I contacted this company for help for a friend in need. Sharon was amazing! She was so helpful and efficient. She made the set up process so smooth and easy and made them feel that we were in good hands. Their experience on the day of pickup from the airport was flawless. Great service from beginning to end! The woman who took my call was extremely nice and thorough given our circumstances (I live out of state and was scheduling a 3:30am transport to take my grandmother who is 87yo to the airport for a 6:00am flight). The price was reasonable and they took my phone number in the case my grandmother was not up when they came to pick her up. My grandmother told me that the driver got out of his car and walked to her door and then helped her walk to and get in the transport. The driver was on time and got her to the airport timely. They even called her the night before to check in with her to make sure she remembered the pick up time and was comfortable with the pick up arrangement. Great service!!! Will use again!

The company makes you pay for your own driving record. I believe thats the employers responsibility

Their drivers drive recklessly you call the report it and its like they dont even care. Luckily their driver had nobody in the vehicle but theyre going to end up causing an accident or killing somebody one of these days with the way they drive. I would never use their service and I surely would never have one of my family members put in any of their vehicles. If I could give a 0 star rating I certainly would

The man Sheraton was so sweet and helpful to my mom. He played her music and was so polite and pleasant and mom kept saying how he was a great person.

We called for a return pickup and were told they would be there within the hour. There was another couple in the medical building that called for the same service after us and there transport came before ours. The driver was nice enough to check on our transport and was told ours was 10 to 15 minutes away. When our driver came an hour after my initial phone call said she got the call 15 minutes ago. Makes me think they forgot about us. Very upset with this company.

Alex lied to me, and wasted a lot of my time and money. I wouldn’t suggest working with a shady individual like him.

Didnt show up. We had to scramble to get the patient to his appointment and we arrived late. Called and they said they didnt know about the pickup. They had sure remembered to charge my credit card though! Clueless staff. Dont expect them to show up!

Dont ever use this service they will have you waiting hours the dispatchers are the worst Ive worked for them they dont care about the patients nor the drivers if you looking to work here dont waste your time for $11 an hour and if you need transportation use a different transportation services they only care about taking your money and they dont care how long you wait they lie to patients all the time

I worked there fore 9 years, ever since they lost dart, they have no employee loyalty. Watch out for the knife in your back. They dont like to give raises.

I contacted this company to transport my customers wheelchair back to him after he was involved in an accident and his chair was towed with his vehicle. These people were amazing. Things changed and they were flexible and helpful and kind. The driver was super personable and on-time. You guys saved my day. Thank you

Im wondering if some of these folks are reviewing the wrong transport company. Weve used WTS many times for both of our parents and hands down they are the best service. They were always on time, always professional and their service and vehicles were so much better than every other company we tried. They continue to be the only company well use for our loved ones.

Did not use the service but someone in my neighborhood did.. driver was an old lady, jumped the curb, blocked the road to 8 residents because she couldnt understand how to open a gate with a passcode. She refused to move over to allow others WITH the code to pass. Come prepared next time! Driver 845ACK with #364 on van. Your company is represented by your drivers and their actions.

I worked here for 17 years, made alot of money. It worked good for me

We used this company four times. They picked us up on time and made us wait at least two hours before picking us up. My husband has ALS and a leg amputation. We were left waiting for 2-1/2 hours while the clinic closed down for the day. The security felt so bad they wanted us to call the police for protection because everyone left the building. They charged us $210.00. We payed over $800.00 for four trips. Can’t wait to be interviewed by Channel 8.

I have used this company several times through Medicaid to get my son to and from doctors appointments and the first couple of times was just fine. But this time, I’m having all kinds of problems with the driver. It is now almost 10am while I write this and my son has an appointment at 11:40am. The pick up was supposed to be between 8:55 and 9:25. I have since received two calls from the DRIVER to say they were going beyond my pickup time and a second where she said she was here to get me and of course when I ask what kind of car I’m met with attitude and guess what? SHE WASN’T HERE!! I am sorely disappointed in this company though I do not book them directly for my son. I understand that you have more than one passenger to transport but if you can’t stick to what is scheduled in the reservation why do you even have a job??

Job postings are misleading/inaccurate - data entry clerk is part time less than $10 per hour so wouldnt trust the admin asst. Have big $ contracts paying loser wages - had someone interview me who has no business doing so - true embarrassment and waste of time. Deceptive How sad the owners are raking it in yet dont care about their business - like some kind of sweat shop. Extremely disappointed wasted my time sitting with someone just promoted like some joke....felt like being punked.

The worst!!! Picked up over an hour late , almost missed my Dr. Appt. ,late to appt. when I called to complain they where cold, rude, and arrogant and even hung up the phone on me .Drivers were great.

Terrible & unorganized. Theyve failed to keep appointments my Nursing facility NUMEROUS of times, & they even left a few of my residents STRAINED. Awful. Awful. AWFUL

Dropped us off 1 hour early (waited in doctors office for 1.5 hours) and picked us up 1.5 hours after we requested return service. Meanwhile my mother suffered. Pathetic.
