The level of results I have achieved would not have been possible without the support of the Family Fitness Staff and Trainers. Starting out, I weighed 235 lbs. and was at 33% body fat. In 12-weeks I have lost 27 lbs. and 11% body fat. All of this was accomplished through their 12-week TLS Weight Loss Program. I now enjoy running and have recently beat my two daughters in a 5K Mud Run. My next goal will be to complete a half marathon.

The staff does not do a good job updating the fitness schedules at any of the locations! To top it off the staff doesnt even know most of the time what class is in session or could even identify which class was which! So if I called to ask about a specific class on the schedule they really have no clue. Their Sunday hours are only to 5pm. I miss LIFESTYLE FAMILY FITNESS CENTERS!!!!!!!! And I dont mean the new LFF as in LA Fitness. They are terrible and dont even have the Les Mills classes. Hence, why they lost 40% of their membership when they were bought out. Oh and I love the Yearly Fee they want to charge me to keep the equipment in order and the mini food events going as the rep said to me on the phone when I asked about this so called additional yearly fee I was getting charged on my credit card. The equipment that is broken takes FOREVER to get fixed! The Dunedin location promised a rowing machine when I joined Oct 2012. Still no rowing machine, 7 months later.

This is by far the best gym that I have ever been to!! I use to workout at L.A. Fitness and planet fitness and this gym blows those two out of the water! The cardio equipment is awesome with Ipod plug ins on the machines and the weight machines not only count your reps but also the amount of time you engage in each set which is awesome! The group fitness classes are absolutely amazing!! Im pretty lazy when it comes to working out and these classes are motivating to say the least. They have Les Mills classes which incorporate high energy instructors, motivating music, and high intensity workouts that not only get results but leave you wanting more!! All this combined with their friendly staff and tanning packages I would never go anywhere else.

I loved the Clearwater gym from the moment I walked in to inquire about Silver Sneakers at the beginning of August and signed up on the spot. They were very nice and treated me well. This is my first gym ever. I had my son, who is a Certified Personal Trainer, come in as a guest a few days later and he signed up so he could train me. Earlier this week, he was hired there, after an interview and them noticing his talents training me. I would highly recommend this gym and my son, Rick Dunaway, to get yourself off on the right track if you can afford it. Would be money well spent for your health and self. See you there! Bait and switch. Avoid. Go to Anytime, Planet or You fit if you want to save money and not be scammed.

Great group classes, however, the stereo equipment is second rate, overheats and stops in the middle of class, the bikes for rpm are in bad need of maintenance . Seems like they dont want to spend the money to make the club first rate
