I am so unbelievably happy with how my ring turned out. Dropped it off because it was literally shaped like a square because I catch it on things all the time. I thought it might be hopeless. Got it back quickly staff is super friendly and I was shocked how beautiful it is. Sparkling and a perfect circle like when I first got it for my wedding! Thanks again guys!

I would leave a zero star review if this would be possible.Nothing but lies and excuses for not doing the job I asked (stringing a pearl necklace). And then blaming it all on me. Extremely unhappy with their service., And on top rude.I brought in the necklace June 1st. The owner said he was going to call with a more accurate estimate. I waited until the 16th to call him since I had not heard back from him. Excuses that he couldnt call me because they were extremely busy with fathers day and such. Really? Not 5 minutes for a phone call for a customer that was going to pay for a service. Then further excuses on how the necklace wasnt going to look good and be straight because of the knotting in between the smaller pearls. I Oked to do the job exactly as the original. Two days later I got a message that I could pick up my necklace only to find out that nothing had been done. And that is when he started lying and blaming it on me with all sorts of justifications and lies.Basically he was upset that I had called 2 days prior quite upset because he had not kept his word and never called me with the price, so being a macho hurt in his manly ego, he decided not to get the job done. I dont even believe that he ever contacted the business he said would have done the job.A liar, rude, bad customer service, irresponsible. I would never recommend this business.

I’m SO impressed!!! I got my repaired bracelet back and it looked nicest than when I first got it! The clasp that I got is perfect and yeah, I just love it.The service there is very nice, they have been in business for over 40 years!

Patrick resized and re-plated my wedding ring, and I swear it looks better now than when it was brand new! We had asked for it to be done by this coming Friday, and he had it done 2 days EARLY as well! Oh my gosh, I am ecstatic! We will definitely be back!

Mr Patrick and his wife have been my only jeweler for more than 20 years and will remain in that top slot for as long as possible. I collect watches and will generally bring a few in at a time for battery replacement. Every time they come back in better condition than when dropped off. I trust them completely with my jewelry. He is always competitive with gold and gem pricing and is by far a top notch repairman for loose stones or locks. Fair prices for high quality work and they never try to upsell me or add on repairs that arent necessary. They have beautiful jewelry for sale, unique, not chain store stuff you can get at the mall, but actual artwork.

I called before arriving to get the current market price of gold the gentleman kindly provided a website along with info. that the price of gold has gone up in value. I thanked him and told him I be in later that day, when arrived with a 50 year old 24k rope necklace weighing 18 grams and ask the same gentleman who I spoke to on the phone what its value was he scaled it looked at it and offered me $230.00. My eyes almost popped out of my skull, he was trying to rob me, every kind thieves. I recommend you visit a more honest jewelry/pharmacy/post office, this place will do anything to stay above water.

I had an emergency come up and I had to sell my jewelry quickly. I went here, because it’s local and they’re very friendly had to be at least 15 years ago I used to buy my jewelry there all the time and whenever I need anything repaired I took it there they always did an excellent job and very reasonable. So not only do they sell and repair they also buy it. I know that when I’m back on my feet I’m going to return only to buy this time.

They do fantastic work! They are friendly and reliable. I found some old jewelry. I had a necklace needing a new clasp. I thought it was pewter. They cleaned it up and its a beautiful silver! Quick turnaround time.

Patrick reset the diamonds from my old wedding ring into earrings and a necklace. They took the time to help me find settings that I really liked and even did some custom work on the pieces. Good service, knowledgeable and they stand behind their work.

Very pleasant working behind the counter, however, when I first walked up and walked up and down the case twice, the man working on jewelry didnt even acknowledge me. I saw a ring I wanted to purchase and was willing to pay cash, but they only were willing to come down $24 after tax on a ring they had priced at$1675 which I thought was very high for the tiny size of the gems in the ring. They also told me the white gold was plated with rhodium to help keep the shine, and when I asked about yellow gold, they stated they could coat it with the yellow gold. Also stated I would need both relocated approximately once a year. Didnt strike me as high quality jewelry, even for a small shop. I understand it is difficult to compete with the big with the big chains, but to stay in business you need to try.

Ive come here multiple times and have been pleased every visit. I bought a necklace for my girlfriend, a yellow gold heart with a matching white gold heard attached to the other via a pivoting post. This eventually broke, and I took it here.Patrick and I discussed ways to repair it, and I eventually decided to have him give a go at linking the two hearts together, like chain links. Two days later the work was done. He split one heart to connect them and then molded it back together, leaving literally no visible markings of the cut at all. The necklace is far more attractive now, thanks to his work!I wont mention price, but it was very reasonable for the exceptional custom work. He even replaced one of the diamonds in the necklace that I hadnt spotted was missing for no extra charge (small diamond). This is an upstanding, quality business. Dont hesitate one bit to visit here!

I have recently used Patrick Day jewellers for a ring resizing. They were patient with me, as my busy schedule and distance from them left my ring with them for FOUR months. When I finally picked it up, I was pleasantly surprised: NO extra charges, NO bad attitude, only friendly smiles, a fair price and quality work. I will be visiting Patrick Day Jewelers for all of my future jewelry needs. In fact, I just dropped off 3 more items to be rapaired and resized! Horrible shopping experience. The owners were knowledgable but neither were the least bit friendly. For a small jewelry store located inside of a pharmacy, they do absolutely nothing to make up for their lack of selection with good customer service. I would recommend coming here only to someone I dislike.

What great service! I had a metal band that needed to be installed on my new Samsung Smart Watch. Another major Clearwater jeweler turned down the job as being to difficult. Patrick spent quite a bit of time sizing the band to my wrist and it came out perfect. He charged me a very reasonable fee for the amount of time he spent on the watch. I would have gladly paid 3 times what he charged. He will certainly get my jewelry repair business in the future.

It was very hard to find a jeweler to work on my husband and Is Movados. Patrick Day Jewelers was great! They were very thorough in checking to make sure that they had properly inspected and fixed the problems. The price was fair and the staff was so nice. He has done this to me twice. Shame on me for using him for the second timeDropped a watch to be fixed, with a promises of a call back within couple of days with an estimate. He also quoted a number which was acceptable. I authorized the work with contengency the price does not exceed the quouted number.The estimate call never came. I received a call the watch was readyStopped by to pick it up, the repair bill was %45 higher. I voiced a complainthe response was we call you with estimate which he never did. My phone records prove it.I paid the exaggerated price just because the watch is valued to me and left.I am not sure this guy is total honest with his clients.As I said shame on me for using him. NEVER again.Approach with caution.....

Brought my $700.00 Fortis watch in to have a new watch band put on it...... Patrick Day said he could do that and asked me to leave it with him...Came back same day.......The watch crown was now broken and the watch interior was now loose inside the frame..... I owned the watch for 11 years , swim with it daily, and it was never like that before bringing it to Patrick Day Jewelers.....He should have admitted he broke the watch and offered to repair it at no cost…..This is what is bad in the world today…..
