If you have terrazzo floors in your home, you dont need to look any further than Konstantin and Artur for sprucing up the finish on your floors. They are on time, courteous, friendly, responsive, clean and reliable workers. The end result is top-notch professional quality workmanship.My story is a 1960s home that was covered in carpet when we bought it 15 years ago. My allergies couldnt stand the carpet, so we ripped it out and found really nice terrazzo underneath. At the time, we did the best we could and made the floor look shiny with some cheapo floor polish from Home Depot and just lived with a few craters in the floor with a few strategically placed throw rugs.Seriously, 15 years living with craters in all the doorways. Weve done a lot of other improvements on the house and decided: its time to get the terrazzo fixed. We did a lot of research and interviewed several companies. Most of them wanted to strip off the old layers of polish and put down new. And then there was Konstantin. He explained his diamond finish technique might not be quite as shiny as the cheapo Home Depot polish, but it will be so durable and easy to maintain.We decided to give this company a try. We are still living in the house so we have to do in sections. We had the first section done a few months ago, then took a break during the holidays. Holidays: super high traffic time. We dragged the Christmas tree & all the decorations into the area that had just been re-done, moved all the furniture around. Then after Christmas, moved all the furniture from the 2 bedrooms across the same floor, re-arranged the furniture again ---- No scratches on the floor! Daily maintenance is simple: vacuum & damp mop. Elderly dog has had accidents on the floor: neutral cleaner (Home Depot) and no stains. Oh, and the holes in all the doorways are now filled solid and almost cant even see that there is any repair. My eyes are trained for 15 years on where the holes were, so I can see. But Konstantin did a really good job camouflaging where the previous damage was. See for yourself in the photo.Schedule these guys to fix your terrazzo and you will not regret it!

Another company said the stains were too bad in the kitchen to polish and suggested tile. The glue marks were a huge concern because of the light colored marble. This company brought in a 500 lb. commercial machine to sand down, after working their magic on the kitchen stain. Take your time before you hand over the check, one bedroom looks like it wasnt sanded down, and you can see where the carpet pad was in spite of not having any glue. Also the terrazzo cracked off by sliding doors when the tack strips were removed by the company; I expected that to be repaired, but will be working on it myself. Ask the other companies about their equipment. Tip: Remove the carpet to get a quote and leave the tack strips for the pros.

Arthur and team just finished restoring my terrazzo floors. They were badly stained and discolored from linoleum adhesive and damaged from carpet tack strips. They hired Casey with a heavy duty grinder, that took the floors back to its natural beauty. Then was polished to a beautiful bright shine without sealer, that scratches and needs maintenance every year. (Arthur spent time educating me too.) I am so pleased with the end result, discolorations are gone! I highly recommend KL Go Green for terrazzo restoration!

What a honest, knowledgeable company to work with. I called this company to get information about cleaning Tumble travertine flooring. I couldn’t believe how much time he took explaining to me the best way for the cleaning even if that meant not do the cleaning right away as it wasn’t in my best interest due to a sealer I have that would need to remove which I don’t have the time for. We will definitely use this company when we are ready as I couldn’t believe how much knowledge and the time he took just to help me. You can tell he really knows his stuff and cares so much about his work.

So this is the second time I have used this company for my marble floors. When I find somebody good, I stick with them. I am extremely picky and expect excellence and these guys don’t disappoint. These guys are courteous and friendly, but more importantly, they are really very good at what they do.The first time we called them because my wife and I used vinegar and water to clean the marble floors. Big mistake. The vinegar completely stripped the floor leaving an extremely dull and rough textured finish and no matter what we tried, we were unable to restore the smooth finish and shine.We were considering replacing the flooring, but as a last resort, we decided to hire someone to try and restore the marble. These guys came in and did a phenomenal job on the restoration. It was a lot of work, but the result was nothing short of spectacular. The floor was once again shining and smooth to the touch. Sold me. Lesson learned. Let the experts do what should be left to the experts.Fast forward to December 2019............We are entertaining a large group at our home for our annual Christmas party and the floors were in need of some TLC.This being the second time we have used them, it had been right at 2 years since we had them come out and honestly, the floor still looked really good considering the amount of traffic particularly in the front entrance foyer and the kitchen area. The kitchen took a good beating and yet still had a reasonable shine after two years, but was showing the wear from all the typical spills and the like over time.Bring on team Restoration. They came in and cleaned, polished and crystallized the floor and it looks like brand new.....in fact better than new.
