I know how to do nails and I had to tell the nail lady how to do HER job I paid her for. She did NOT prep my nails how is REQUIRED by state board. I had to literally ask for my cuticles to be pushed down, cut and my nails be prepped the correct way. WE ARE PAYING FOR THIS SERVICE I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO TELL YOU HOW TO DO YOUR JOB!!! My nails were lifting after just 1 day of having them and were completely off by 1 week. The ombré looks hideous, not even blended correctly. And the shape isn’t even square which is what I asked for, it’s rounded. Best believe they will definitely be getting reported to the state board!

On 4/21 was my first visit to this business. It was okay.... except I ordered a $25 pedicure & a $40 full set pink and white.All good until I got ready to pay the man the runs the place on Saturday nights and at the end. He they told me my pedicure was $37 instead of the $25 I was quoted. He said the difference was gel polish! So I was not happy. I asked the pedicure lady Hanna twice BEFORE she started on my toes and she said yes, I am doing the $25 pedicure correct. . I was not happy!Other than that they did a good job on my nails & toes....but I still dont like the bait and switch pricing. Not sure I will ever go back. Theres another nice nail salon besides this one also located inside Countrside Mall.

After asking for French multiple times she painted my whole nail white and then screamed at me at end when I told her I wanted French she asked why I didn’t stop her. When I sat down she said pick color and I said oh I only want french. I said French multiple times. She ended up convincing me to do gel because it supposedly last longer well it hasn’t even been two weeks and one of my nails popped off. I’ve never had this happen before!! Didn’t even last two weeks. Oh also she didn’t bother to clean my nail polish under my nails so since they’re French you can see my red nail polish underneath that she never bothered to do because I guess she assumed she was painting my whole nail white. Tipped 12 dollars never will I return. Paid over 55 for just my hands for it to last a week. Never again

I personally dont like writing bad reviews, but my experience with this nail salon was not good. First, I went without appointment and told them that I could wait if it was full, they told they were available and proceeded to sit me down. I wanted nail acrylic light pink, and she decided to do gel, which she didnt told me. The way she made the acrylic was super fast (max. 15 mins) and extremely painful and even did a bad job, since my gel nail polish is already peeling. Place is okay, but dont chose Le Anne, unless you want your hands hurtful for hours. And btw, they charge me extra, even though I told them, I never ask for gel nail, but whatever. I dont think ill be visiting again.

Ask for Susan she is the best she always does my eyebrows perfectly exactly how I want them done . They are very clean and friendly.. also from eavesdropping they give wine or water while you sit and get your nails or feet done

Hit & miss with this place. Once I will go in and walk out with a beautiful mani pedi. The next time its pealing within a week or the nails are not fully covered. I believe they are told to move quickly but that doesnt give the best end result. I am paying $75 for the time and the product. I get shorted on one or the other every time. Just an FYI, dont go when the older Asian man is there. He gives off a tense vibe and the whole place feels uptight and on edge.

Nails lasted a week and then came off by themselves. The young guy who did my feet did his thing.

I have always had a great experience, all the ladies take their time and work hard to satisfy customers. I drive an extra 30 minutes to get mani and pedis because they’re very clean and you don’t have to worry about getting a fungal infection. Mindy is the best!! They’re a little pricey but totally worth it!

They are the absolute best when it comes to gel pedicures. Never have to call for an appointment, they fit me right in. They are super clean, have tons of different pedicure options and provide a relaxing experience. The lavender pedicure is amazing. They spend a lot of time of rubbing your legs and feet which is my favorite part. It’s expensive but worth it to me!

I went to get my nails done today at this nail salon and they messed me up completely she was rushing on my nails cause she wanted to try to squeeze in this lady after me before they close she was extremely rude and did the complete opposite of what I asked for I even showed her a picture not only she was not gentle at all she was hurting my finger nails really bad that I started to bleed. I will never go there again not only when she told me to wash my hands she sat the girl right in my chair that I was in with belongings still there not professional at all!!!!!

Honestly, this place is hit or miss. I have had some of my best and worst nails here it honestly just depends on who does them. I’ve had people hurt me I’ve had people be extremely gentle. I’ve had people who listen to what I want and people who don’t. They have really great pedicures I’ve pretty much had a good pedi experience every time. Tina and Amy always do a good job. When getting acrylics or a fill I’d say going to Cali pro nail on the other side of the mall is better, this place is the perfect place for pedicures though.

The prices are reasonable. The atmosphere is relaxing. The massaging chairs are amazing. The pedicure chairs and instruments are clean and sterile. I cant understand anything the technicians are saying, but they are kind and respectful. Hana took great care of me. I will definitely be back !

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I’ve been coming here for 3 years now and getting acrylics. Spending 50-60 dollars each time. Last time I spent $100! Today after getting my nails done my nails have NEVER looked this awful in my entire life. When I asked them if they could’ve filled them before applying the polish as u can see RIGHT THROUGH THEM. they tell me “we fix next time” I said well that’s too bad I’m never coming here again

Very rushed, I’ve been growing out my natural nails for months now and only getting gel on top. They have never chipped or broken. She did such thin coats that my nails are breaking off one by one. Never going here again.

They do a fantastic job on my gel powder nails. Its a relaxing and fun experience. My lashes look great too.

My experience at this nail salon was very pleasant! I had passed by it too many times to count before actually deciding to give it a try. Most places have a very limited color selection for their gel nails. If they even have them at all. Not the case here! I didnt even know what color to pick after being offered at least 30 colors to choose from! The nail technician did a great job! My nails ended up looking GREAT! Needless, to say this place will always set the standard for my future nail visits. It didnt hurt that they had a Marilyn Monroe statue hanging out in the lounge area! The couch was very comfortable, and there were plenty of ladies available to assist everyone! If this place was a little closer to home, Id probably go more often, but for now its worth the effort.

I had gone several times and had Lily for a manicure/pedicure. She did a great massage and my clear polish from manicure lasted days. Lily left and I tried a new girl. I emphasized the desire for a vigorous massage with pedicure. Translating was difficult. I would have given the service a 1-2 rating immediately following. I am on the 3rd day and my fingers still sting from cuticle removal. The clear polish peeled off the next day. I thought I was going to need antibiotics for my big toe that was red and throbbing along the side of my nail. Ive done salt soaks and topical antibiotic cream with resolve.Never going back!

Pay attention to the customer in your chair. I was cut 3 times during a fill. The end result did not look like they were done by a professional. I will never stray from my regular nail place for my convenience again.

Mindy is phenomenal. Atmosphere is relaxing. Great music. Mindy was attentive to all my flaws on my feet and hands. Usually, when I get a pedicure, it hurts when they trim my toenails. I never hurt and it was sooo relaxing. She used instruments never used before. I was very impressed. My toenails and fingernails look great and my lowers legs and feet and arms and hands feel great!! Thanks mindy! I’ll be back.

I have nothing but wonderful experiences at this facility. Ive gone to so many different places and I love the consistency and quality of care that I receive each and every time that I come in. I have now made this the only nail facility that I go to. Ive not found the women or men to be rude- shy yes, but never rude. If I want to talk theyre very friendly- if Im tired and want to relax they always respect that. I will say that Ive had better work done by some versus others and try to stay with the same techs. I love this business and now go here every few weeks to get a fill and a pedicure- I find it a great way to relax!!

I love this salon and have been going for years. Occasionally try other salons closer to my home and always go back here for the fact that the nail techs do a better job. I have Sueann do my nails usually. All are very professional and experienced. Also, like that the salon is always clean!

Terrible service, the company is a scam stealing people’s hard earned money. Staff extremely rude, speaks in foreign language about customers while they are performing service, then have the audacity to laugh and belittle when you question them. Tammy, but we all know that’s not her real name, had no experience and or training, just letting anyone with a pulse perform service and scam people. Took my daughter 45 min to fix her mess ups when we got home.

They are polite and letting me sit in silence was appreciated. I really dont like to be forced into conversing. My pedicure looks good and feels great. The hot stone massage felt good 😊

Le Ann worked on my nails and did a wonderful job on a full set, but other wise my friends nail tech, left in the middle of doing her nails and one of them was very slanted so le Ann had to step in and finish.

Took my daughter brii boyer to get both our nails done,only thing got right was my length,wanted gel pink and white with white tips,I dont do polish because with working all the time it comes off,they used clear tips and painted white on. Bill came to 75 and I even left a good tip. Never going there again

I have been seeing Hana for over 10 years for my pedicures. While they have a lot of great staff here, she is by far the best nail technician for pedicures. She always treats you like her best client...be sure to request Hana and you will always be happy 😀

If I could give 0 stars I would! By far the worst service ever! I’ve been a customer for 2 times already and always left a tip but today was horrible! Nail lady said “are you done yet” when I was looking for a nail color so rudely so I decided to leave and then she yelled to her manager that I was leaving so she quickly came and was showing me more colors so I decided to give it a second chance with a new nail lady that I had my last visit. I told the lady I liked the way she did my nails last time. But today she did them so fast and didn’t ask me how long I wanted them she just cut them short and I like long nails. I didn’t say anything until later but they didn’t care. I was really upset with how bad they came out and how rude they were so I didn’t leave a tip and I was crying so my bf came back and said that I was unhappy with the way they came out and they called me stupid and wouldn’t give him a refund! PLEASE DON’T GO HERE! I should’ve read the reviews a long time ago about the rude staff! It really is not worth it! They always charge me different for the same thing! One says matte is $5 the other one says it’s $3! DONT COME ITS HORRIBLE!

I went to this salon for the first time one week ago. It was a nice experience and the people there were awesome. I got a pedicure and a gel manicure. Ive had the gel manicure in the past at other salons and it has lasted 2+ weeks. Its only been 1 week and they are already peeling and chipping. I will not be going back.

I went on a lunch break and was able to get my eye brows done and be back at work before my lunch was over. They got me in and out. Fast, friendly, and great atmosphere.

You have no idea how many nail salons I went to before I finally found this one. They have all my very picky requirements.. They have the plastic bag in the water on the massage chair, brand new tools for every use, very clean/sanitized. They have TVs everywhere on mute to watch, they served me red wine, the massage chairs are spread out in two rows and not crammed, the massage chairs are leather and they have many settings for tapping /kneading for full back or not which is a huge deal for me, they used the razor thing without me asking to get off the corns on my feet from sandals (alot of places wont do it or wont even ask), its decorated nicely and spacious, theres soft popular but calming music on, the techs were very accommodating, I prefer Asian techs.. Id literally walk out if it werent Asian techs.. They did a great job on my French nails.. The cost was a bit high but I asked for that bc I wanted the wine and thats included in the deluxe but my boyfriend got the traditional which was $22 and not rushed. I finally found my new nail salon. Thank you. Ill be back. (Nobody asked me to write this.. Im typing it while my nails dry.)

This is the best nail and spa shop in Pinellas County. The customer service is excellent and you never have to wait long. I definitely would recommend Hollywood Nails & Spa.

I got a gel pink and white- within a couple of days they were chipping. Went to get fixed and they redid the 3 nails then the others started chipping right after. Will never go back.

Yesterday was my second time going to Hollywood Nails at the mall. The first time I paid about $80 (tip included) for a gel manicure and signature gel pedicure. My pedicure was good but my gel manicure lasted only a few days before chipping. Ive never had that happen with a gel manicure.Yesterday I had a gel pedicure and again it was good. But my manicure was a nightmare. I didnt get a gel manicure this time because last time it sucked. I asked the girl if they had a regular nail polish that was close to the gel one I was getting on my toes and she said yes. Then another customer walked in the door and she told Jennifer (the woman at the front desk) that she was done... my nails werent even painted. She rushed through 2 coats and left. Not only did she do a horrible job painting them but she didnt let the paint dry between coats so it was super thick and now there were bubbles and bumps in the polish. Jennifer came by and I told her just that. She looked at me like she had no idea what I meant and just had a bad attitude... she just stared at me and said nothing. Finally my pedicure tech asked her what the problem was and Jennifer said I dont know, something about bubbles, rolled her eyes and walked away. Mind you, I had told her about my awful gel manicure last time when she tried to push another one on me this time. She has ZERO customer service skills. Her personality is as bad as my manicures have been.Anyway, my pedicure tech said shed finish my manicure, I had wanted sparkles on top and thats all that was left to do but the manicure tech was so consumed with getting to the next client that she brought the wrong polish so after my pedicure tech painted my nails it was not even close to the color of my toes (my toes were pink, my fingernails silver). After realizing the mistake she tried to fix it the best she could and I appreciated the effort but by the time I left my nails were so thick and gloppy that theyre rough and sharp to the touch. I honestly couldnt wait to get home to take off the polish on my hands. It was horrible and I didnt say anything bc my pedicure tech really did try to fix the manicurists mistakes, my nails had already been done twice and I really appreciated the fact that she cared so I just figured Id go home and take the loss. All in all, if youre going for a pedicure youll have a somewhat decent experience, theyre good but not great and definitely dont get a manicure there, those suck.One last thing I should note, definitely dont go with a sleeping baby in a stroller. Jennifer is super loud and obnoxious and the manicurist was practically yelling on her phone while her phone was on speaker. One of the girls were trying to be helpful by moving the stroller but she ended up backing it up into a wall and then tilting it sideways to get unstuck only to wake up a very pissed off toddler. Totally ruined what I thought might be a tiny break for a very tired and pregnant mom. I left there so tense and stressed out. What a nightmare.

Id put a 0 star if I could. Went there with my mom today, they didnt do her nails right. She wanted the pink gel polish with white tips. They put clear tips on n painted the white on and so forth. Mine she did my thumb too long then when I said just a little shorter, she cut my thumbs way to short. There was barely even a nail there. So she had to remove n put another nail on she cut it. Was scared she would do it again so I left it. And I never get my nails as short as she cut them. Their always alittle longer then this. Not to mention on my right thumb idk if its the acrylic or gel polish but its not all the way to my cuticle. I can still see some of my nail. By far the worst nails Ive had done.

THE WORST place that I have ever been to. I wish I could gave 0 stars. They did a terrible shellac manicure and the staff was really rude to me because I complained. Fortunately, I didn’t do the pedicure after the disaster that the did with my fingernails. Don’t waste your time in this place, now I understand why they have really bad reviews.

The pedicure she put too much polish no base coat and the edges were shriveled when i got home.Will not go back. Wasted mt time and money

HORRIBLE! I went to have acrylic nails removed - nails they put on 3 weeks prior. The nail tech ripped off a portion of my nail. She down-played it and continued the torture causing more bleeding. Like an idiot I allowed her to take a grinder to my nails. I was nicked again. From there I was dumped off on another tech that attempted to fix this mess. After another torture session, I proceeded to leave with bleeding nails that were a total mess. I was told I owed no money, but the tech thought I did. She came out of the salon and started to SCREAM at me for money. LONG story short, my nails are wrapped in band-aids and throbbing as I am typing this review.

This is the worst nail place I’ve been to at a mall. The girls who did my nails messed up the design I wanted I even showed the picture to the other lady who worked on my feet first. She kept telling “ohhh isn’t it nice? “ I’m like no girl I wasn’t nice it looks like I let on me of my 3 year old neice draw on my nails. Terrible terrible service the girl who did my hands did just as bad I was already in there for an hour when she stopped doing my nails to go do someone’s eyebrows. And I didn’t understand because there was like 3 of them just walking around. I will never go back to this place. And I’d advice you don’t either these girls messed my nails up hands and feet. Smh a waste of 60 bucks.zero stars if they let me.

Really high prices for really bad service. they barely speak any english and when they do they are rude about it. they yell across the store at each other. they gave me a design and didn’t tel me that it’s going to cost extra. when i got the pedicure they cut up my under nail and i got an infection.

I go here for pedicures and it is always a great experience. I also appreciate just relaxing in silence!

I went twice to this place, and left after they were trying to forcibly remove the gel nail polish with drills and nail filer from my nails, stead of letting the nail liquid remover work. This makes nails weak and breakable. I tried to explain to them, but their English is so limited.They mixed the gel nail polish with a liquid because it was to dry and difficult to apply.Sadly, after I finished removing the gel polish at home, I saw I have nail fungus !

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! LEE IS RUDE. Got my nails done on a Wednesday the lady drilled my nails TOO thin , TWO DAYS LATER 2 nails broke. I go get them fixed the next day and the next day after ANOTHER NAIL breaks. Lee tried talking over me on the phone and was being very rude ! I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Nails lifted 3 days after getting them done and due to the hurricane irma i wasnt able to come in because the stores were all closed. When I went in they had me speak to the woman who did my nails and she was really rude and instead of trying to help me she was trying to make an excuse to why my nails look like they looked. I explained that I had originally got my nails done 3 weeks prior and my nails lasted 3 weeks her response was everyone is different too bad basically so I decided to speak to a manager .she came up to me with a horrible attitude looked at my hands and waved me away and told me to get out that my nails were fine and didnt really look at them like she should have. needless to say they didnt help so I had to call my bank. And the worst part was that I was not rude at all talking to them! nasty people!

DONT GO HERE! TERRIBLE! My girlfriend left crying here because at first she went to go pick out a color and the nail lady said are you done yet with an attitude when we took no longer than 5 minutes looking for a color. So we decided to leave but then in their language she yelled to her other co workers that we were leaving. This place smells so bad in the back of the salon, I felt nauseous trying to pick my color. It smells like a pet store that needs to be cleaned. Also, I went back for a fix because my nails looked awful. The lady cut me 3 Times, nails were crooked on several different ones, there was a hair baked into the polish, and a nail was chipped off. They wanted to charge more money, even though I came back to them for their own screw up. They were beyond rude, NEVER GOING BACK!!

The worst nail place I have ever been to, my nails usually stay on like a month and mine broke a day after i got them done and they all keep coming off. Worst place ever highly recommend that you dont waste your miney here 😂

Vivi did my nails and I have to say they are the worst nails Ive ever had put on. She couldnt even file my nails nicely, they are all slanted. I was going to get my eyebrows waxed while there, but she did such a horrible job on my nails I didnt want to risk what she would do to my eyebrows. I should have read the reviews before walking in.
