I am so happy to have found Molly Maid of St. Pete/ Clearwater. They show up on time and are very professional. Heather & Morgan are so polite and do a great job! I have two dogs and take care of my dad and having Molly Maid come every other week makes maintaining my home SO much easier. My neighbors use them as well. Im very happy with their service and very reasonable prices.

We love the team of girls that come every 2 weeks! With constantly having my 3 young kids a home and grandparents watching them in our home our poor floors, kitchen and bathrooms take a beating. They are very kind and mindful as they clean around everyone. The company of Molly Maids is great to work with as well! Was given Alex the owner at Molly’s Cleaning Service on the I really love st Pete’s Facebook page. I reached out and asked her if she’s familiar with a construction clean. She stated yes of course and listed all that’s done which seemed like she knew what she was talking about. Our 2200 sq ft home went through a complete remodel and was really dusty and dirty. We were out of town on vacation when she cleaned and she reached out the day she was done after only spending 4 hours and mentioned she did the best she could and left all the protective plastic on the appliances because she wasn’t sure if we were done with some of the remodel. She never reached out and asked while she was here working and when I got home I don’t see anything that looked clean. She took my money and ran. I gave her the opportunity to come back out and make it right but she’s ghosted me! I would not recommend and I told her how OCD I was and she mentioned she was the same we definitely have two different versions of clean These photos don’t show the true filth that was still left behind. The entire house looks dirty and dusty still. .

5 Star Review - I had my first visit from Molly Maids of St Petersburg, FL and they performed as advertised. Amy, Virginia and Bianca were absolutely awesome. It all started out with being on time. They were quite, professional and took direction and answered questions all along the way. The job performed was great and I look forward to their next visit.

Heather & Morgan come and clean our house every two weeks. Everything is always super clean when they leave, they work quickly, and always have time to help us with an extra task. My grandmother and the maids have gotten along famously since they’ve started working for us in March and they’re growing to be great part of our lives.

This was an initial cleaning before starting a regular service. As such, it took longer than a regular visit and cost accordingly. This service is not the most expensive but its definitely not cheap! The two young women who came, JoAnn and Amanda, were on time and were very polite and professional. They worked the whole time with no extraneous chatter and no complaints. They were comfortable with my dog. The few times they were uncertain about things, they didnt hesitate to ask. In the end, my house was clean and I was happy. I would be happy if these were the cleaners who come every time but I know that probably wont happen. I just hope whoever comes next is as good.

I cannot in good conscious say that I have had a positive experience. I have 153 pictures of lack of cleaning. They are not worth the money. We were considering using them bi-weekly. Their cleaning is beyond subpar for the prices.

This was the first time I ever used a professional cleaning service. I live in a fairly new home (built 3 years ago) and with a toddler the stains and messes were just getting difficult to keep up with.Team #4 Amanda and Anthony were on time, very professional and did such a great job with the deep clean, my home was absolutely SPARKLING by the time they were done.I live in a 3 bed 2.5 bath, 2200 sq ft home and I asked a focus on kitchen and bathroom and they were done in 3.5 hours and I was so happy. I felt like I could take a deep breath and just feel the clean.Love love love and will definitely use this service again for my next clean,Amanda even answered my cleaning questions and gave me tips on how to clean certain areas. So friendly and helpful!

They are always here on time. If there is a change in the two person crew, the quality never drops.They ask every time if there is anything extra that needs done. They will even wash the dishes, fold laundry, make beds, etc. if I leave any out/undone unless I ask them not to.Always pleasant and dont act rushed.Quick to share ideas on keeping stuff clean when asked.

I dont regularly hire anyone to clean my home, but it is a nice treat sometimes. Jesse and Alex with Molly Maid of St. Pete/Clearwater did a great job recently! I was especially impressed with the work they did to get my glass shower door clean and the care used to dust all my surfaces and picture frames, etc.

I needed help with a move out clean. I just had a baby and moving is a lot alone especially being a new mommy. The team was quick and efficent. I was skeptical about the time it would take them to clean considering you pay by the hour for this service and it is not cheap. The team completed my specific clean within an hour and a half and did an excellent job! The refrigerator was cleaned, oven, sink, counter, floors and bathrooms and it all looked wonderful! I had a great experience with setting up my appointment, my questions were answered clearly and I had to reschedule once which went smoothly. The time frame on day of cleaning was a 2 hour arrival time, which wasnt horrible compared to other businesses either. My cleaning team, Alex and Jesse, were professional, personable, thorough, and quick. I felt my house was well cleaned in the time it took me to run a few errands. The pricing is more than a non-national name company, even with the discount I received for intro clean and money off my first 10 cleans. I would take a half star off for that if I didnt like my team so much. Right now, I think its worth it to pay a little more for a job done right in a great time frame so Im going to go with the every other week cleans for now and see how it goes! Susanne and Virginia did an excellent job on our move in clean! I was sincerely blown away by the results. They were meticulous and thorough, particularly in the kitchen and bathroom. Our refrigerator looked almost brand new inside, which was incredible and unexpected! Not only was the cleaning excellent, but the customer service as well. Calling to set an appointment took mere minutes, and they even provided a pretty accurate estimate over the phone! When I had a few questions later on, I left them a voicemail that was returned within the hour. While we only interacted for a few moments, both Susanne and Virginia were polite, friendly, and articulate. This company does not clean on weekends. Extremely limited on what is included in a move-out clean, unless youre prepared to pay triple or quadruple the going rate from other professional companies in this area. I hired them because my scheduled service cancelled and they did do a great job, but I did 80% of the cleaning for days before they arrived, to save money on the service. Again, they DID do a great job but their rates are so inflated that it is unreasonable.

The condo looked amazing, there were a few spots that were missed and I know the spot could be cleaned because I used my finger nail and scratched it away. There were other spots though that could not be cleaned, like the front of the oven where the self clean had been run, and the grout in the high traffic areas and that was understandable. Could have probably used a 3 person crew and not a 2 person, but overall, it will make the next person that lives there not really have much to clean before moving in.
