Rented an automatic slingshot, drove one for the first time, and it was the best ride, ever! Had it for 24 hours, and it was the best birthday I ever had! Reasonable prices, friendly staff!

Super nice people that work there. Our rental was ready when we pulled up. They went over everything with us and what their expectations were. Gave us a place to drive to check out. I lost my necklace at their facility and was devastated as it had a lot of meaning to me. They thankfully found it and returned it to me. I would highly recommend them and their rentals. Everything was wonderful!

This was on my brothers bucket list to do. Yes they have the slingshots but it was not all blinged out like the ones you see on the streets. They already had the top of the slingshot put on so we didnt get to experience the moonlight Drive. Thought it was a little pricey but we did enjoy it. But we always enjoy being together.

Great experience! Took my daughter to prom in one of the Slingshots from Clearwater Slingshot Rentals. She was the only one, of course, that arrived in one. Customer service was exceptional. No hassle and competitive pricing. They honor Veterans! Everything worked, and it was the most fun we have had in a while on the road. Oh! And heads turned when we rode through the cities. Highly recommend this company and the Slingshot experience.

What a blast! A head turner for sure. The ride was smoother than expected and the sound system was great even at or slightly above the speed limit. 😉 This is similar to driving a convertible versus a motorcycle, wind is minimal. If you’re thinking about it then you should do it, you won’t regret it.

This was a blast! Good location to drive scenic routes while still renting only for 4 hours. The communication wasnt very good and the employee that checked us in didnt know how to start it. He also asked us 4 times Manual or Automatic. It was a little sketchy and not very professional but it was fine. Ill probably go back.

Awesome staff, with great customer service. I was taken great care of by Chase, who was not only friendly but also very knowledgeable on the slingshots and their functions. If your visiting Clearwater, renting your slingshot form this place is a must. Reasonable prices for a awesome experience.....can’t wait to come back.....

I rented a sling shot my nephew passed and I knew he would have loved the experience. We were having a gathering at the causeway . As I pulled off I seen the brake light engaged . I called and let them know and they said if I had problems bring it back . As the night went further I noticed instead of the slingshot stopping when I pressed the brakes it was more gliding ... I was already out there and stayed I brang the slingshot back when I came into Clearwater .... I let her know the problem with the brakes and she said he should give me the 18 hrs ... or I could take one that was there I insisted to check the vehicle .... and have someone call me . No one called . I called them and was told they would have to talk to the manager... still no one followed up so I took a ride over there . The owner or manager told me that’s how the brakes are they are not like a regular car he would not refund me however I didn’t want a refund I just didn’t feel like the brakes were not safe and wanted them to check them out and I would then take out the sling shot for the remaining of the time . I was not honored and I left unhappy and I well never go back. I well also let my friends and family know this isn’t a trust worthy place ! Bummer !! Rest easy to my nephew I know he was shocked to see me pull up !!! Wish I could have enjoyed the rest of my 24 hrs I only got 6 !! And charged 500+ for them 6 hrs !!!!!! 🤬

Chase @Clearwater Slingshots gave us more than what we bargained for! We enjoyed our Slingshot to the fullest, but then we personal car trouble with our vehicle and he was understanding and hospitable. He worked with us and STILL communicates with us to make sure were good! #Professional! #Well be back!

So much fun!. Could definitely drive these all day! I got to take my dad out. So many choices! Navigation, comfy seats, stereos. I had a blast and will be back for sure. Thanks to the staff for helping me have a memorable Thanksgiving. They have a discount for vets!

The guy actually renting the units out was amazing very helpful and quick.

First off the place does not stand out, there really isn’t any signage nor where there any slingshots in the parking lot to clue us in. Secondly I reserved a manual bc that’s what my husband really wanted. It apparently “wasn’t working” that day. They told us they would give us money back for not getting what we reserved. Thirdly we had to wait a HALF HOUR for one to return! We were asked if we wanted to extend our time OR get a refund. We chose a refund to add onto our refund of not getting a manual. Also you have to bring the machine back with a full tank even though when we got it it was already down a 1/4 tank. Not that big of a deal bc it still only cost $10 to fill it but that’s not the point. When we returned it after our now 3 1/2 hours were up, the manger conveniently wasn’t around to talk to about getting $$ back. We were told he’d call us. Your going to be surprised by this but he did NOT call us. I emailed customer service with out any response as well. I will say the slingshot was fun to ride around in and it ran great, no mechanical issues as the ppl before us claimed.

This was our first time renting the slingshot and we had a great time. The receptionist was nice, we only booked for 2 hrs and she let us add on hours during check in! I would definitely rent from them again when I come back to Florida

CW Slingshot Rentals was amazing to work with, signed a couple papers and then I was out the door. I drove down the coast about 45 miles to a less crowded beach and spent a couple of hours. The drive was exhilarating, the weather was beautiful, the best day weve had so far. So many people commented on the ride, top notch machines, newest models! Thanks CW Slingshot for an unforgettable experience!

Paid in advance to rent our slingshot. No one showed up to meet us for our scheduled rental time. We called at least 20 times and left text messages. Had to call credit card company to reverse the charge. Refunded that night.Read the reviews before you book.

We showed up 15 mins before air rental time. There was no one there so we called and no answer then we received a call back and was told we needed to push the time back??? Like excuse me bad customer service all because he claimed he didn’t see the reservation. Also it was not cleaned, there were items in the vehicle that should not have been there. And we are from out of town and it started to rain and thunder and what not we called to see What we could do and we were told everything in the vehicle was waterproof. But it was pouring real bad not just a sprinkle.When we rented last Lear it was a very sweet blonde lady where did she go?Also the outside of the building just looks abandoned. They really need to do better.

I had an awesome experience. After booking my rental, I was feeling a little guilty, as if it wouldnt be worth the cost. I was definitely wrong though, as soon as I started driving it, I knew it was worth every penny! After the 24 hours, it was tough to return the Slingshot! The owners were very friendly and easy to work with. Will be renting again next year!

Had an amazing day cruising the beach, Clearwater and surrounding areas. No problems whatsoever. Staff was very inviting and awesome as we had to reschedule because of rain. I highly recommend this to all tourists, especially from Canada!

Very unprofessional, showed up to our scheduled time 45 min late, rude, didn’t explain the vehicle at all. He wasn’t even wearing a mask and when asked if he could sanitize the steering wheel and interior he responded “they sit in the sun”..... umm, what? Should really be turned into the health department for not following local health guidelines. All on top of being told to wait a minute while he went outside to a car that randomly pulled up to engage in what was very obviously a drug deal!!! What the hell happened to the sweet lady that used to run this place?! I would rent elsewhere unless you want Covid or be witness to illegal activity. CRAZY!!!

Unprofessional/ beyond poor customer service, 30 min late to our reservation so we sat on a concrete wall in the hot sun, clearly high & border line sketchy. Will definitely look for a different place & suggest you to do the same.

A friend and I were in town on vacation and my friend wanted to rent one. We rented it for the day and man what a BLAST! It’s as fun as it looks. The staff was friendly and great.

Clearwater Slingshot Rentals was on point. Shane arrived early and let me rent out the Slingshot for my wedding procession. It was totally awesome and I’ll definitely be posting some great shots with it. Performance was perfect, we took it for a spin around the area and it was a great ride.
