Applied for an internal position and was asked to join in-office the following Monday morning to shadow the team. During this time, I’ve learned their complete back office and programs they operate with...as well as provided my ID and social security number ( I’m happy I didn’t provide my bank information ). As, I’ve never experienced the shadowing experience with a company and I9, W4, or Direct Deposit unless being hired on. That would make sense, correct? You’ve shown me your entire system and programs. However, I personally had to follow-up with the Meg twice myself after not receiving any further notice ( twice ) regarding the next steps to employment. After following up, Meg states that they decided to bring in someone already working for the company which is completely fine. My issue with this company is the inconsistency and I’m very happy that I was overlooked, I come from a staffing background myself in which I’ve always hated when co-workers didn’t follow-up with candidates. We’re here to help others find jobs! Whether the contractor chose to proceed with them or not, they deserve the follow-up message. So it was very surprising, after hearing from Meg how important it was to her to follow-up with candidates, for her not to follow-up with me. The energy was excellent both times I visited. It doesn’t add up. You should’ve looked at your internal staff before attempting to bring in anyone from the outside, that’s how that works with any professional company. Thank you.

My position with a company was terminated and I wasn’t informed why it was terminated. So I ask for more work and she suggested I look elsewhere on my own. Currently seeking legal action against them as they stole money from me.I was making $18 a hour but got paid minimum wage for the last full week I was on the job and still going to give me minimum wage for the remainder of wages they owe me.I was harassed,verbally abused,and treated like trash at Traffic Control Systems but apparently I am supposed to deal with that type of unacceptable behavior or they will steal money that I worked like a dog to earn and will steal more from me on my last check they owe me.I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and the Board of Labor.I asked them who my lawyer should contact regarding the matter and get no response so I will let the legal system handle it.Stay away from them.I wish there was an option for 0 stars.

I wont even give them one star. I worked with this company and my recruiter was Rachel Thompson (Liar). I email her and told her that I didnt like the job because they werent showing me how to the program the right, they kepted on fixing the mistake for me so it was hard to learn. The company that Rachel send me didnt have no instructions or no manual for me to look over to learn the program they work with and I told her I didnt want to work there anymore. When I left she never told me that you get the minimum of $8.25 an hour if I were to leave the company. Rachel said that she told me that but she never did, like Im going to forget about that. I was supposed to make $14 an hour. Dont work for this company their are ripoffs. The lady I worked for in the company she waa very nice. She even text me to see if I wanted to come back. She email this to me:Would you want to try again if I make more of an effort to get you a real training manual? Its super stressful trying to figure out the system at first but once you get the hang of that it really is easy and much less stressful. If you want to give it another go next week let me know and I will make arrangements and provide you better learning tools.

Having to move recently from one state to another is so difficult especially to find a job. While searching online I came across this site Alliance Workforce so I decided to give it a try after hearing so many things about Florida and their Job Agencies i was a bit worried. This agency is such a joke. When signing up with them they make you pay 70.00 dollars for a drug screen that costs 20.00 and they dont even look at the results. Then they lie about the job they are sending. For instance i was told i would be doing General assembly which i ended up doinh cleaning and being put into a air tight room with chemicals that caused me to be sick and have a horrible migraine. Also they took my 8 hours that day and I never got paid 👎

I went to this location after sending in a response to a CL posting. I didnt realize it was a temp agency. I got in, had to fill out a contract, and then had to meet with someone other than who I was scheduled with. They did not know anything about me, despite having had my resume on file. I told them my experience and that was all. They asked my minimum pay requirements, which was really low anyway. I told them my schedule, because I am a student that has rather open availability. Every Monday, I call to let them know I am still looking. My recruiter is never in to answer the call so someone else takes my information down and asks what Im looking for. They should have this information in the computer already. I received one call the first week. It was a part time job that was only 20 hours a week, when I flat out told them I wanted full time and it did not work with my availability. It has been almost two weeks and I have not received another call for an offer and I can never get a hold of them. What a waste. I likely will not waste my time calling them Monday to say Im still looking since they obviously do not care about placing anyone.
