We are a three story condo with elderly and disabled people. The elevator door jammed open on a Saturday morning. Emergency was called, and the tech responded. When he came, he told the HOA President he would be back in an hour with his tools. No one came Saturday or Sunday, forcing people with COPD breathing issues to climb 3 flights of stairs, and one resident unable to leave her home as she is wheelchair bound. Total unconcern on the part of this company to this emergency situation.

Our Condo association are looking for new service company for our 5 elevators . We are currently only collecting information. First visit :The manager and the salesman are kind. Hopefully we will get a contract soon. After the contract I can inform you more (3-5 months later)

The residents in my condo community are delighted with the elevators! They replaced 3 elevators that were years...and I mean years...overdue for an overhaul. They did what they were contracted to do with excellence! Elites response to any calls about the elevators is very timely. I highly recommend this company!

Elite Elevator stinks. I am the Board President for a condominium in Hyde Park. Our elevator has been inoperative for 18 months. Each month, they have a different excuse -- our only service man died; we were called to another project; we will be there next week; we are waiting on a part from a supplier.They are liars, and not even creative ones. Each month for a year and a half, we have gotten one lousy excuse after another.Dont hire them, dont trust them. They are the worst I have seen in 40 years.

Residents at my Condo community are SO pleased with the service we are receiving from our recently contracted Elite Elevator Service. They renovated three elevators that had been neglected and in a near life-threatening condition. Thank you Elite for giving us the safety and security we expect from our Board of Directors and Property Management Company.,

This elevator company is unreliable and fails to respond in a timely manner when called. At my residence in Tampa new elevators they installed have constant issues that should not be happening on new elevators.

Elite completed a major renovation for one of the communities that I manage and there have been nothing but complements. Their response to service calls during office hours and after office hours is next to perfect.

Taking forever to fix an elevator broken from November 2018... January 2020... Still not fixed
